(4) and (3) after the material in the telescopic capacity adjusting pipe is emptied, repeating the working step (1) to perform the next round of material distribution.
The invention mainly has the following beneficial effects:
(1) accurate quantitative material distribution can be realized by replacing the pipe diameter of the lower pipe of the telescopic capacity adjusting pipe and adjusting the insertion depth of the upper pipe;
(2) the vent pipe is arranged, so that the vacuum effect generated in the telescopic capacity adjusting pipe during blanking and pouring can be avoided, and the quick evacuation is realized;
(3) the material distribution cycle time is short, and the material distribution time is less than 30 seconds each time;
