In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the wearable device 1 further includes a second cleaning nozzle 204, a water supply pipe 205, and an arc-shaped cover 206, the second cleaning nozzle 204 is disposed on the inner wall of the top end of the excrement collecting shield 12, the water supply pipe 205 is communicated with the second cleaning nozzle 204, the arc-shaped cover 206 is connected to the side wall of the excrement collecting shield 12, and the arc-shaped cover 206 is used for positioning the water supply pipe 205 on the side wall of the excrement collecting shield 12.
It should be noted that, the second cleaning nozzle 204 is disposed on the inner wall of the top end of the excrement collecting cover 12, that is, the second cleaning nozzle 204 is installed on the top end of the excrement collecting cover 12 in a penetrating manner, the second cleaning nozzle 204 faces the crotch of the wearer, the water feeding pipe 205 is communicated with the second cleaning nozzle 204, and the water feeding pipe 205 can be communicated with the warm water component, so that the warm water component can provide clean water for the second cleaning nozzle 204 through the water feeding pipe 205, and the second cleaning nozzle 204 can be used for cleaning the genitals of the wearer, thereby ensuring the cleanness and hygiene of the genitals of the wearer. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, a corrugated structure 29 is provided on the feces collecting hood 12 at an upper portion of the sewage pipe 24.
It should be noted that the fold structure 29 is arranged on the upper side of the part of the excrement collecting protective cover 12 above the first cleaning nozzle 202, the warm air nozzle 203 or the sewage pipe 24, so that the excrement collecting protective cover 12 has a certain deformation amount on the fold structure 29, and the size of the bayonet 122 of the excrement collecting protective cover 12 can be effectively adjusted, so as to be suitable for wearers with different body types; the corrugated structure 29 can be distributed on the excrement collecting protective cover 12 and located on the whole part above the first cleaning spray head 202, namely the length of the corrugated structure 29 is matched with the length of the excrement discharging protective cover located on the part above the first cleaning spray head 202, so that the excrement collecting protective cover 12 can be bent and deformed at any position of the part above the first cleaning spray head 202, the deformation adjusting range of the excrement collecting protective cover 12 is enlarged, and the excrement collecting protective cover can be suitable for being used by wearers of more different body types.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the warm water assembly includes a water feeding pipe joint 52, a clean water tank 53, a first heating structure 54 and a water pump 55, one end of the water feeding pipe joint 52 is suitable for being connected to a water supply end, the other end of the water feeding pipe joint 52, the clean water tank 53 and the water pump 55 are sequentially communicated, a water outlet end of the water pump 55 is suitable for being connected to the wearing device 1, and the first heating structure 54 is suitable for being arranged in the clean water tank 53, on a pipeline between the clean water tank 53 and the water pump 55 or on a water pipe between the water pump 55 and the wearing device 1.
It should be noted that the water feeding pipe joint 52 is disposed in the joint box, and is sequentially communicated with the wearable device 1 through the water feeding pipe joint 52, the clean water tank 53 and the water pump 55, and one end of the water feeding pipe joint 52 is communicated with a water supply end such as a faucet, so that the faucet firstly provides cold clean water and sequentially enters the clean water tank 53 through the water feeding pipe joint 52, and the clean water tank 53 is supplemented with clean water through the water feeding pipe joint 52; a water outlet is formed at the bottom end or the side end of the clean water tank 53, the water outlet is communicated with the water pump 55, so that the clean water in the clean water tank 53 is pumped out to the wearing device 1 by the water pump 55, and the first heating structure 54 is arranged in the clean water tank 53, on a pipeline between the clean water tank 53 and the water pump 55 or on a water pipe between the water pump 55 and the wearing device 1, so that the clean water is heated to warm water by the first heating structure 54 and is supplied to the wearing device 1. The warm water assembly, the sewage tank 32 and the vacuumizing assembly 41 are all arranged in the box body.
In this embodiment, if the first heating structure 54 is disposed in the clean water tank 53, the first heating structure 54 may be a commonly used U-shaped or rod-shaped heating pipe; if the first heating structure 54 is disposed on the pipeline between the clean water tank 53 and the water pump 55 or on the water pipe between the water pump 55 and the wearing device 1, at this time, the first heating structure 54 is a transient heater, and can heat the clean water flowing through the pipeline between the clean water tank 53 and the water pump 55 or the water pipe between the water pump 55 and the wearing device 1, so as to provide warm water for the wearing device 1, and the transient heater can adopt a thick film heating element on the market, wherein the thick film heating element can rapidly generate high temperature in tens of seconds or tens of seconds to rapidly heat the clean water.
The warm water assembly further comprises a water valve 59, the water valve 59 is arranged on a pipeline between the water outlet of the water pump 55 and the wearing device 1 and is used for closing the water outlet of the water pump 55 and preventing the water pump 55 from continuously providing clean water for the wearing device 1; the water valve 59 may be an electromagnetic valve or a rotary valve, and the specific structure of the water valve 59 is not limited herein.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17, the disinfectant mixing assembly 8 includes a mixer cover 81 and a mixer cup 82, the mixer cover 81 is disposed at an opening of the mixer cup 82, the mixer cup 82 is adapted to contain disinfectant, the mixer cover 81 is provided with a water inlet 811 and a liquid outlet 812, the water inlet 811 is adapted to be connected to a water supply end, and the liquid outlet 812, the second cleaning liquid joint 51 and the first cleaning liquid joint 34 are sequentially communicated.
It should be noted that the mixer cup 82 is filled with disinfectant in advance, the water supply end may be an external water pump 55 or a faucet, and is configured to add clean water into the mixer cup 82 from the water inlet 811, so that the disinfectant and the clean water are mixed to form disinfectant, the disinfectant is output from the liquid outlet 812, sequentially enters the cleaning liquid flow passage structure on the diversion seat 31 through the second cleaning liquid joint 51 and the first cleaning liquid joint 34, and finally, an annular emission-shaped disinfectant flow is ejected from the annular spraying opening to the inner wall of the sewage tank 32, so as to flush the inner wall of the sewage tank 32.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the wearable device 1 further comprises a warm air nozzle 203 disposed on an inner side wall of the feces collection and drainage protection cover 12, the feces collection and drainage nursing device 3 further comprises an air blower 56 and a second heating structure, the air blower 56 is communicated with the warm air nozzle 203, and the second heating structure is disposed between the air blower 56 and the warm air nozzle 203.
The warm air blowing head 203 is provided on the inner wall of the feces collection hood 12 in the wearing apparatus 1 to blow warm air to the crotch of the wearer and keep the crotch of the wearer clean and sanitary, as shown in fig. 6; the air blowing pump 56 is arranged in the box body, a second heating structure (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the air pipe between the air outlet of the air blowing pump 56 and the wearing device 1, and the second heating structure heats the air generated by the air blowing pump 56 to form warm air and conveys the warm air to the wearing device 1; wherein, the second heating structure can be a heating pipe or other structures. The blowing pump 56 is communicated with the warm air nozzle 203, so that after the washing nozzle finishes washing the crotch of the wearer, the warm air nozzle 203 is used for blowing air to the crotch of the wearer, and the cleanness and the sanitation of the crotch of the wearer are kept.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the feces collection and drainage nursing device 3 further includes a power supply assembly 57 and a control panel 58, the feces collection groove 123 of the wearing device 1 is in pipe communication with the drainage connector 38, so that urine and feces in the feces collection groove 123 enter the sewage tank 32 through the sewage pipe 24 and the drainage connector 38, the first cleaning nozzle 202 and the second cleaning nozzle 204 of the wearing device 1 are in pipe communication with the water valve 59 of the warm water assembly, so that the warm water assembly is used to provide warm water for the cleaning nozzle of the wearing device 1, and the crotch of the wearer can be cleaned conveniently; warm air nozzle 203 and the pump 56 of blowing in the wearing device 1 pass through the pipe intercommunication to because the second heating structure set up in blow pump 56 with on the trachea between the wearing device, the second heating structure of being convenient for heats the cold wind that the pump 56 of blowing produced and forms the warm air and carry warm air nozzle 203 to wearing device, thereby blows warm air to the crotch portion of wearing person, guarantees the sanitation and hygiene of wearing person crotch portion. A power supply assembly 57 is arranged in the box body so as to provide working power supply for the vacuum pump 412, the first heating structure 54, the water pump 55, the air blowing pump 56, the control panel 58, the second heating structure and the valve structure 6; the control panel 58 may be disposed on the upper surface or the side surface of the box body, and the control panel 58 is electrically connected to the vacuum pump 412, the first heating structure 54, the water pump 55, the air blowing pump 56, the control panel 58, the second heating structure and the valve structure 6, so as to control the above-mentioned electric appliances respectively.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a use method of the above-mentioned defecation nursing device, including the following steps:
s1, detachably attaching the feces collection hood 12 to the crotch of the wearer in the wearing device 1;
s2, the vacuum pumping assembly 41 is operated to pump vacuum to the interior of the waste water tank 32, so as to generate negative pressure in the waste water tank 32, and the urine and feces in the feces collection and protection cover 12 are pumped into the waste water tank 32 by the negative pressure;
s3, the warm water component in the excrement collecting and sewage discharging nursing device 3 works to supply warm water to the cleaning spray head of the wearing device 1 so as to clean the crotch of a wearer with the warm water;
s4, the cleaning liquid supply structure sprays the cleaning liquid to the inner wall of the sewage tank 32 through the diversion seat 31 and cleans the inner wall of the sewage tank.
Between the step S1 and the step S2, the method further includes a step S15 of detecting whether the wearer defecates, and if the wearer defecates, the vacuum-pumping unit 41 is activated to perform vacuum-pumping operation in the waste water tank 32; if a photoelectric sensor is also installed in the feces collection hood 12, whether the wearer defecates or not can be detected by the photoelectric sensor, and the detection result is transmitted to the control panel, so that whether the vacuum pumping assembly 41 works or not is controlled by the control panel. In step S2, before the vacuum unit 41 is activated, the warm water unit is further included to supply warm water to the toilet flush nozzle 201 in the toilet cover 12, so that urine and feces in the toilet tank 123 are flushed into the waste water pipe 24 by the toilet flush nozzle 201, and then the vacuum unit 41 is activated. In step S3, the warm water unit supplies warm water as a washing nozzle attached to the inside of the feces collection cover 12, and the crotch of the wearer is washed with the warm water supplied from the washing nozzle. Between steps S3 and S4, step S35 is included, in which the blower 56 and the second heating structure cooperate to supply warm air to the warm air nozzle 203 installed in the feces collection hood 12, so as to blow warm air to the crotch of the wearer, and to keep the crotch of the wearer clean and sanitary.
In step S4, the cleaning solution supply structure is used to supply cleaning solution such as clean water or disinfectant water to spray annular emission-shaped cleaning solution water flow from the annular spraying opening through the cleaning solution flow channel structure 317 of the diversion seat 31, so as to completely clean the inner wall of the sewage tank 32.
S5, opening the valve structure 6 to discharge urine and feces from the waste water tank 32.
In step S5, liquid level sensors are installed in the clean water tank 53 and the sewage tank 32, and can respectively detect whether the sewage in the sewage tank 32 is full and whether the water level in the clean water tank 53 is lower than a minimum value, and transmit a detection signal to the control panel 58, if the sewage in the sewage tank 32 is full, a caregiver is prompted to push the excrement collecting and discharging nursing device 3 into the toilet, a discharge pipe is installed on the valve structure 6, and the valve structure 6 on the sewage tank 32 is opened, so that the sewage in the sewage tank 32 is discharged into the toilet through the discharge pipe; if the water level in the clean water tank 53 is lower than the minimum value, the water feeding pipe joint 52 is communicated with the water tap, so that clean water is supplemented into the clean water tank 53.

Claims (10)
1. A bed pan care device, comprising:
-a wearing device (1), said wearing device (1) being adapted to be removably mounted at a crotch of a wearer for collecting urine and faeces of said wearer;
the excrement collecting and discharging nursing device (3) comprises a sewage tank (32), an integrated joint component, a cleaning liquid supply structure and a vacuumizing component (41), wherein the integrated joint component comprises a flow guide seat (31), the flow guide seat (31) is embedded in a tank opening of the sewage tank (32), the vacuumizing component (41) is communicated with the sewage tank (32) through the flow guide seat (31) to vacuumize the sewage tank (32), the wearing device (1) is communicated with the sewage tank (32) through the flow guide seat (31), and the cleaning liquid supply structure is communicated with the sewage tank (32) through the flow guide seat (31) to clean the inner wall of the sewage tank (32) through cleaning liquid water flow.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diversion seat (31) is provided with a cleaning solution flow passage structure (317), the cleaning solution flow passage structure (317) is an annular flow passage structure, the annular flow passage structure is adapted to be connected with a first cleaning solution connector (34), the annular flow passage structure gradually shrinks along the flow direction of the cleaning solution, an annular spraying opening is preset between the annular flow passage structure on the diversion seat (31) and the bottom end of the inner wall of the tank opening, and cleaning solution entering from the first cleaning solution connector (34) is sprayed from the annular spraying opening to the inner wall of the sewage tank (32) through the annular flow passage structure to form an annular emission-shaped cleaning solution flow.

The apparatus for nursing the bedpan according to claim 2, wherein the device (3) further comprises a cover (33) for sewage, a valve structure (6) and a first cleaning liquid connector (34), the cover (33) is embedded in the tank, a receiving cavity is arranged inside the cover (33), the baffle seat (31) is embedded in the receiving cavity, the annular flow passage structure is arranged on the outer side wall of the baffle seat (31), and the annular spraying opening is preset between the annular flow passage structure on the baffle seat (31) and the bottom end of the inner wall of the cover (33); a cleaning liquid interface (331) is further arranged on the sewage tank cover (33), and the first cleaning liquid joint (34) is embedded in the cleaning liquid interface (331) and is communicated with the annular flow passage structure; a sewage draining outlet is arranged on the sewage tank (32), and the valve structure (6) is arranged at the sewage draining outlet.

The apparatus for nursing bedpan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the vacuum pumping assembly (41) comprises a pump box (411), a vacuum pump (412) disposed in the pump box (411), a silencing filter box (413), and an odor eliminating structure (414) and a silencing tube (415) disposed in the silencing filter box (413), the suction opening of the vacuum pump (412) is communicated with the sewage tank (32) through the diversion seat (31), the air outlet of the vacuum pump (412) is communicated with one end of the silencing tube (415), an air outlet is disposed on the side wall of the silencing filter box (413), the odor eliminating structure (414) is disposed opposite to the air outlet of the silencing filter box (413), and a plurality of silencing holes are disposed on the silencing tube (415).

The apparatus as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the excrement collecting and discharging nursing device (3) further comprises a vacuum pumping connector (37), an excrement pumping connector (38) and a water vapor filtering assembly (42) arranged on a pipeline between the pumping opening of the vacuum pump (412) and the tank opening of the sewage tank (32), wherein the water vapor filtering assembly (42) is used for filtering air pumped from the sewage tank (32) by the operation of the vacuum pump (412); a sewage pumping interface (315) and a vacuum pumping interface (316) are arranged on the flow guide seat (31), one end of the vacuum pumping joint (37) is communicated with the vacuum pumping interface (316) of the flow guide seat (31), and the other end of the vacuum pumping joint (37) is communicated with the vacuum pump (412); one end of the sewage pumping joint (38) is communicated with the sewage pumping interface (315) of the flow guide seat (31), and the other end of the sewage pumping joint (38) is communicated with the wearing device (1).

The lying and defecation nursing device according to claim 5, wherein the water vapor filtering assembly (42) comprises a water vapor joint plate (421), a water vapor filtering structure (422) and a water vapor residue collecting cup (423), an air inlet interface (4211) and an air outlet interface (4212) are arranged on the water vapor joint plate (421), the water vapor filtering structure (422) is arranged in the water vapor residue collecting cup (423) and used for filtering water vapor and residues in air entering the water vapor residue collecting cup (423), the water vapor joint plate (421) is covered on an opening of the water vapor residue collecting cup (423), the air inlet interface (4211) is communicated with the vacuumizing joint (37), and the air outlet interface (4212) is communicated with the vacuum pump (412).

A bed pan care apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the wearing device (1) comprises a feces collection hood (12), a washing spray head and a flushing spray head (201), the inner bottom wall of the excrement collecting shield (12) is provided with an excrement collecting groove (123) for collecting the urine and excrement of the wearer, the cleaning spray head is arranged on the inner side wall of the excrement collecting protective cover (12) in a penetrating way, the excrement flushing spray head (201) is arranged in the excrement collecting groove (123), the excrement collecting and discharging nursing device (3) also comprises a box body, a second cleaning liquid joint (51) and a warm water component which are arranged in the box body, the cleaning liquid supply structure is a sterilized water mixing assembly (8), the sterilized water mixing assembly (8) is communicated with the first cleaning liquid joint (34) through the second cleaning liquid joint (51), the cleaning spray head and the excrement flushing spray head (201) are respectively communicated with the warm water assembly.
