Specifically, the refrigeration cycle in this embodiment is constituted by connecting a compressor, a condenser 900, and an evaporator 300, which are connected in this order, by a pipe. The first capillary throttling element 710 is connected between the evaporator 300 and the condenser 900, and is connected with the compressor, the evaporator 300 and the condenser 900 to form the first refrigeration cycle loop; and a second capillary throttling element 720 connected between the evaporator 300 and the condenser 900, arranged in parallel with the first capillary throttling element 710, and connected with the compressor, the evaporator 300 and the condenser 900 respectively to form a second refrigeration cycle loop.
Since the length of the first capillary throttling element 710 is smaller than that of the second capillary throttling element 720 in this embodiment, when the refrigerant passes through the second refrigeration cycle loop and is throttled by the second capillary throttling element 720, the pressure is reduced more, the flow rate is smaller, the refrigerating capacity is smaller and the temperature on the evaporator 300 is lower, when the humidity inside the box 100 is higher, the second refrigeration cycle loop connected with the second capillary throttling element 720 can be communicated to realize quick dehumidification, and in a normal refrigeration mode state, only the first refrigeration cycle loop needs to be communicated for refrigeration.
In order to realize the on-off control of the first refrigeration cycle loop and the second refrigeration cycle loop, the embodiment is further correspondingly provided with an electric control component 910, the electric control component 910 is arranged on one of the refrigeration cycle loops or simultaneously arranged on 2 refrigeration cycle loops, 1 or 2 electric control components 910 can be arranged, and when 1 electric control component is arranged on one of the refrigeration cycle loops, the electric control component is arranged on one of the refrigeration cycle loops to control the on-off of one of the refrigeration cycle loops so as to realize the indirect control of the on-off of the other refrigeration cycle loop;
for convenience of control, the first refrigeration cycle loop and the second refrigeration cycle loop may be respectively provided with an electric control component 910, so as to realize independent control of the 2-way refrigeration cycle loop.
And a controller connected to the electronic control unit 910 for controlling the electronic control unit 910 to switch on or off the first refrigeration cycle or the second refrigeration cycle. The controller can communicate with the electronic control unit 910 to control the electronic control unit 910 to close or open, so as to control the first refrigeration cycle or the second refrigeration cycle.

Further, the second air supply device 600 is disposed to suck the wet air flow in the water storage container 500 and blow the wet air flow out to the bottom of the wine storage cavity 120. If the direction of the air current that second air supply arrangement 600 blew out is for parallel blowing out, can make and store up wine chamber 120 bottom department and only have a small amount of air currents to pass through, it is poor to store up the refrigeration humidification effect of the regional department in wine chamber 120 bottom, make inside humidity of whole compartment and temperature inhomogeneous, this embodiment makes second air supply arrangement 600 blow out towards the bottom of storing up wine chamber 120 when setting up, make the air current of humidification earlier blown to storing up wine chamber 120 bottom, then the suction effect through the first air supply arrangement 400 that is located top position department upwards inhales the air current of bottom position department, and then make the air current can be in the inside even circulation flow of whole wine chamber 120 that stores up, make the refrigeration and the humidification effect of gradevin better.
In order to ensure that the airflow blown out from the air outlet portion 210 can be blown into the water storage container 500, an air guiding component 920 for guiding the air of the air outlet portion 210 into the water storage container 500 is further disposed at a position near the air outlet portion 210 at the bottom of the air duct 200. The air guide member 920 may be connected between the rear plate of the inner container 110 and the water storage container 500, or between the air duct cover plate 130 and the water storage container 500, which is not limited in this respect.
The invention also provides a temperature and humidity control method for the wine cabinet in the embodiment, which comprises the following steps: the compressor is started and stopped, mainly by the temperature in the wine storage chamber 120.
The set temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 is prestored in the controller, and when the difference between the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 and the set temperature is greater than a first threshold value, the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 is high, and a compressor needs to be started for refrigeration;
when the difference between the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 and the set temperature is smaller than the first threshold, the compressor does not need to be started for refrigeration;
when the difference between the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 and the set temperature is smaller than the second threshold value, it represents that the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 is low, and at this time, the compressor needs to be controlled to stop cooling.
Meanwhile, a relatively constant humidity range corresponding to the wine storage cavity 120 is prestored in the controller, namely when the humidity is between a first preset humidity value and a second preset humidity value, the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is defaulted to be constant humidity;
when the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is lower than the second preset humidity, it means that the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is lower,
when the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is higher than the second preset humidity and lower than the first preset humidity, it means that the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is relatively constant;
when the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is higher than the first preset humidity, it means that the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is higher.
In the setting, the controller can set the set temperature as TS, the temperature of the wine storage cavity as T1, the humidity in the wine storage cavity as d1, and the first threshold value as follows: 0.5, a second threshold value of-0.5, a first preset humidity value of 70%, a second preset humidity value of 50%.
Specifically, the gradevin is when moving, detect earlier and store up wine chamber 120 intermediate temperature, detect and store up when wine chamber 120 intermediate temperature and the difference of setting for the temperature are greater than first threshold value, open the compressor and refrigerate this moment, for guaranteeing to store up the humidity in wine chamber 120, further detect the humidity value that stores up in wine chamber 120 this moment, if detect when the humidity that stores up wine chamber 120 is less than first predetermined humidity, control first refrigeration cycle circuit and switch on, first air supply arrangement 400, second air supply arrangement 600 simultaneous working, it is specific, it divide into two kinds of different circumstances to store up in the wine chamber 120 intermediate humidity of this embodiment and be less than first predetermined humidity: the first case is: when the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is lower than the second preset humidity, the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is lower, and meanwhile, the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 also reaches the starting temperature corresponding to the compressor, at this time, the conduction of the first refrigeration circulation loop needs to be controlled, the compressor controls the evaporator 300 to refrigerate, the interior of the wine storage cavity 120 is cooled, the first refrigeration circulation loop corresponds to the pipeline where the first capillary throttling element 710 is located, the flow of the first refrigeration circulation loop is larger than that of the pipeline where the second capillary throttling element 720 is located, and the refrigerating capacity is large, so that the conduction of the first refrigeration circulation loop is controlled to ensure that the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 can quickly reach the set temperature;
meanwhile, the second air supply device 600 and the first air supply device 400 are controlled to work simultaneously, so that the humidifying air flow flows in the wine storage cavity 120 in a rapid circulating mode to achieve rapid humidification, the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 can rapidly reach relatively constant humidity, and the first refrigeration circulation loop can be controlled to be disconnected until the difference between the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 and the set temperature is smaller than a second threshold value, namely the shutdown temperature of the compressor is reached;
the second case is: the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is between the second preset humidity and the first preset humidity, at this time, the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is relatively constant, but the temperature does not meet the requirement, at this time, the first refrigeration cycle circuit needs to be controlled to be conducted, the first air supply device 400 and the second air supply device 600 work, refrigeration is realized by conducting the first refrigeration cycle circuit, and the first air supply device 400 and the second air supply device 600 are opened to keep the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 constant.
When installed, the rotation speed of the first air blowing device 400 and the second air blowing device 600 may be reduced.
If the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is detected to be higher than the first preset humidity, the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is indicated to be higher, and the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 does not meet the requirement, at this time, only the first refrigeration cycle circuit needs to be controlled to be conducted, the first air supply device 400 needs to work, the first refrigeration cycle circuit is used for refrigerating, meanwhile, the first air supply device 400 is used for driving airflow to flow in the wine storage cavity 120 to achieve humidification, the second air supply device 600 stops working, and the first refrigeration cycle circuit is controlled to be disconnected until the difference between the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 and the set temperature is smaller than a second threshold value;
if the difference between the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 and the set temperature is smaller than the first threshold value, the evaporator 300 does not need to be controlled to refrigerate through the compressor, at this time, the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is further detected, and if the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is detected to be smaller than the second preset humidity, the first air supply device 400 and the second air supply device 600 are controlled to be started to work, namely, the humidity value in the wine storage cavity 120 is lower, and the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 meets the temperature requirement, at this time, the first air supply device 400 and the second air supply device 600 only need to be controlled to be started, so that air flow circularly flows in the wine storage cavity 120 to achieve the rapid humidification effect.
If the humidity of the wine storage cavity 120 is detected to be larger than the second preset humidity and smaller than the first preset humidity, that is, the temperature and the humidity in the whole wine storage cavity 120 both meet the requirements of the temperature and the humidity, at the moment, the first air supply device 400 and the second air supply device 600 are controlled to stop working, and the first refrigeration cycle loop and the second refrigeration cycle loop are both disconnected;
if the humidity of the wine storage cavity 120 is detected to be higher than the first preset humidity, the first air supply device 400 is controlled to be turned on, the second air supply device 600 is controlled to be turned off, and the second refrigeration cycle loop is turned on.
When the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is higher than the first preset humidity, it means that the humidity in the wine storage cavity 120 is higher, and at the same time, the temperature in the wine storage cavity 120 meets the requirement, at this time, the conduction of the second refrigeration cycle is controlled, because the second refrigeration cycle is provided with the second capillary throttling element 720, the length of the second capillary throttling element is longer, the refrigerant is throttled when passing through the second capillary throttling element 720, the pressure drops quickly, the flow rate drops and simultaneously the temperature on the evaporator 300 drops sharply, the temperature changes very low, so that a large amount of water vapor can be condensed on the surface of the evaporator, and the quick dehumidification is realized, and meanwhile, the quick circulating flow of the air flow in the wine storage cavity 120 can be realized by opening the first air supply device 400, so that the quick condensation of the water vapor is realized, and the dehumidification.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions.
