Fig. 3 is a diagram of an embodiment of implementing functions by an operation management side in the operation management method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the operation management side implements the following.
S301, pre-establishing information registration of personnel in a park at an operation management side;
in this embodiment, the information registration of personnel in the garden is in order to be in and out freely when personnel get into the garden area on the one hand, and on the other hand is in order to make personnel in the garden become when waiting to visit personnel, the visitor also can in time acquire the position of waiting to visit personnel to realize one of the high-efficient operation management mode in garden.
It should be noted that, the information registration includes, but is not limited to, one or more of personal name, face image or body shape image of the person, so as to accurately identify the person, if a repetitive phenomenon occurs due to a certain element, such as name repetition, the face or other elements of the shape are timely supplemented, so that each person has corresponding features to be accurately identified. In addition, in practical application, after the information of the personnel is registered in advance by the operation management side, in daily work or operation process, the operation management side can also timely acquire image path information of the registered personnel on the same day, for example, a certain personnel A, which is a personnel in a park, can timely acquire the image information of the personnel when working in the morning, forms a path on the monitoring side, and can interact with the monitoring side when the operation management side needs to acquire the path information so as to be used for safely monitoring the behavior track of the personnel in the park.
S302, the operation management side acquires a request message of at least one visitor entering the park, which is sent by the access control side, analyzes access information carried in the request message, performs matching on the operation management side, generates a first response message if the access information cannot be matched or access information which is refused to be accessed is matched, and generates a second response message based on the request message if the access information is matched.
In this embodiment, the operation management side performs information interaction with the access control side in real time, as described above, the operation management side may be a cloud service side, or a local service side may be set for a certain park, where multiple parks share a cloud service. Thus, the operation management side, which is one cloud service common to a plurality of parks, can be configured as information sharing of the plurality of parks. When a certain visitor enters a park, the park discovers that the visitor's access park is other parks in the cloud service, and when a first response message is returned to the visitor to reject the access request, the address information of the park accessed by the visitor is carried in the first response message, so that the visitor can acquire the position of the park to be visited in time.
In this embodiment, after the access information carried in the analyzed visitor request message is matched with the information of the preregistered campus staff, the matching process includes two parts, the first part is matched with the information of the staff, if the first part cannot be matched with the information of the staff, the person to be visited is considered to be not the local campus staff, and a first response message is directly generated; the second part is registration matching of the reservation information of the personnel on the same day, namely the operation management side can also timely receive a visit information registration request of the personnel on the campus and timely store the visit information registration request to the operation management side so as to determine whether to accept visiting, and if the personnel to be visited in the visit information carried in the request message are registered for a certain time period in advance or do not accept visiting on the same day, a first response message is also generated so as to reject visiting.
In this embodiment, if the access information is matched, a second response message based on the request message is generated, after receiving the request message, the operation management side generates a unique identifier corresponding to the visitor, when the access information is matched, the image feature information of the person to be visited is extracted after the access information is matched, the second response message is generated by the unique identifier and the image feature information of the person to be visited, and the second response message is sent to the monitoring side.
And S303, the operation management side timely sends the first response message to the access control side and sends the second response message to the monitoring side.
In this embodiment, because of the multiple access control sides set in the campus, a request that multiple visitors access at the same time may occur, so in the data processing process, the operation side may process according to the identification of the visitor, and therefore, the first response message or the second response message may further carry the identification of the visitor, so as to return corresponding response messages according to different visitors.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the arrangement of the access side is as described above, and one campus may include multiple campus entrances, where different buildings and different garage entrances and exits in the campus are configured as a part of the access side. At this time, if the visitor accesses the entrance of the park, the visitor can send the request message in the entrance guard of the entrance in a code scanning mode through the mobile terminal, and the access request message can also be input according to the access interface configured on the entrance guard side, and at this time, the returned response message is displayed according to the corresponding request message sending end, for example, the response message is set through the mobile terminal of the visitor or the access interface configured on the entrance guard side. In addition, according to the requirements of the visitor, when the access interface inputs the access request message, the terminal receiving the response message is also input as the mobile terminal of the terminal.
In practice, although the visitor access request is allowed at the entrance guard side and path information is set to allow the visitor access request to reach a building, in practice, access may be delayed or refused due to something else when the visitor is about to or has reached the building where the visitor is located, but the visitor is not required to return a response message in time, so that an entrance guard part is set as a part of the entrance guard side when the visitor arrives at the destination building, at this time, it needs to be noted that the entrance guard side of the entrance guard of the campus entrance and the entrance guard sides of a plurality of buildings or garage entrances can perform wireless communication, and visitor information acquired at the entrance guard side of the entrance of the campus can be correspondingly sent to the entrance guard side where the building is located, so that information is interacted in time.
In this embodiment, after receiving the second response message, the monitoring side analyzes the second response message to obtain the visitor information, and as set forth above, the monitoring side sets a mode that a certain monitoring terminal controls a plurality of monitoring terminals, or a certain control terminal controls a plurality of monitoring terminals, and as set forth above, performs image feature matching broadcasting on the monitoring side, after receiving the first returned broadcast response message, performs feature addressing on the monitoring terminal returning the broadcast message to obtain a plurality of location point information of the to-be-visited person based on the plurality of monitoring terminals, generates path information based on the to-be-visited person based on the plurality of location point information, and sends the path information to the entrance guard side.
In this embodiment, after receiving the path information, the access control device obtains the feature identification information of the visitor, if the visitor is a person, the feature identification information of the face image or the body appearance of the visitor is obtained, if the visitor is a vehicle, the feature identification information of the license plate number or the appearance of the vehicle is obtained, and the visitor enters the park after obtaining the path information received by the access control device through the mobile terminal; and after receiving the characteristic identification information of the visitor sent by the access control side, the monitoring side starts real-time monitoring on the visitor entering the park, acquires the position information of the person to be visited in real time, adjusts the path if the position of the person to be visited is changed, and sends the adjusted path to the mobile terminal of the visitor in real time.
In this embodiment, if the destination address of the image monitoring path obtained in real time within the preset time is inconsistent with the destination address of the path information, generating abnormal information of the visitor, and sending the abnormal information to the operation management side for processing, where the step specifically includes collecting the position information of the visitor in real time to generate a dynamic image monitoring path, if the image monitoring path is not changed within a time range, obtaining the destination address of the image monitoring path and matching with the destination address of the path information, if the image monitoring path is inconsistent with the destination address of the path information, generating the abnormal information of the visitor and sending the abnormal information to the operation management side, and if the position information of the visitor is not changed, determining that the abnormal information of the visitor is abnormal, and timely sending warning information to a mobile terminal of the visitor; if the position information of the person to be visited is changed and the record of the monitoring side for sending the position information change to the visitor mobile terminal is not queried, the changed position information is sent to the visitor mobile terminal, and the abnormality is relieved after the confirmation message returned by the mobile terminal is received.
After the visitor enters the park, the monitoring side monitors in real time according to the characteristic identification information of the visitor, and as described above, each terminal of the monitoring side, which collects the characteristic identification information of the visitor, generates position point information of the visitor, and a plurality of position points form an image monitoring path of the visitor in the park. In this embodiment, an image monitoring path may be generated in real time on the monitoring side and sent to the operation management side to perform path information matching, or path information matching may be performed on the monitoring side, and since a certain time is required for the visitor to reach the destination address, a time required for the visitor to reach the destination address based on the path information may be generated after the path information is generated on the monitoring side, and the time is appropriately prolonged as a preset time, and when the visitor does not reach the destination address within the preset time range, there may be two cases, one is abnormality of the visitor itself, and one is abnormality that the visitor may walk by mistake or delay due to a reasonable reason, so that although abnormality information is generated, whether abnormality needs to be relieved may be determined according to an analysis result of the operation management side. The decision whether to release is made in the manner set forth above.
In this embodiment, the operation management side stores the image monitoring paths of the normal visitor for subsequent management data analysis, and may also be configured to delete the path data for a certain period of time.
