The first type transaction object information may be intellectual property information, such as trademark right information, patent right information, copyright information, geographical indication information, and the like, and the characteristic information in the first type transaction object information may be validity period information of the patent right, technical content information, legal status information, and the like.
The number of copies identification information in the first type transaction object information may be, for example, a patent right, where the license usage right of a patent right is set to a predetermined number of copies, for example, the license usage right of a patent right is set to 5 copies, and the number of copies identification information of the license usage right of the patent right is 5, that is, at least the patent right may be implemented by 5 licensees. The identification information in the first type of transaction object information is, for example, patent number information of patent rights.
The first type of transaction object may also be a trademark rights license usage right, a geographically tagged license usage right, and the like.
The preprocessing may be an information extraction process and/or an information generation process of the first type transaction object information based on computer instructions or based on an information extraction model.
The first processing area, the second processing area, and the third processing area may be different areas (devices) having a memory module and a processing module in a computer system or a network system, or areas (devices) having a memory module and a processing module independent of each other, such as a memory device and a processor in a computer system.
The second type transaction object may be a commodity generated based on the first type transaction object, and the commodity may be a tangible commodity (such as a product generated based on patent rights, a chip, a handheld device, and the like) or an intangible commodity (such as an electronic video ticket, and the like).
With the transaction processing method 100 of the above embodiment, it is preferable that the first type transaction object information after the preprocessing is transmitted to the first processing area by the user operation terminal device having the first identity type;
at least one first type operation instruction is transmitted to the first processing area by the user operation terminal equipment with the second identity type and/or the third identity type, and the first type operation instruction comprises a first type transaction object for acquiring a preset number of copies;
updating the number of copies identification information of the first type transaction object information in the first processing area based on at least one first type operation instruction;
transmitting the updated information of the first type transaction objects to a second processing area, wherein at least one second type operation instruction is transmitted to the second processing area by user operation terminal equipment with a second identity type, a third identity type and/or a fourth identity type, and the second type operation instruction comprises the step of acquiring a preset number of the first type transaction objects;
updating the number of copies identification information of the first type transaction object information in the second processing area based on at least one second type operation instruction;
and at least one third type operation instruction is transmitted to the third processing area by the user operation terminal equipment with the second identity type, the third type operation instruction comprises at least one second type transaction object information, the second type transaction object information at least comprises characteristic information and quantity information, and the quantity information of the at least one second type transaction object information in the third processing area is updated based on the at least one third type operation instruction.
The first identity type may be an issuer of the first type transaction object information, the second identity type may be a producer who obtains the second type transaction object based on the obtained first type transaction object, the third identity type may be an organization which deals with the first type transaction object, and the fourth identity type may be a personal identity.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that different identity types may be represented by different numerical encodings to enable the different identity types to be identified by the first, second and third processing regions.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one fourth type operation instruction is transmitted to the second processing area by the user operation terminal device having the second identity type, the third identity type and/or the fourth identity type, the fourth type operation instruction includes providing a predetermined number of copies of the first type transaction object;
and updating the copy number identification information of the first type transaction object information in the second processing area based on at least one fourth type operation instruction.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one fifth type operation instruction is transmitted to the third processing area by the user operation terminal device having the fourth identity type, the fifth type operation instruction including acquiring a predetermined number of the second type transaction objects.
For the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, the first processing area includes an identification module, the second processing area includes an identification module, and the third processing area includes an identification module.
Wherein the identification module may be implemented by a computer program module.
In the above embodiments, the terminal device may be a computer device or various handheld electronic devices.
For the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the first type transaction object information further includes identification information, and the second type transaction object information includes identification information of the first type transaction object information.
More preferably, the identification information is of a non-modifiable type.
With the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that a transmission time stamp is set when at least one first-type transaction object information is transmitted to the first processing area, and after a preset time elapses, the first-type transaction object information is converted into third-type transaction object information.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the preset time may be preset by those skilled in the art.
In each of the above embodiments, the first type transaction object information, the second type transaction object information, and the third type transaction object are transaction object information of different types.
With respect to the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the first-type transaction object information further includes price identification information, the first-type operation instruction includes a price sub-instruction, the price sub-instruction of the first-type operation instruction is compared with the price identification information of the first-type transaction object information in the first processing area, and if the price in the price sub-instruction is the same as the price in the price identification information or the difference between the price in the price sub-instruction and the price in the price identification information is within a preset range, the first-type transaction object information in the first processing area is processed by the first-type operation instruction.
With the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the second type of operation instruction includes a price sub-instruction, the price sub-instruction of the second type of operation instruction is compared with the price identification information of the first type of transaction object information in the second processing area, and if the price in the price sub-instruction is the same as the price in the price identification information or the difference between the price in the price sub-instruction and the price in the price identification information is within a preset range, the first type of transaction object information in the second processing area is processed by the second type of operation instruction.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the second-type transaction object information further includes price identification information, the fifth-type operation instruction includes a total price sub-instruction, and the total price sub-instruction of the fifth-type operation instruction is matched with the price identification information in the second-type transaction object information in the third processing area, so that the third-type operation instruction can acquire a predetermined number of second-type transaction objects.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the second type transaction object information further includes price identification information, the fifth type operation instruction includes the first type transaction object information, and the price identification information and the number of copies identification information in the first type transaction object information of the fifth type operation instruction are matched with the price identification information in the second type transaction object information in the third processing area, so that the fifth type operation instruction can acquire a predetermined number of second type transaction objects.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the price identification information in the first type transaction object information in the fifth type operation instruction can be modified by the user operation terminal device having the fourth identity type.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of one preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the price in the price identification information in the first type transaction object information in the fifth type operation instruction can be set as the target value by the third processing area.
With the transaction processing method 100 of the above embodiment, the target value is preferably a price average value in the price identification information in all the acquired first-type transaction object information of the user having the fourth identity type.
The target value may be set to other values, for example, a price matching value between the price identification information in the first type of transaction object information in the second type of operation instruction at a specific time and the price identification information in the first type of transaction object information in the fourth type of operation instruction in the second processing area.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the price identification information in the first type transaction object information of the first type transaction object acquired by the first type operation instruction or the second type operation instruction can be modified, so that the first type transaction object information of the first type transaction object acquired by the first type operation instruction or the second type operation instruction includes the modified price identification information.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, a predetermined number of copies of the first-type transaction object acquired by the user having the third identity type based on the first-type operation instruction of the user is set with the acquisition time stamp, so that the first-type transaction object with the acquisition time stamp set is allowed to be transferred to the second processing area after a preset time elapses.
According to the transaction processing method 100 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the user having the second identity type transmits the second type transaction object information of the second type transaction object obtained based on the first type transaction object obtained by the first type operation instruction or the second type operation instruction of the user to the third processing area.
With respect to the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, preferably, when the price in the price identification information in the first type transaction object information in the second processing area is greater than or equal to or greater than the first threshold, the first processing area allows receiving new pre-processed first type transaction object information, or allows receiving first type transaction object information of the first type transaction object acquired by a user with the first identity type, the second identity type, and/or the third identity type to transmit the first type transaction object information of the first type transaction object acquired by the user using the first acquisition instruction to the second processing area.
With respect to the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, preferably, when the price in the first type transaction object information in the second processing area is less than or equal to the second threshold, the second processing area generates a prompt instruction, and the prompt instruction is sent to the terminal device of the user with the second type identity.
The second threshold is smaller than the first threshold, and the first threshold and the second threshold may be preset by those skilled in the art.
With the transaction processing method 100 of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the first-type transaction object information after the new preprocessing is transmitted to the first processing area via the user operation terminal device having the first identity type.

A transaction processing system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
the preprocessing device 1002, the preprocessing device 1002 preprocesses at least one first type transaction object information;
the first processing device 1004, the first processing device 1004 receives the first type transaction object information after preprocessing transmitted by the preprocessing device 1002 to process based on the first type operation instruction;
the second processing device 1006, the second processing device 1006 receives the first type transaction object information after being processed based on the first type operation instruction transmitted by the first processing device 1004 to process based on the second type operation instruction and/or the fourth type operation instruction; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the third processing device 1008, wherein the third processing device 1008 receives the second type transaction object information obtained based on the first type transaction object information to process based on the third type operation instruction and/or the fifth type operation instruction.
With the transaction processing system of the above embodiment, preferably, the preprocessing includes at least acquiring the characteristic information of the first type transaction object information and the number-of-copies identification information.
According to the transaction processing system of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the first type transaction object information after the preprocessing is transmitted to the first processing device 1004 by the user operation terminal device having the first identity type;
at least one first-type operation instruction is transmitted to the first processing device 1004 by the user operation terminal equipment with the second identity type and/or the third identity type, wherein the first-type operation instruction comprises a first-type transaction object for acquiring a preset number of copies;
based on at least one first-type operation instruction, the first processing device 1004 updates the copy number identification information of the first-type transaction object information in the first processing device 1004;

For the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, preferably, at least one fourth type operation instruction is transmitted to the second processing device 1006 by the user operation terminal device having the second identity type, the third identity type and/or the fourth identity type, and the fourth type operation instruction includes the first type transaction object providing the predetermined number of copies;
based on the at least one fourth type operation instruction, the second processing means 1006 updates the copy number identification information of the first type transaction object information in the second processing means 1006.
With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that at least one fifth type operation instruction is transmitted to the third processing means 1008 by the user operation terminal device having the fourth identity type, the fifth type operation instruction including acquiring a predetermined number of the second type transaction objects.
For the transaction processing systems of the above embodiments, preferably, the first processing device 1004 includes an identification module, the second processing device 1006 includes an identification module, and the third processing device 1008 includes an identification module.
For the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the first type transaction object information further includes identification information, and the second type transaction object information includes identification information of the first type transaction object information.
More preferably, the identification information is of a non-modifiable type.
With the transaction processing systems of the above-described respective embodiments, it is preferable that at least one first-type transaction object information is set with a transmission time stamp by the first processing device 1004 when being transmitted to the first processing device 1004, and after a preset time elapses, the first-type transaction object information is converted into third-type transaction object information.
For the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, the first type transaction object information, the second type transaction object information, and the third type transaction object are transaction object information of different types.
For the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the first type transaction object information further includes identification information, and the second type transaction object information includes identification information of the first type transaction object information.
With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the first-type transaction object information further includes price identification information, the first-type operation instruction includes a price sub-instruction, the price sub-instruction of the first-type operation instruction is compared with the price identification information of the first-type transaction object information in the first processing device 1004, and if the price in the price sub-instruction is the same as the price in the price identification information or the difference between the price in the price sub-instruction and the price in the price identification information is within a preset range, the first-type transaction object information in the first processing device 1004 is processed by the first-type operation instruction.

With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the second-type transaction object information further includes price identification information, the fifth-type operation instruction includes a total price sub-instruction, and the third processing means 1008 matches the total price sub-instruction of the fifth-type operation instruction with the price identification information in the second-type transaction object information in the third processing means 1008, so that the third-type operation instruction can acquire a predetermined number of second-type transaction objects.
With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the second-type transaction object information further includes price identification information, the fifth-type operation instruction includes the first-type transaction object information, and the third processing means 1008 matches the price identification information and the number of copies identification information in the first-type transaction object information of the fifth-type operation instruction with the price identification information in the second-type transaction object information in the third processing means 1008, so that the fifth-type operation instruction can acquire a predetermined number of second-type transaction objects.
With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the price identification information in the first type transaction object information in the fifth type operation instruction is capable of being modified by the user operation terminal device having the fourth identity type.
With the transaction processing systems of the respective embodiments described above, it is preferable that the price in the price identification information in the first type transaction object information in the fifth type operation instruction can be set as the target value by the third processing means 1008.
With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the target value is a price average value of the price identification information in all the acquired first type transaction object information of the user having the fourth identity type.
With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the price identification information in the first-type transaction object information of the first-type transaction object acquired by the first-type operation instruction or the second-type operation instruction can be modified, so that the first-type transaction object information of the first-type transaction object acquired by the first-type operation instruction or the second-type operation instruction includes the modified price identification information.
With the transaction processing systems of the above-described respective embodiments, it is preferable that a predetermined number of copies of the first-type transaction object acquired by the user having the third identity type based on the first-type operation instruction of the user is set with the acquisition time stamp, so that the first-type transaction object with the acquisition time stamp set is allowed to be transmitted to the second processing device 1006 after a preset time elapses.
With the transaction processing systems of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the user having the second identity type transmits the second type transaction object information of the second type transaction object obtained based on the first type transaction object obtained by the first type operation instruction or the second type operation instruction of the user to the third processing device 1008.
With the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, preferably, when the price in the price identification information in the first type transaction object information in the second processing device 1006 is greater than or equal to or greater than the first threshold, the first processing device 1004 allows receiving new pre-processed first type transaction object information, or allows receiving first type transaction object information of the first type transaction object acquired by a user with the first identity type, the second identity type, and/or the third identity type to transmit the first type transaction object information of the first type transaction object acquired by the user using the first acquisition instruction to the second processing device 1006.
For the transaction processing system of each of the above embodiments, preferably, when the price in the first type transaction object information in the second processing device 1006 is less than or equal to the second threshold, the second processing device 1006 generates a prompt instruction, and the prompt instruction is sent to the terminal device of the user with the second type identity.
With the transaction processing systems of the above-described respective embodiments, it is preferable that the first-type transaction object information after the new preprocessing is transmitted to the first processing device 1004 via the user operation terminal device having the first identity type.
The electronic device of the present disclosure may include modules for executing the steps of the transaction processing methods of the above embodiments.
Thus, each step or several steps of the above-described method may be performed by a respective module, and the electronic device of the present disclosure may comprise one or more of these modules. The modules may be one or more hardware modules specifically configured to perform the respective steps, or implemented by a processor configured to perform the respective steps, or stored within a computer readable medium for implementation by a processor.
As shown in fig. 2, the electronic device 1000 of the present disclosure may be implemented with a bus architecture. The bus architecture may include any number of interconnecting buses and bridges depending on the specific application of the hardware and the overall design constraints. The bus 1100 couples various circuits including the one or more processors 1200, the memory 1300, and/or the hardware modules together. The bus 1100 may also connect various other circuits 1400, such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, external antennas, and the like.
The bus 1100 may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one connection line is shown, but no single bus or type of bus is shown.
Any process or method descriptions in flow charts or otherwise described herein may be understood as representing modules, segments, or portions of code which include one or more executable instructions for implementing specific logical functions or steps of the process, and the scope of the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure includes other implementations in which functions may be executed out of order from that shown or discussed, including substantially concurrently or in reverse order, depending on the functionality involved, as would be understood by those reasonably skilled in the art of the implementations of the present disclosure. The processor performs the various methods and processes described above. For example, method embodiments in the present disclosure may be implemented as a software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as a memory. In some embodiments, some or all of the software program may be loaded and/or installed via memory and/or a communication interface. When the software program is loaded into memory and executed by a processor, one or more steps of the method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the processor may be configured to perform one of the methods described above by any other suitable means (e.g., by means of firmware).
The logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein may be embodied in any readable storage medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions.
For the purposes of this description, a "readable storage medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable read-only memory (CDROM). It should be understood that portions of the present disclosure may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software stored in a memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, including: a memory storing execution instructions; and a processor or other hardware module that executes the execution instructions stored by the memory, causing the processor or other hardware module to perform the above-described methods.
The present disclosure also provides a readable storage medium having stored therein execution instructions, which when executed by a processor, are used to implement the above-mentioned method.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present application, "plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.

Claims (12)

1. A transaction processing method, comprising:
preprocessing at least one first type transaction object information;
the first type transaction object information after being preprocessed is transmitted to a first processing area to be processed based on a first type operation instruction;
the first-type transaction object information in the first processing area after being processed based on the first-type operation instruction is transmitted to the second processing area to be processed based on the second-type operation instruction and/or the fourth-type operation instruction; and
the second type transaction object information obtained based on the first type transaction object information is transmitted to the third processing area to be processed based on the third type operation instruction and/or the fifth type operation instruction.
2. The transaction processing method according to claim 1, wherein the preprocessing includes at least acquiring characteristic information of the first type transaction object information and the number-of-copies identification information.
3. The transaction processing method according to claim 2, wherein the preprocessed first-type transaction object information is transmitted to the first processing area by the user operation terminal device having the first identity type;
at least one first-type operation instruction is transmitted to the first processing area by a user operation terminal device with a second identity type and/or a third identity type, and the first-type operation instruction comprises a first-type transaction object for acquiring a preset number of copies;
updating the number of copies identification information of the first type transaction object information in the first processing area based on at least one first type operation instruction;
transmitting the updated first-type transaction object information to a second processing area, wherein at least one second-type operation instruction is transmitted to the second processing area by a user operation terminal device with a second identity type, a third identity type and/or a fourth identity type, and the second-type operation instruction comprises the first-type transaction object with a preset number of copies;
updating the number of copies identification information of the first type transaction object information in the second processing area based on at least one second type operation instruction;
at least one third-type operation instruction is transmitted to the third processing area by the user operation terminal equipment with the second identity type, the third-type operation instruction comprises at least one second-type transaction object information, the second-type transaction object information at least comprises characteristic information and quantity information, and the quantity information of at least one second-type transaction object information in the third processing area is updated based on at least one third-type operation instruction.
4. The transaction processing method according to claim 3, wherein at least one of the fourth type operation instructions is transmitted to the second processing area by a user operation terminal device having the second identity type, the third identity type and/or the fourth identity type, and the fourth type operation instruction includes providing a predetermined number of copies of the first type transaction object;
updating the number of copies identification information of the first type transaction object information in the second processing area based on at least one fourth type operation instruction.
5. The transaction processing method according to claim 3, wherein at least one of said fifth type of operation instructions is transmitted to said third processing area by said user operated terminal device having a fourth identity type, said fifth type of operation instruction comprising obtaining a predetermined number of second type of transaction objects.
6. The transaction processing method of claim 3, wherein the first processing area includes an identification module, the second processing area includes an identification module, and the third processing area includes an identification module.
7. The transaction processing method of claim 3, wherein the first type of transaction object information further includes identification information, and the second type of transaction object information includes the identification information of the first type of transaction object information.
8. The transaction processing method according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the identification information is of an unmodified type.
9. The transaction processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a transmission time stamp is set when the at least one first-type transaction object information is transmitted to the first processing area, and the first-type transaction object information is converted into third-type transaction object information after a preset time elapses.
10. A transaction processing system, comprising:
a preprocessing device that preprocesses at least one first type of transaction object information;
the first processing device receives the first type transaction object information after preprocessing transmitted by the preprocessing device so as to process the first type transaction object information based on a first type operation instruction;
the second processing device receives the first type transaction object information which is transmitted by the first processing device and processed based on the first type operation instruction, so as to process based on the second type operation instruction and/or the fourth type operation instruction; and
