The novel environment-friendly dust removal device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the spraying device comprises a water spraying pipe (46), a spraying head (47) and a plurality of atomizers (471), the water spraying pipe (46) is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the rectangular frame (43), the spraying head (47) is fixedly connected with the water spraying pipe (46), and the atomizers (471) are connected to the spraying head (47).
