5. The intramedullary nail tail nail holding wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the tail nail thread guide pin is provided with a thread part which can be screwed into a thread hole in the center of the tail nail to hold the tail nail.

The intramedullary nail tail nail holding wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rear end of the tail nail thread guide pin is provided with a hexagonal column for the operator to manually drive the threaded portion of the front end to screw into the threaded hole in the center of the tail nail.
