The tip portion 22 comprises four rib plates 221 which are vertically welded to the cone portion 21 in the circumferential direction, the end face of one end of each rib plate 221, which is far away from the cone portion 21, is arranged in an inclined mode, and the end face of one end, which is far away from the central axis of the blanking cone 2, is inclined downwards. The inner diameter of the retainer ring 23 is larger than the outer diameter of the inner mold and smaller than the inner diameter of the outer mold, and when the concrete flows down along the tapered portion 21, the retainer ring 23 blocks the concrete, thereby preventing the concrete from flowing out of the mold cavity due to excessive flow velocity.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the charging barrel 1 includes a barrel 4 having a circular feed opening 41 at a lower end thereof, and a valve assembly 3 for opening and closing the feed opening 41. The upper end of the cylinder 4 is cylindrical, the lower end thereof is conical, and the tip end faces downwards. The cylindrical upper end is provided with an opening 42, and the feed opening 41 is provided from the cylinder 4 to the lowermost end. Concrete is filled into the barrel 4 from the opening 42; when discharging, the discharge port 41 is opened by the valve assembly 3, and concrete is discharged from the barrel 1 through the discharge port 41. Because the lower end of the cylinder body 4 is conical, all concrete in the cylinder body 4 flows to the feed opening 41 along the conical inner wall of the lower end of the cylinder body 4 under the action of gravity, so that more concrete in the cylinder body 4 is discharged from the feed opening 41, thereby reducing the concrete retained in the cylinder body 4 and reducing the waste of the concrete.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the valve assembly 3 includes a valve 31, a connecting rod 32, and a support bracket 33. The support frame 33 comprises a guide cylinder 331 and fixing rods 333, the fixing rods 333 are circumferentially and fixedly connected to the guide cylinder 331, the other ends of the fixing rods 333 are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cylinder 4, the guide cylinder 331 and the cylinder 4 are coaxially arranged, and the two support frames 33 are axially arranged along the cylinder 4. The connecting rod 32 is inserted into the guide cylinder 331 and connected to the guide cylinder 331 in a sliding manner, and the lower end of the connecting rod 32 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the valve 31. The valve 31 has a conical shape with its tip facing upwards, and the diameter of the lower end of the valve 31 is larger than that of the feed opening 41. The adapter block 52 is fixedly connected to the tip portion 22 of the blanking cone 2. In order to facilitate the installation of the adapter block 52, a tapered cap 223 is fixedly secured to the upper end of the tip portion 22, and the tapered cap 223 has the same slope as that of the valve 31. The adapter block 52 may be annular and coaxially fixed to the cap 223, or may be four elongated blocks and circumferentially fixed to the cap 223.
The adapter block 52 may be made of soft iron, and when the adapter block 52 is close to the permanent magnet 51, the adapter block is magnetized by the permanent magnet 51 and part of the magnetic induction line of the permanent magnet 51 is closed by the soft iron, so that the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 51 on the cylinder 4 is reduced, and the valve 31 is more simply pushed open. When it is desired to close the opening 42, the cartridge 1 is lifted. The blanking cone 2 exerts a pulling force on the permanent magnet 51 through the adapting block 52, so that the valve 31 is pulled to slide downwards, and the valve 31 and the cylinder 4 are abutted more tightly.
The adapter block 52 may be an electromagnet. After the unloading is finished, the electromagnet is electrified, the electromagnet and the permanent magnet 51 are mutually attracted, so that the permanent magnet 51 is exerted with pulling force, the valve 31 is pulled to slide downwards, and the valve 31 and the barrel 4 are abutted more tightly.
