In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method are allowed to be implemented in other ways. the system comprises an acquisition module, an analysis module and a storage module, wherein the acquisition module comprises a parking acquisition unit and an in-out collection unit, the parking acquisition unit is used for acquiring parking information of a parking lot, the in-out collection unit is used for acquiring vehicle information in and out of a storage, the parking information comprises storage time data, ex-storage time data and parking time data, the vehicle information comprises license plate data, contact data and payment data, and the parking information and the vehicle information are sent to the analysis module;
the analysis module is used for receiving the parking information and the vehicle information, analyzing the parking information to obtain parking analysis information, analyzing the vehicle information to obtain vehicle analysis information, classifying and combining the parking analysis information and the vehicle analysis information to obtain an analysis information set, and sending the analysis information set to the processing module;
the processing module is used for processing the analysis information set to obtain a processing information set and transmitting the processing information set to the control module; the method comprises the following specific steps:

step five: combining the first matching signal and the second matching signal to obtain a processing information set;
the charging module is used for charging the parked vehicles according to the parking time and the preset parking unit price, generating charging data and sending the charging data to the control module;
and the control module is used for receiving and processing the information set and the charging data and controlling the operation of the parking rod when the vehicle is taken out of the garage.

s21: acquiring warehousing time data, ex-warehouse time data and parking number data in parking information;
