The foldable gas collection screen 6 comprises an expansion joint 61, an organ cover 62 and a shielding box 63, the expansion joint 61 is formed by sleeving a plurality of hollow cuboids with openings at two ends in a head-tail mode, the lower end of the expansion joint 61 is embedded in the movable case 1, the upper end of the expansion joint 61 is connected with the shielding box 63 through the organ cover 62, suction holes 64 communicated with the inside of the expansion joint 61 are uniformly distributed on the side wall of each section of cuboid of the expansion joint 61, which is close to a patient, and the suction holes 64 are the air inlet ends of the foldable gas collection screen 6. When the folding gas collection screen 6 is folded, the telescopic joint 61, the organ cover 62 and the shielding box 63 are sleeved together and positioned in the movable case 1, so that space can be saved; when the foldable gas collection screen 6 is unfolded, the position of the shielding box 63 above the movable case 1 can be changed by stretching the organ cover 62, the unfolded foldable gas collection screen 6 forms an arc-shaped screen, the gas around a patient can be sucked into the gas filtering box 3 through the gas suction holes 64 on the side wall of the arc-shaped screen, and after the foldable gas collection screen 6 is unfolded, the private part of the patient can be shielded externally, so that the privacy of the patient is reasonably protected.
The irrigation system is primarily intended to clean the buttocks or other parts of the patient after discharge, while at the same time cleaning the discharge. The flushing system comprises a water gun 7 and a constant-temperature water tank 8, wherein the constant-temperature water tank 8 provides a warm water source for the water gun 7 through a water pump, and a heating device such as a heating rod and the like is arranged in the constant-temperature water tank 8.
The upper surface of the mobile case 1 is provided with a control console 9, the control console 9 is used for controlling the start and stop and the air volume of the blower 5, so that the air suction volume of the integrated excrement collecting bag 2 is controlled, the control console 9 can also be used for setting the water outlet temperature of a heating device in the constant-temperature water tank 8 and controlling the start and stop of a water pump, and the control console 9 comprises a PLC controller and a touch screen display connected with the PLC controller.
The working process comprises the following steps:
First, the nursing staff moves the movable chassis 1 to one side of the patient's sickbed, expands the foldable gas collection screen 6 at the corresponding position of the patient's buttocks, makes the suction hole 64 face to one side of the patient, pulls the organ cover 62 to make the shielding box 63 shield the upper side of the movable chassis 1, thereby forming an arc screen.
Secondly, placing the integrated excrement collection bag 2 into the accommodating groove 11, communicating the integrated excrement collection bag 2 with the gas filtering box 3 through the connecting port 12, and positioning the collection handle 23 outside the movable case 1; the purification treatment apparatus is then started, the constant temperature water tank 8 is set to the desired temperature, and the blower 5 is started.
And thirdly, unlocking the patient nursing pad to start cleaning work, collecting excrement on the nursing pad by the collecting handle 23, precipitating solid and liquid excrement in the storage cylinder 21, filtering and purifying malodorous gas sequentially through the gas filtering box 3 and the active carbon filtering box 4, discharging purified air from the air outlet end of the air blower 5, simultaneously, sucking malodorous gas generated by the excrement into the gas filtering box 3 by the folding type gas collecting screen 6, filtering the malodorous gas together with the gas in the integral type excrement collecting bag 2, cleaning buttocks, perineum parts and the like of a patient by a water gun after cleaning, collecting sewage by the collecting handle 23, closing all equipment after cleaning, separating the integral type excrement collecting bag 2 from the connecting port 12, and connecting the air suction end of the collecting handle 23 with the air outlet connecting port 24 in a threaded manner, thereby realizing sealing treatment of the excrement. Finally, the sealed integrated excrement collection bag 2 is uniformly treated through a special medical garbage channel, other patients can be purified after the new integrated excrement collection bag 2 is replaced, the disposable integrated excrement collection bag 2 can effectively avoid the risk of cross infection among patients, and the treatment instrument can be reused by multiple persons after the integrated excrement collection bag 2 is replaced. The filter elements in the gas filter box 3 and the active carbon filter box 4 can be replaced regularly, and the filter is convenient, quick and practical.

The mobile purification treatment instrument for excreta of bedridden patients according to claim 1, wherein: the foldable gas collection screen (6) comprises an expansion joint (61), an organ cover (62) and a shielding box (63) which are sequentially connected, the expansion joint (61) is formed by sleeving a plurality of hollow cuboid heads and tails with openings at two ends, suction holes (64) communicated with the inside of each section of cuboid side wall close to a patient are uniformly formed in each section of cuboid side wall, and the organ cover (62) is used for changing the position of the shielding box (63) on the movable case (1).

A mobile bedridden patient waste purifying treatment apparatus as defined in claim 2, wherein: the integrated excrement collection bag (2) comprises a storage cylinder (21) and a cylinder cover (22) covering the top of the storage cylinder (21), a collection handle (23) communicated with the inner cavity of the storage cylinder (21) and an air outlet connection port (24) are arranged at the top of the cylinder cover (22), external threads are machined on the outer wall of the air outlet connection port (24), internal threads are machined on the inner wall of the air suction end of the collection handle (23), and the air suction end of the collection handle (23) can be in threaded connection with the air outlet connection port (24).
