Fig. 1-a is a schematic structural diagram of a system for pushing product content according to an embodiment of the present application, where the system for pushing product content includes a terminal device 11 and a server 12 connected to the terminal device 11 via a network, where the terminal device 11 may be a terminal device with data processing and communication functions, such as a personal computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a smart watch, and the terminal device 11 may be used by a user to browse various goods online, and push related product content matching with the promotion capability level of the user for the user after interacting with the server 12, and may also receive various service requests of the user for the pushed related product content, such as receiving a viewing request and/or a sharing request of the user for the related product content; the server 12 is a server of some type, such as a local web server or a cloud server, capable of providing relevant services to the terminal device 11, and may process user data collected by the terminal device 11, and feed back a processing result to the terminal device 11, for example, send content of a relevant product matched with the user popularization capability level to the terminal device 11 for display.
Example one
Fig. 1-b is a schematic flowchart of a product content pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and may include the following steps:
s101: and determining the willingness degree of the user to popularize the target product.
The user is a user using the terminal device 11, may be a worker who operates a target product, such as a product manager, may also be another user who has purchased the target product, and may also be a potential user who has never purchased the target product, as the case may be; the target product is a product preset by a certain store, can be a product sold by the store at home, and can also be a product recommended by the store and sold by other merchants, which is determined according to the situation, for example, when the store is a large mother-infant distributor, the target product can be diaper sold by the store at home; the willingness degree refers to the willingness degree of the user to promote the target product to other users, and includes but is not limited to unwilling, very unwilling, willing, more willing and very willing. In one embodiment, the willingness degree of the user to promote the target product can be determined by adopting an existing method or a method possibly used in the future, for example, the willingness degree of the user to promote the target product can be determined by detecting the operation behavior of the user on the target product. In addition, after the willingness degree of the user for popularizing the target product is determined, the identity information of the user can be obtained and stored, so that relevant services such as pushing and/or evaluation can be provided for the user subsequently.
S102: and if the willingness degree of the user for popularizing the target product is higher than the preset willingness degree, determining the historical popularization capability level of the user.
The preset willingness degree can be flexibly set according to specific needs, for example, in one embodiment, when the preset willingness degree is willing, and when and only when the willingness degree of the user for popularizing the target product is willing, more willing or very willing, the high preset willingness degree condition of the willingness degree of the user for popularizing the target product is met; the historical promotion capability level refers to a promotion capability level of a user at a certain moment before the current moment or in a certain period, and includes but is not limited to a primary promotion capability level, a middle promotion capability level and a high promotion capability level.
S103: and pushing the content corresponding to the historical popularization capability level of the user in the target product to the user.
It should be noted that, in general, for the same user, when some special reasons are not considered, the promotion capability level of the user is not changed greatly in a short time, so that in the application, when the current promotion capability level of the user is unknown and the current time is closer to the historical time, related product content can be pushed for the user according to the historical promotion capability level of the user.
It should be understood that, since the historical popularization capability levels of different users may be different, according to the difference of individual users, appropriate content is pushed to the users in a targeted manner, which is not only beneficial for the users to understand and accept the pushed content, but also beneficial for the users to promote the pushed content again. In one embodiment, when the historical popularization capability levels of the users a, b and c are the primary popularization capability level, the intermediate popularization capability level and the advanced popularization capability level, respectively, basic knowledge related to the target product, such as brief introduction, use description and after-sales service of the target product, can be pushed to the user a, after-sales service related to the target product can be pushed to the user b, and newly added functions and bright spots of the target product can be pushed to the user c.
In addition, in consideration of practical application, similar products often have similarity, so that when a user has a desire and an ability to popularize a target product, the method not only can push content related to the target product for the user, but also can push related content of a substitute for the user, so that the user can better recommend the target product to other users after comparing the target product with the substitute.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the application, when the willingness degree of the user for popularizing the target product is higher than the preset willingness degree, different contents related to the target product can be pushed to users of different grades in a targeted manner according to different historical popularization capacity grades of the user, so that effective contents of required products can be pushed for the current user accurately, and the application has strong usability and practicability.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a product content pushing method provided in an embodiment two of the present application, which is a refinement and description of step S101 in the embodiment one, and the product content pushing method may include the following steps:
s1011: the method comprises the steps of obtaining product information concerned by a user, obtaining the willingness degree of the user to popularize a substitute if the product information concerned by the user contains information of the substitute of a target product, and determining the willingness degree of the user to popularize the target product according to the willingness degree of the user to popularize the substitute.
The substitute is a certain product or a certain type of product which can replace the target product to meet the requirements of users, for example, when the target product is diaper, the substitute can be diaper.
In an embodiment, whether the product information focused by the user includes the information of the target product may be determined by determining whether the product information focused by the user includes the information of the substitute of the target product, and the willingness of the user to promote the substitute may be obtained by obtaining the willingness of the user to promote the target product, which is not repeated herein.
Because under the general condition, when the user has the wish degree of promoting the substitute, also have the wish degree of promoting the target product, therefore can promote the wish degree of substitute according to the user, indirectly obtain the wish degree of promoting the target product, specifically can be: if the substitute is a single piece, taking the willingness of the user to popularize the substitute as the willingness of the user to popularize the target product; and if the number of the substitutes is multiple, taking the average willingness degree of the user for promoting all the substitutes as the willingness degree of promoting the target product. Certainly, in order to determine the willingness of the user to promote the target product more accurately, in an embodiment, the willingness of the user to promote the target product may be determined again according to the willingness of the user to promote the complementary product, and if the willingness of the user to promote the complementary product is obviously higher, the willingness of the user to promote the target product may be basically determined to be lower.
S102: and if the willingness degree of the user for popularizing the target product is higher than the preset willingness degree, determining the historical popularization capability level of the user.
S103: and pushing the content corresponding to the historical popularization capability level of the user in the target product to the user.
S204: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the attention degree of a user to the pushed content and/or the willingness degree of the user to popularize the pushed content, and determining the current popularization capability level of the user according to the attention degree of the user to the pushed content and/or the willingness degree of the user to popularize the pushed content.
The current promotion capability level of the user is relative to the historical promotion capability level of the user and can be regarded as the promotion capability level of the user in the near term. It should be appreciated that the user's current promotional capacity level may be the same or different than the historical promotional capacity level.
It should be noted that, in the present application, in order to adjust other content related to a target product that is subsequently pushed to a user in time, a current pushing effect needs to be determined, so that after the related content that is matched with the user's own level is pushed to the user, attention and/or willingness of the user to the pushed content is obtained. Specifically, in an embodiment, the method for obtaining the attention of the user to the pushed content is substantially the same as the method for obtaining the attention of the user to each product, and the method for obtaining the willingness of the user to promote the pushed content is substantially the same as the method for obtaining the willingness of the user to promote the target product, and repeated description is not given here.
In addition, in order to further improve the attention of the user to the pushed content and/or the willingness degree of the user to promote the pushed content, the current promotion capability level of the user can be sent to the terminal equipment used by the user after the current promotion capability level of the user is determined, so that the user can check and confirm the promotion capability level in real time. Of course, the preset target user list may also be updated according to the current popularization capability level of the user, for example, a certain user is deleted from the preset target list, and another user is added to the preset target list. In addition, after the preset target user list is updated, the corresponding prompt message is sent to the terminal equipment used by the user, so that the user can check and confirm the prompt message in real time.
S205: and pushing the content corresponding to the current popularization capability level of the user in the target product to the user.
In one embodiment, the method for pushing the content corresponding to the current popularization capability level of the user in the target product to the user is basically the same as the method for pushing the content corresponding to the historical popularization capability level of the user in the target product to the user.
It can be seen from the above that, in the second embodiment of the present application, compared with the first embodiment, not only the willingness of the user to promote the target product can be determined according to the willingness of the user to promote the substitute, but also the current promotion capability level of the user can be further determined after the content corresponding to the historical promotion capability level of the user in the target product is pushed to the user, and the subsequent content to be pushed is adaptively adjusted based on the current promotion capability level, which is beneficial to more accurately push the effective content of the desired product to the user, and has strong usability and practicability.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a product content pushing method provided in the third embodiment of the present application, which is a refinement and description of steps S101 and S102 in the first embodiment, and the product content pushing method may include the following steps:
s1011': the method comprises the steps of obtaining product information concerned by a user, detecting operation behaviors of the user on a target product if the product information concerned by the user contains information of the target product, and determining the willingness degree of the user to popularize the target product according to the detected operation behaviors.
The product information concerned by the user can be the product information concerned by the user at present or the product information concerned by the user history, and the specific information can be determined according to the situation; the product information includes, but is not limited to, basic information of the product, such as name, category, and function of the product.
In practical applications, because there may be more product information that users pay attention to, and there may be fewer products that users have a desire to promote, in order to quickly determine the will of users to promote target products, in an embodiment, only the product information that users pay attention to may be obtained, specifically:
a1: and acquiring the total times and/or the total duration of browsing each product by the user.
Of course, in order to determine the attention of the user to each product more accurately, in an embodiment, when the total time length for the user to browse each product is obtained, the shortest time length and/or the longest time length for the user to browse each product may also be obtained at the same time, so that the attention of the user to each product is determined according to the shortest time length, the longest time length and the total time length for the user to browse each product.
A2: and determining the attention of the user to each product according to the total times and/or the total duration of the acquisition.
When the total times and the total time length of browsing each product by the user are simultaneously acquired, the attention of the user to each product can be determined according to the acquired total times, total time length and the weight occupied by each product.
A3: and if the attention of the user to a certain product is greater than a preset value, acquiring product information corresponding to the certain product.
When only the total times of browsing each product by the user is obtained, the preset value is a preset average attention time; when only the total time length of each product browsed by the user is obtained, the preset value is the preset average attention time length; when the total times and the total duration of browsing each product by the user are obtained simultaneously, the preset value is a weighted average value of the preset attention times and the preset attention duration, which can be determined according to the situation.
In one embodiment, the detecting the operation behavior of the user on the target product in step S1011' may include:
whether a user executes an operation behavior of the sharing target product is detected, wherein the operation behavior of the sharing target product comprises cutting, copying, pasting and/or forwarding links related to the target product to each communication platform.
S1021: if the willingness degree of the user for popularizing the target product is higher than the preset willingness degree, acquiring historical behavior data of the user, determining the familiarity degree and/or the historical popularization record of the user for the target product according to the acquired historical behavior data, and determining the historical popularization capacity level of the user according to the familiarity degree and/or the historical popularization record of the user for the target product.
The historical behavior data of the user refers to data corresponding to behaviors, which are generated by the user in a past period of time and related to the target product, and includes but is not limited to the times, duration, purchase records and sales records of the user for browsing the target product historically, the purchase records refer to records of the user for purchasing the target product personally, the sales records refer to records of the user for selling the target product to others, and the records can be regarded as records of the user for purchasing the target product. It should be understood that the more times, the longer the duration, the more records of purchases and/or the higher records of sales that the user browses the target product, the higher the familiarity of the user with the target product, and vice versa, the lower the familiarity; similarly, when the historical sales record of the user is higher, the historical promotion record of the user is higher. It should be noted that, in general, when the user has a high degree of familiarity with the target product and/or a high history promotion record, it may be basically determined that the user has a high history promotion capability level.
S103: and pushing the content corresponding to the historical popularization capability level of the user in the target product to the user.
Therefore, compared with the first embodiment, the third embodiment of the application can determine the willingness degree of the user to popularize the target product according to the operation behavior of the user on the target product, and also can determine the historical popularization capability level of the user according to the historical behavior data of the user, thereby being beneficial to rapidly determining the historical popularization capability level of the user and having stronger usability and practicability.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a product content pushing method provided in the fourth embodiment of the present application, and may include the following steps:
s401: and receiving a viewing request of a user for the target product, and sending the received viewing request to the server to instruct the server to return the content corresponding to the historical popularization capability level of the user in the target product.
The description about the user and the target product may refer to the description in step S101 in the first embodiment, and will not be repeated herein; wherein the viewing request may include a request to view the content of the target product; the server can determine the content corresponding to the historical popularization capability level of the user in the target product by adopting any method in the first to the third embodiments.
S402: and receiving and displaying the content returned by the server.
The display mode can be set according to actual requirements, such as displaying in a picture, voice and/or text mode.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the application, when the user has a request for checking the target product, the request can be sent to the corresponding server for processing, and the processing result returned by the server is received, so that the content corresponding to the historical popularization capability level of the user in the target product is pushed for the user, and the user can obtain the effective content of the required product in time.
