In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the pedal 32 is further provided with two symmetrically arranged extension plates 81, one end of each of the two extension plates 81 is respectively connected and fixed with two sides of the pedal 32, the other end of each of the two extension plates 81 is connected together through an arc-shaped plate 82, the two extension plates 81 are further connected together through a plurality of magic tapes 83, and the magic tapes 83 are uniformly distributed along the length extending direction of the extension plates 81. In the using process, a patient steps on the pedal 32, the two extension plates 81 are just positioned at two sides of the lower leg, the arc-shaped plate 82 is just positioned below the lower leg and supports the lower leg, and the magic tape 83 limits the lower leg of the patient in a space formed by the two extension plates 81 and the arc-shaped plate 82 from the upper part, so that on one hand, when the patient steps on the pedal 32, the legs of the patient can be supported, the leg burden of the patient is reduced, the irregular movement of the legs of the patient is limited, and the training safety is guaranteed. On the other hand, when the patient is difficult to actively perform rehabilitation training, the legs of the patient are fixedly limited on the pedal 32, and the power motor can drive the rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the legs of the patient to perform passive rehabilitation training. The extension board 81 and the pedal 32 form an angle, so that the area formed by the extension board 81 and the pedal 32 is ergonomically matched with the leg of the patient.
In addition, in order to improve the comfort of the patient and avoid the injury of the patient during the rehabilitation training, the extension plate 81 and the inner side of the arc plate 82 are provided with sponge pads.

the pedal assembly extends into the sickbed from the frame and comprises two cranks, one ends of the two cranks are coaxially connected together, and the other ends of the two cranks are respectively provided with a pedal in a rotating mode;
resistance liquid is arranged in the disc-shaped water tank, the disc-shaped water tank is at least provided with one circulation pipeline, and the circulation pipeline is communicated with the inner space of the disc-shaped water tank and is used for injecting or extracting the resistance liquid into or out of the disc-shaped water tank;
the sickbed is characterized in that a fixing mechanism is arranged on the rack and used for fixing the sickbed, and universal wheels are further arranged at the bottom of the rack;
the rack comprises an upper rack and a lower rack which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the disc-shaped water tank and the pedal assembly are arranged on the upper rack, the upper rack is connected with the lower rack in a sliding manner, and a pushing mechanism is arranged and used for pushing the upper rack to move back and forth relative to the lower rack;

the pedal is further provided with two symmetrically-arranged extension plates, one ends of the two extension plates are respectively connected and fixed with two sides of the pedal, the other ends of the two extension plates are connected together through an arc-shaped plate, the two extension plates are further connected together through magic tapes, and the magic tapes comprise a plurality of extension plates which are uniformly distributed along the length extension direction of the extension plates;
the extension frame is arranged on the rack and extends into the hospital bed from the rack, a fluted disc is rotatably arranged at one end of the extension frame positioned in the hospital bed, the cranks are respectively positioned at two sides of the fluted disc and are coaxially connected with the fluted disc, a flywheel is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft and is connected with the fluted disc through a toothed chain, and the power motor is connected with the other end of the rotating shaft;
the bottom of the upper frame is provided with a sliding block, the bottom of the lower frame is provided with a sliding rail matched with the sliding block, the pushing mechanism comprises an electric cylinder, the electric cylinder is arranged on the lower frame, and an output shaft of the electric cylinder is connected with the upper frame;
the circulating pipeline comprises a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, the water inlet pipe is connected with the water inlet pump, and the water outlet pipe is connected with the water outlet pump;
the part of the flow conduit located in the connection area between the upper and lower racks is a hose.
