Claims (10)

1. A medical restraint band characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
the storage box is internally provided with a storage mechanism, one side of the storage box close to the low end is provided with a clamping mechanism, the storage mechanism comprises a belt winding cavity roller which is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the storage box through a bearing, the inner wall of the belt winding cavity roller is filled with dry particles, the outer wall of one end of the belt winding cavity roller is in key connection with a worm wheel disc, one end of the belt winding cavity roller is connected with an end cover through threads, the end cover is provided with a first through hole which is distributed equidistantly, the outer wall of the belt winding cavity roller is fixedly provided with convex arc plates which are distributed equidistantly, the outer wall of the circumference of the belt winding cavity roller is provided with a second through hole which is distributed in a staggered manner on the convex arc plates, the outer wall of the other end of the belt winding cavity roller is welded with a material blocking mechanism, one side of the storage box is provided with a guide mechanism, one side of the outer wall of the, the top end of the storage box is provided with a trigger mechanism, the trigger mechanism comprises a cavity block fixedly mounted at the top end of the storage box, the inner wall of the top of the cavity block is fixedly connected with a lifting rope, the lower end of the lifting rope is fixedly connected with a magnetic metal lifting ball, the inner bottom of the cavity block is fixedly provided with a magnetic block, the magnetic block is located right below the magnetic metal lifting ball, and both sides of the inner wall of the cavity block are fixedly provided with touch switches;
the air cavity cushion is used for protecting a human body and is formed by sewing a woven fabric layer and a non-woven fabric layer, the inner walls of the woven fabric layer and the non-woven fabric layer are bonded with a same leather cavity, an electric control air valve is fixedly mounted on one side of the leather cavity film and fixedly connected with an external high-pressure air bag, an air releasing nozzle is fixedly mounted at the other end of the leather cavity film, raised rib ribs distributed at equal intervals are fixedly connected to the bottom side of the non-woven fabric layer, and a buffer assembly is arranged on the opposite side of the woven fabric layer and the non-woven fabric layer;
the restraint area body, it is used for retraining the human body, the one end and the clamping mechanism fixed connection of the restraint area body, and the other end of the restraint area body and the outer wall fixed connection of receipts area chamber roller, the restraint area body is sewed up by two base cloths and is constituteed, and the relative one side of base cloth is provided with the enhancement baseband, it is provided with the end that crosses that the equidistance distributes to strengthen the baseband, and the equal fixed mounting in end that crosses has miniature magnetic stripe.
2. The medical restraint strap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide means comprises a feed inlet provided at one side of the storage box, and both ends of the inner wall of the feed inlet are rotatably connected to a second guide roller through bearings.

The medical restraint strap according to claim 2, wherein mounting side plates are obliquely fixed to both sides of the inner wall of the storage box close to the feed port through screws, end portions of the mounting side plates are rotatably connected with first guide rollers through bearings, mounting frames are fixed to outer walls of the mounting side plates close to the first guide rollers through screws, and ultraviolet germicidal lamps are fixedly mounted to inner walls of the mounting frames.

The medical restraining belt according to claim 1, wherein said buffer assembly comprises a plurality of sets of PP plastic strips adhered to opposite sides of woven fabric layer and non-woven fabric layer, and buffer springs are fixedly mounted on opposite sides of each set of PP plastic strips and are distributed at equal intervals.

The restraint strap according to claim 1, wherein a driving mechanism is provided in the storage case on a side close to the worm wheel, and the driving mechanism includes a servo motor fixed to a bottom side of the storage case by a screw, and a torque sensor is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the servo motor.
6. The medical restraint strap as claimed in claim 5, wherein the torque sensor is fixedly connected to a worm adapted to a worm wheel, and the other end of the worm is rotatably connected to the storage case.

The medical restraint strap as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material blocking mechanism comprises arc rod ends welded to the outer wall of one end of the strap retracting cavity roller at equal intervals, straight rod ends are welded to the end portions of the arc rod ends, and the end portions of the straight rod ends are welded with the same reinforcing link.

The medical restraining belt according to claim 1, wherein said snap-fit mechanism comprises a locking plug fixedly connected to one end of the restraining belt body, and a fixed block is fixed on one side of the inner wall of the containing box, which is close to the rubber abutting block, through a screw, the lower end of the fixed block is provided with a notch for containing the locking and inserting block, and the inner wall of one end of the notch is welded with an ejection spring for ejecting the locking insert, the end of the fixed block close to the top is provided with a cavity, the inner wall of the top end of the cavity is fixedly provided with a miniature electric telescopic rod, and the end part of the color rod of the micro electric telescopic rod is fixedly provided with a connecting plate, the outer wall of the bottom of the connecting plate is welded with a connecting spring, and the end part of the connecting spring is welded with an end inserting plate which is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the cavity, and the outer wall of the top part of the locking inserting block is provided with a notch matched with the end inserting plate.

The restraining band for medical use according to claim 1, wherein a groove is formed at a top end of the storage case, a handle is rotatably connected to one end of the groove through a movable shaft, a fixed end box is fixed to an inner bottom of the storage case through a screw, and a drawer box for receiving the cushion of the air chamber is slidably connected to the fixed end box and the storage case.
10. A method of using a medical restraining strip according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: medical personnel firstly take out the air cavity cushion in the drawer box, and at the same time, the medical personnel control to start the servo motor, and drive the belt-retracting cavity roller to rotate by utilizing the transmission action of the worm and the worm wheel disc, so that the restraining belt body is discharged;
