5. extracting 5g of chopped green onion, 10g of bruised ginger and 7g of garlic, continuously stir-frying by using an electric shovel, heating and stir-frying the pot body for 10 s;
6. extracting 10g of iodized salt and 3g of pepper, continuously stir-frying by using an electric shovel, heating and stir-frying the pan body for 10 s;
7. stopping heating and continuing to keep ventilation;
8. extracting one spare dish, using a dish taking device, and gradually taking out the dish and putting the dish into the dish;
9. transferring dishes containing dishes to a heat preservation box;
10. and after the firing is finished, the cloud server sends voice information to the console to prompt that the tomato eggs are ready, and meanwhile, sends information to the user mobile terminal or the touch screen or/and the touch screen terminal to prompt.

1. A dual end control system for an intelligent cooker, the system comprising: the cloud server is respectively in communication connection with the mobile terminal, the touch screen terminal and the control console, and the control console is electrically connected with the execution end;
the mobile terminal and the touch screen terminal are both used for reading a menu database in the cloud server, so that a user can select at least one menu from the menu database, and a cooking process of the cooking machine can be checked through the mobile terminal and/or the touch screen terminal;
the cloud server is used for generating a program instruction corresponding to each menu according to the at least one menu, sending the program instruction to the console, receiving cooking process information returned by the console, and forwarding the cooking process information to the mobile terminal and/or the touch screen terminal;
the console is used for receiving the program instruction, controlling the execution end to execute a corresponding cooking process according to the program instruction, and receiving cooking process information returned by the execution end;
the execution end is used for executing a corresponding cooking process according to the program instruction and returning cooking process information to the console.

The dual-end control system of the intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a recipe management end, wherein the recipe management end is configured to read a recipe database of the cloud server, and write and edit recipe data in the recipe database to update the recipe database;
the cloud server is further used for receiving writing and editing operations of the recipe management end on the recipe data.

The dual-end control system of the intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the system further comprises an operating state monitoring end, wherein the operating state monitoring end is used for monitoring operating state information of the cooker and sending the operating state information to the console;
the console is also used for receiving the running state information and sending the running state information to the cloud server;
the cloud server is further used for receiving the running state information and forwarding the running state information to the mobile terminal and/or the touch screen terminal;
the mobile terminal and the touch screen terminal are also used for checking the running state information of the cooking machine.

The dual-end control system of the intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cloud server is further configured to modify an operating parameter of the cooker according to the cooking process and the operating state information, generate a new program instruction according to the modified operating parameter, and send the new program instruction to the console;
the control console is also used for controlling the execution end to execute the adjusted cooking process according to the new program instruction;
and the execution end is also used for executing the adjusted cooking process according to the control instruction of the console.

The dual-end control system of an intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mobile terminal and the touch screen terminal are further configured to read recipe detail information of a selected recipe, the recipe detail information including at least a recipe name, raw material information and cooking program information.
6. A double-end control method of an intelligent cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal and/or the touch screen terminal reads a menu database from the cloud server so that a user can select at least one menu from the menu database;
the cloud server generates a program instruction corresponding to each menu according to the at least one menu and sends the program instruction to the console;
the control console controls the execution end to execute a corresponding cooking process according to the program instruction, and returns cooking process information to the control console;
and the cloud server receives the cooking process information forwarded by the console and forwards the cooking process information to the mobile terminal and/or the touch screen terminal.
7. The dual-end control method of an intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
the operation state monitoring end monitors the operation state of the cooking machine and sends operation state information to the console;
and the cloud server receives the operation state information forwarded by the console and forwards the operation state information to the mobile terminal and/or the touch screen terminal.
8. The dual-end control method of an intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 7, wherein said method further comprises:
the cloud server modifies the operating parameters of the cooking machine according to the cooking process and the operating state information, generates a new program instruction according to the modified operating parameters, and sends the new program instruction to the console;
the control console controls the execution end to execute the adjusted cooking process according to a new program instruction;
and the execution end executes the adjusted cooking process according to the control instruction of the console.
9. The dual-end control method of an intelligent cooker as claimed in claim 8, further comprising:
the cloud server sends an oil fume purification instruction, an automatic cleaning instruction, a ventilation instruction and/or a disinfection and sterilization instruction to the console according to the cooking process information and the operation state information of the cooking machine;
the control console controls the execution end to carry out oil fume purification, automatic cleaning, ventilation and/or disinfection and sterilization on the cooking machine;
and the execution end performs smoke purification, automatic cleaning, ventilation and/or disinfection and sterilization on the cooking machine according to the program instruction of the console.
10. A cooker comprising a double ended control system of an intelligent cooker as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 and/or performing a double ended control method of an intelligent cooker as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9.
