Fig. 1 is an architecture diagram of a communication system according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 1, which includes a terminal device and a network device. Among them, the terminal device and the network device are applied to an internet protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network. The terminal equipment sends a voice connection request to the network equipment by using the IMS network, and when the network equipment receives the voice connection request sent by the terminal equipment, the network equipment establishes voice connection with the terminal equipment. And when the voice connection is successfully established, the network equipment sends voice connection success information to the terminal equipment. And when the terminal equipment receives the voice connection success information sent by the network equipment, the terminal equipment can dial voice to the network equipment.
In the related art, when service connection between the terminal device and the network device fails, the terminal device may obtain a redial operation instruction (redial time) corresponding to an error response code of an operator in advance, and when the terminal device receives a voice service connection failure message sent by the network device, the redial operation instruction of the terminal device may be determined according to the error response code in the error code message. The technical means shown in the present application will be described below by way of specific examples. It should be noted that the following embodiments may exist independently or may be combined with each other, and description of the same or similar contents is not repeated in different embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a communication method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the method may include:
s201, the terminal equipment sends a service connection request to the network equipment.
The service connection request is used to establish a service connection between the terminal device and the network device. Optionally, the service between the terminal device and the network device may be a voice service, a video service, a data transmission service, and the like. For example, the terminal device may send a voice connection request to the network device, and after the voice connection is successfully established, the terminal device may send a voice to the network device; the terminal device may send a video connection request to the network device, and after the video connection is successfully established, the terminal device may send a video to the network device.
Optionally, the service connection request may include information of the terminal device and an identifier of the service. The information of the terminal device may be identity information of the terminal device. The service identifier is used for indicating the service connected between the terminal equipment and the network equipment. For example, when the terminal device sends a service connection request to the network device, the service connection request may include a user name of the terminal device, a password for the terminal device to log in the network device, an identifier of the voice service, and the like.
Optionally, the service connection request may include time information. For example, when the terminal device sends a service connection request to the network device, the network device may obtain the sending time of the service connection request according to the time information in the service connection request.
S202, when the service connection between the network equipment and the terminal equipment is failed, the network equipment sends service connection failure information corresponding to the service connection request to the terminal equipment, wherein the service connection failure information comprises indication information.
The service connection failure information is used for indicating the service connection failure between the network equipment and the terminal equipment. For example, when the service connection between the network device and the terminal device fails, the network device may generate service connection failure information and send the service connection failure information to the terminal device, and when the terminal device receives the service connection failure information, it may determine that the service connection fails. For example, the terminal device sends a voice connection request to the network device, and if the terminal device receives the voice connection failure information sent by the network device, the terminal device determines that the voice connection with the network device is failed this time.
The service connection failure information includes indication information. The indication information is used for indicating the terminal equipment to carry out service reconnection. For example, when the network device determines that the service connection fails, the network device may add indication information to the service connection failure information according to the reason of the connection failure, so as to instruct the terminal device to perform the next service reconnection.
Optionally, the service connection failure information may include error information. The error information is used for indicating the reason of connection failure between the terminal equipment and the network equipment. For example, in an internet protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network, if a voice connection between a terminal device and a network device fails, the network device may generate an error message, where the error message includes an error code and indication information, and the terminal device may determine a cause of the connection failure according to the error code in the error message. The error code may be a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) error code.
The service connection failure information corresponding to the service connection request can be obtained according to the following feasible implementation manners: the network equipment acquires error information of service connection failure. For example, when the terminal device sends a voice connection request to the network device using the IMS network, if the network device is processing another service, which results in a failure of voice connection between the network device and the terminal device, the network device generates an error code that causes a conflict between the voice connection request and the current resource.
And the network equipment sends service connection failure information corresponding to the service connection request to the terminal equipment according to the error information. Optionally, the network device obtains a first preset relationship corresponding to the error information and the indication information, where the first preset relationship includes at least one error information and the indication information corresponding to each error information. For example, the first preset relationship between the error information and the indication information may be as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Error information Indicating information
Error information 1 Indication information 1
Error information 2 Indication information 2
Error information 3 Indication information 3
…… ……
It should be noted that table 1 shows the first preset relationship corresponding to the error information and the indication information only by way of example, and does not limit the first preset relationship corresponding to the error information and the indication information.
And the network equipment determines indication information corresponding to the error information according to the error information and the first preset relation, and sends service connection failure information corresponding to the service connection request to the terminal equipment according to the indication information. For example, if the error information of the service connection failure acquired by the network device is error information 1, the indication information determined by the network device is indication information 1; if the error information of the service connection failure acquired by the network equipment is error information 2, the indication information determined by the network equipment is indication information 2; if the error information of the service connection failure acquired by the network device is the error information 3, the indication information determined by the network device is the indication information 3.
For example, when the network device determines that the indication information is indication information 1, and when the network device generates the service connection failure information, the network device may add indication information 1 to the service connection failure information and send the service connection failure information including indication information 1 to the terminal device.
Optionally, the indication information may be set in a header field of the service connection failure information. For example, in an IMS network, if the connection between the terminal device and the network device fails, the network device may add indication information to a header field or an extended header field of an error code packet, where the error code packet may include an error code and the indication information.
The following describes in detail a process of the terminal device sending a service connection request to the network device with reference to fig. 3A to 3B.
Fig. 3A is a schematic diagram of a process of sending a service connection request by a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 3A, which includes a terminal device and a network device. The terminal device sends a voice connection request to the network device. The voice connection request may include an identifier of the terminal device and an identifier of the voice service. When the network equipment receives the voice connection request sent by the terminal equipment, the network equipment tries to establish voice connection with the terminal equipment.
When the voice connection between the network device and the terminal device is successfully established, the network device may generate the voice connection success information and send the voice connection success information to the terminal device. Optionally, when the voice connection between the network device and the terminal device is successfully established, if the terminal device does not dial a voice to the network device within the preset time duration, the voice connection between the network device and the terminal device is disconnected, and the terminal device needs to re-establish the voice connection with the network device when dialing a voice to the network device.
Fig. 3B is a schematic diagram of another process of sending a service connection request by a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3B, the terminal device and the network device are included. The terminal device sends a voice connection request to the network device. The voice connection request may include an identifier of the terminal device and an identifier of the voice service. When the network equipment receives a voice connection request sent by the terminal equipment, the network equipment tries to establish voice connection with the terminal equipment.
When the voice establishment between the network device and the terminal device fails, the network device may generate voice connection failure information, and add an error code and indication information to the voice connection failure information. The network equipment sends voice connection failure information to the terminal equipment, and when the terminal equipment receives the voice connection failure information sent by the network equipment, the terminal equipment determines that the voice connection fails.
And S203, the terminal equipment resends the service connection request to the network equipment according to the indication information.
The indication information is used for indicating the terminal equipment to carry out service reconnection. The terminal device may resend the service connection request to the network device according to the following feasible implementation manners: and the terminal equipment determines the sending time and the sending network according to the indication information. The sending time is the time when the terminal device sends the service connection request to the network device again. For example, if the terminal device determines that the sending time is 0 second according to the indication information, the terminal device immediately sends a service connection request to the network device again when receiving the service connection failure information sent by the network device; if the terminal equipment determines that the sending time is 1 second according to the indication information, the terminal equipment sends a service connection request to the network equipment again in the 1 st second after receiving the service connection failure information sent by the network equipment; and if the terminal equipment determines that the network equipment cannot receive the service connection request within 10 seconds according to the indication information, the terminal equipment retransmits the service connection request to the network equipment in 11 seconds after receiving the service connection failure information transmitted by the network equipment.
The sending network is a network used by the terminal device to resend the service connection request to the network device. For example, if the terminal device determines that the sending network is a Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) network according to the indication information, the terminal device uses the GSM network to send a service connection request to the network device again; if the terminal equipment determines that the sending network is the IMS network according to the indication information, the terminal equipment uses the IMS network to send the service connection request to the network equipment again when the terminal equipment is reconnected with the network equipment.
And the terminal equipment retransmits the service connection request to the network equipment according to the transmission time and the transmission network. For example, if the terminal device determines that the sending time is 0 second and the sending network is a GSM network according to the indication information, the terminal device immediately uses the GSM network to send a service connection request to the network device again when receiving the service connection failure information sent by the network device; if the terminal equipment determines that the sending time is 10 seconds and the sending network is the IMS network according to the indication information, the terminal equipment uses the IMS network to send the service connection request to the network equipment again in the 10 th second after receiving the service connection failure information sent by the network equipment.
Optionally, the service connection request that the terminal device sends to the network device again is the same as the service connection request that the terminal device sends to the network device last time. For example, when the terminal device fails to send the voice connection request to the network device, the terminal device may resend the voice connection request to the network device.
Optionally, if the service connection request includes time information, the service connection request that is sent again by the terminal device to the network device is different from the service connection request that is sent by the terminal device to the network device last time. For example, if the service connection request includes a timestamp, the timestamp in the service connection request is different when the terminal device sends the service connection request to the network device at different time.
Next, with reference to fig. 4, a detailed description is given of a process in which the terminal device retransmits the service connection request to the network device according to the indication information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a terminal device resending a service connection request according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 4, which includes a terminal device and a network device. When the voice connection between the terminal equipment and the network equipment fails, the network equipment generates voice connection failure information and sends the voice connection failure information to the terminal equipment. The voice connection failure information comprises an error code and indication information.
When the terminal equipment receives the voice connection failure information sent by the network equipment, the terminal equipment determines the sending time and sends the network according to the indication information in the voice connection failure information. And the terminal equipment retransmits the voice connection request to the network equipment according to the transmission time and the transmission network.
The embodiment of the application provides a communication method, wherein a terminal device sends a service connection request to a network device, and when the service connection between the network device and the terminal device fails, the network device sends service connection failure information corresponding to the service connection request to the terminal device, wherein the service connection failure information includes indication information. The terminal equipment receives service connection failure information corresponding to the service connection request sent by the network equipment, determines sending time and a sending network according to indication information in the service connection failure information, and sends the service connection request to the network equipment again according to the sending time and the sending network. In the method, the terminal equipment resends the service connection request to the network equipment according to the indication information sent by the network equipment, so that the compatibility between the terminal equipment and the network equipment can be improved, and the terminal equipment does not need to be reconnected with the network equipment according to the fixed redialing operation instruction corresponding to the error response code of the operator, thereby improving the flexibility of the communication of the terminal equipment.
The communication method will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 5 on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2.

It should be noted that the execution process of S502 may refer to the execution process of S202, and is not described herein again.
And S503, the terminal equipment determines the sending time and the sending network according to the indication information.
The sending time is the time when the terminal equipment sends the service connection request to the network equipment again. The transmission moment may be determined according to the following possible implementations: and the terminal equipment acquires the time identifier and the time parameter corresponding to the time identifier from the indication information. Wherein the time parameter is used for indicating the sending time. The time identifier is used for indicating the position of the time parameter in the indication information. For example, the time stamp may be Retry-later (Retry After), and the terminal device determines a parameter After Retry After the Retry After in the indication information as the time parameter. For example, if the indication information includes Retry After: and 10, the time parameter acquired by the terminal equipment is 10.
And the terminal equipment determines the sending time according to the time identifier and the time parameter. Optionally, the terminal device determines a definition corresponding to the time identifier. And the definition corresponding to the time identifier is used for analyzing the time parameter so as to obtain the sending time. For example, the Retry After is defined as Retry later, and the sending time corresponding to the time parameter may be determined according to the definition of Retry After. And the terminal equipment analyzes the time parameter according to the definition corresponding to the time identifier to obtain the sending time. For example, if the indication information includes Retry After: and 10, the terminal device obtains the time identifier as Retry After and the time parameter as 10 in the indication information, determines that the Retry After is defined as Retry later, and analyzes the time parameter 10 according to the Retry After is defined, and obtains the sending time as 10 seconds later.
Next, a process of determining the transmission time by the terminal device based on the instruction information will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a process of determining a sending time by a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 6, which includes a terminal device and a network device. When the voice connection between the terminal device and the network device fails to be established, the network device generates voice connection failure information, wherein the voice connection failure information includes a SIP error code 503 and indication information, and the indication information includes a Retry After:0.
referring to fig. 6, the terminal device determines that the voice connection is failed according to the error code 503, and obtains the time identifier Retry After in the indication information and the time parameter 0 corresponding to the time identifier. The terminal device parses 0 according to the definition of Retry After, and may determine that Retry After: the transmission time indicated by 0 is the current time. The terminal equipment sends a voice connection request to the network equipment immediately after receiving the voice connection failure information sent by the network equipment.
The sending network is a network used by the terminal device to resend the service connection request to the network device. The terminal equipment determines that the sending network has the following two conditions according to the indication information:
case 1: the indication information includes a network identifier.
And when the indication information comprises the network identification, the terminal equipment determines a sending network according to the network identification. The network identifier is used for indicating a network used when the terminal device sends a service connection request to the network device. For example, the network identity may be an identity of a GSM network, an identity of an IMS network, etc. Optionally, a domain (domain) may be added to the indication information, and different assignments may be performed on the domain, so as to determine a network used when the terminal device sends the service connection request to the network device. For example, if domain = GSM is included in the indication information, the terminal device sends a service connection request to the network device by using a GSM network; and if the indication information comprises domain-IMS, the terminal equipment uses an IMS network to send a service connection request to the network equipment.
Optionally, the terminal device may determine the sending network according to the following feasible implementation manners: and if the network indicated by the network identifier is the same as the current network, the terminal equipment determines the current network as a sending network. For example, if the terminal device last uses the IMS network to send a service connection request to the network device, when the network indicated by the network identifier included in the indication information is the IMS network, the terminal device determines the current IMS network as the sending network.
And if the network indicated by the network identifier is different from the current network, the terminal equipment determines the network indicated by the network identifier as a sending network. For example, if the terminal device sends the service connection request to the network device using the IMS network last time, when the network indicated by the network identifier included in the indication information is a GSM network, the terminal device determines the GSM network as a sending network.
Optionally, the network device may determine the network identifier according to the error information. For example, when the terminal device uses the IMS network to send a service connection request to the network device, if the IMS network has poor signal strength and service connection between the terminal device and the network device fails, the network device may add the GSM network identifier to the indication information, and the terminal device sends the service connection request to the network device again according to the GSM network in the indication information. For example, if the terminal device uses the IMS network to send a service connection request to the network device last time, if the signal of the IMS network is poor and the network signal of another network (GMS, etc.) is smaller than the IMS network signal, the network device adds the network identifier corresponding to the IMS network to the indication information, and the terminal device determines that the sending network is the IMS network according to the indication information.
In this case, when the network identifier is included in the indication information, the terminal device may determine, according to the network identifier, a network used when the service connection request is retransmitted to the network device. Because the network identifier is added by the network device according to the error information, the compatibility of the terminal device and the network device is improved, and the network device can resend the service connection request to the network device according to the indication information, thereby improving the flexibility of the communication of the terminal device.
Case 2: the indication information does not include a network identification.
When the network identifier is not included in the indication information, the terminal device may determine the current network as the transmission network. For example, if the indication information does not include the network identifier, it indicates that the service connection sent by the terminal device to the network device last time is failed and unrelated to the sending network, at this time, the network device does not add the network identifier to the indication information, and the terminal device may use the current network to send the service connection request to the network device again.
In this case, when the indication information does not include the network identifier, it indicates that the current network state of the terminal device is better, and the terminal device may continue to use the current network to send the service connection request to the network device. The terminal equipment resends the service connection request to the network equipment according to the indication information sent by the network equipment, so that the flexibility of the terminal equipment communication can be improved.
Next, with reference to fig. 7, a process of the terminal device determining the transmission network according to the indication information is described in detail.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a process of determining a sending network by a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 7, which includes a terminal device and a network device. When the voice connection between the terminal device and the network device fails, the network device generates voice connection failure information, where the voice connection failure information includes a SIP error code 503 and indication information, and the indication information includes a network identifier domain = GSM.
Referring to fig. 7, the terminal device determines that the voice connection is failed according to the error code 503, and obtains the network identifier domain = GSM in the indication information. The terminal device can determine that the sending network is a GSM network according to the network identifier domain = GSM. The terminal device re-transmits the voice connection request to the network device using the GMS network.
S504, the terminal device sends the service connection request to the network device again according to the sending time and the sending network.
Next, with reference to fig. 8, a detailed description will be given of a process in which the terminal device retransmits the service connection request to the network device according to the transmission time and the transmission network.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating that a terminal device retransmits a service connection request according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 8, which includes a terminal device and a network device. When the terminal device and the network device fail to establish the voice connection, the network device generates voice connection failure information, where the voice connection failure information includes an SIP error code 503 and indication information, and the indication information includes a Retry After:0 and network identification domain = GSM.
Referring to fig. 8, the terminal device determines that the voice connection is failed according to the error code 503, and obtains the time identifier Retry After in the indication information and the time parameter 3 corresponding to the time identifier. The terminal device parses 0 according to the definition of Retry After, and may determine that Retry After: the transmission time indicated by 0 is the current time. And the terminal equipment acquires the network identifier domain = GSM in the indication information. The terminal device can determine that the sending network is a GSM network according to the network identifier domain = GSM. And after receiving the voice connection failure information sent by the network equipment, the terminal equipment uses the GSM network to send a voice connection request to the network equipment again.
The embodiment of the application provides a communication method, wherein a terminal device sends a service connection request to a network device, when the service connection between the network device and the terminal device fails, the network device sends service connection failure information corresponding to the service connection request to the terminal device, wherein the service connection failure information comprises indication information, the terminal device obtains a time identifier and a time parameter corresponding to the time identifier from the indication information, and analyzes the time parameter according to the definition of the time identifier to obtain a sending time. And the terminal equipment determines a sending network according to the indication information and resends the service connection request to the network equipment according to the sending time and the sending network.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the following describes the procedure of the communication method in detail by a specific example with reference to fig. 9.
Fig. 9 is a process diagram of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present application. Please refer to fig. 9, which includes: terminal equipment and network equipment. Before the terminal equipment dials voice to the network equipment, the terminal equipment sends a voice connection request to the network equipment, and when the voice connection between the terminal equipment and the network equipment fails, the network equipment generates voice connection failure information. The voice connection failure information includes a SIP error code 503 and indication information, and the indication information includes a Retry After:0 and network identification domain = GSM.
Referring to fig. 9, when the terminal device receives the voice connection failure information sent by the network device, the terminal device determines that the voice connection is failed according to the error code 503. The terminal equipment acquires the indication information and comprises a Retry After:0; domain = GSM. The terminal device transmits the message according to the Retry After:0; domain = GSM, the sending time is determined to be 0 seconds, and the sending network is a GSM network.
And after receiving the voice connection failure information sent by the network equipment, the terminal equipment uses the GSM network to send a voice connection request to the network equipment again. Therefore, when the voice connection between the terminal equipment and the network equipment fails, the terminal equipment can send the service connection request to the network equipment again according to the indication information sent by the network equipment, the compatibility between the terminal equipment and the network equipment is improved, the terminal equipment does not need to be connected with the network equipment again according to the fixed redialing operation instruction corresponding to the error response code of the operator, and the communication flexibility of the terminal equipment is further improved.
