While the invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be the most practical and preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiment, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A smart community visitor management system comprises a central server, a visitor identity verification module, a community monitoring system, a path indicating device, a door defense system and an elevator control module, wherein the visitor identity verification module, the community monitoring system, the path indicating device, the door defense system and the elevator control module are communicated with the central server, the visitor identity verification module comprises a plurality of visitor verification terminals distributed on community doorways and community inner roads and a plurality of owner verification terminals located in owners, the visitor verification terminals can interact with the owner verification terminals in a voice and video communication mode, and the owners can authorize or refuse to authorize visiting visitors through the owner verification terminals; the community monitoring system comprises a plurality of monitoring cameras positioned in a community, the monitoring cameras can cover all roads in the community, unit doorways of each building, hallways of each building and elevators, and the monitoring cameras can monitor and track moving targets in the visual field of the monitoring cameras in real time; the path indicating device comprises a plurality of electronic indicators positioned on the roadside of the road in the community and used for indicating the direction of the target building of the visitor to the visitor; the door defense system is used for controlling unit doors of the building; the elevator control module is used for controlling the arrival floor of the elevator according to the floor of the target owner of the visitor.

The smart community visitor management system according to claim 1, wherein an owner authentication terminal in each owner's house is capable of communicating with each visitor authentication terminal, each of the owner authentication terminal and the visitor authentication terminal is provided with a camera and a microphone, and the owner authentication terminal is provided with a permission operation part and a denial operation part; when the owner activates the operation rejection part, the central controller issues a locking message for the visitor to the gatekeeper system which closes the unit doors of all the buildings for the visitor.
3. The intelligent community visitor management system of claim 1, wherein the central controller is capable of generating a designated path from a location of the visitor to a building where the visited owner is located based on a location of the owner visited by the visitor in the community.
4. The system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the central controller has a target character recognition function, the central controller can recognize the character of the visitor through the monitoring camera and use the character of the visitor as the recognition character of the visitor, the central controller can recognize, track and locate the position of the visitor through a plurality of monitoring cameras, and the central controller controls the electronic indicator near the visitor to give the visitor a direction indication of the target building according to the comparison between the located visitor position and the designated path.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein when the characteristics of the visitor in the view of the monitoring camera are changed, the central controller takes the changed characteristics of the visitor as the identification characteristics of the visitor.
6. The intelligent community visitor management system of any one of claims 3-5, wherein the central controller issues an alert to security personnel when the located visitor location deviates from the designated path.
7. The intelligent community visitor management system of any one of claims 3-5, wherein the central controller is capable of planning an adjusted path from the current location to a building where the visited owner is located based on the current location of the visitor when the located visitor location deviates from the designated path.
8. The smart community visitor management system of any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the central controller issues an alarm warning to security personnel when a visitor disappears from the view of the plurality of surveillance cameras before reaching the floor of the visited owner.
9. The smart community visitor management system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein when a visitor arrives at a unit door of a building, the central controller compares a location of the building where the visitor is located, which is located by the monitoring camera, with a location of the building where the visited owner is located, and when the two are matched, the central controller issues an instruction to the doorkeeper to unlock the unit door of the building; when the two are not matched, the central controller sends a command of locking the building unit door to the door protection system.
10. The intelligent community visitor management system of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the central controller identifies and locates a location of a visitor through a monitoring camera in an elevator, when the visitor enters the elevator and an elevator door is closed, the elevator management module reads target floor information input by the visitor and compares the input target floor information with floor information of an owner to which the visitor is located, and if the two are the same, the elevator management module executes the input target floor information and the elevator enters a running state; and if the two are different, the elevator management module refuses to execute the input target floor information, the elevator is kept at the current position, and error prompt information is sent to the visitor.
