Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
It will be understood that, as used herein, the terms "first," "second," and the like may be used herein to describe various elements, but these elements are not limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another.
Some embodiments of the present application provide a block chain-based travel expense settlement method, which divides the whole travel process into a plurality of nodes, confirms at each node by a visitor or a service party (such as a hotel or a scenic spot), and arbitrates for unconfirmed nodes by an arbitrator. Therefore, the prepayment of the user can not be directly paid to the travel agency, but the payment can be paid to the travel agency when the whole travel process reaches a certain node or a final node, the service which is not enjoyed by the user can be accurately judged through the confirmation condition or the arbitration result of each node, and the cost of the service which is not enjoyed by the user is timely returned to the user.
Referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101: and receiving transaction information of the travel transaction sent by the tourist, wherein the transaction information comprises travel transaction identification, contract address and service fee amount.
In the present embodiment, travel agencies, visitors, hotels, and tourist attractions are all certified over lines in a blockchain system. The execution subject of the embodiment of the application is node equipment in a block chain system. When a tourist signs a travel contract with a travel agency, the travel contract is formulated, and the travel contract is deployed in the blockchain system, the tourist sends transaction information of the travel transaction to a node device in the blockchain system through a terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer of the tourist, and the node device can be the node device closest to the terminal of the tourist.
The node equipment receives transaction information sent by a terminal of a tourist, wherein the transaction information comprises a tourist transaction identifier, a contract address and a service fee amount corresponding to the tourist transaction. The travel transaction identifier is used for uniquely identifying the travel transaction. The contract address is an address of a travel contract that uniquely identifies the travel contract. The amount of the service fee is the total amount of the service fee that the tourist needs to pay to the travel agency according to the travel contract signed by the tourist and the travel agency.
Step 102: and determining the height of the target block corresponding to the travel transaction according to the transaction information.
In the embodiment of the application, the tourist initiates the travel transaction time zone block chain system, service fee amount in the transaction information is not immediately transferred to the account of the travel agency, but the settlement is carried out when the travel service specified by the travel contract is finished, and the total fee amount of all services enjoyed by the tourist is transferred to the account of the travel agency. The target block height is a height of a block where the settlement and transfer process of the travel is finally performed.
Acquiring a travel contract corresponding to the travel transaction according to the contract address included in the transaction information; acquiring the time when the travel service is ended from the travel contract; and determining the height of the target block corresponding to the travel transaction according to the time of receiving the transaction information and the time of finishing the travel service. Specifically, the duration between the moment of receiving the transaction information and the moment of finishing the travel service is determined as the duration of the travel transaction; calculating the ratio of the duration to the generation duration of a preset block, wherein the generation duration of the preset block is the average duration required for generating one block in the block chain system; and determining the ratio as the height of the target block corresponding to the travel transaction.
For example, if the average time period required to generate a block in the blockchain system is 20 seconds, and the time period between the time when the guest initiates the travel transaction and the time when the services specified by the travel contract are all finished is 3 days, the target block height is 51840 which is the ratio between 3 days and 20 seconds.
In other embodiments of the present application, the travel transaction may not be executed until all travel services specified by the travel contract have been completed, but rather, the fees for each service may be settled upon completion of the service and transferred to the account of the travel agency. In this application scenario, the target block height corresponding to each service may be calculated as described above, and the target block height corresponding to a service is the height of a block for which the payment for the service is settled when the service is completed. The target block height corresponding to the service may be a ratio of a time length between a time when the tourist initiates the travel transaction and a time when the service is ended as specified by the travel contract to a preset block generation time length.
For example, if the average time length required for generating one block in the block chain system is 20 seconds, and the time length between the time when the tourist initiates the travel transaction and the time when the hotel service specified by the travel contract ends is 1 day, the target block height corresponding to the hotel service is the ratio 17280 between 1 day and 20 seconds.
Step 103: and creating a data chain corresponding to the travel transaction, and storing the transaction information and the calculated target block height on the data chain.
And (3) creating a data chain corresponding to the travel transaction locally, and storing the transaction information and the target block height calculated in the step (102) on the data chain. The node device also transmits the transaction information and the target block height to each other node device in the block chain system, and each other node device receives the transaction information and the target block height, creates a data chain corresponding to the travel transaction locally, and stores the transaction information and the target block height on the respective data chain.
Step 104: and receiving service confirmation information corresponding to the travel transaction, and storing the service confirmation information on a data chain corresponding to the travel transaction, wherein the service confirmation information comprises a travel transaction identifier, a service identifier and confirmation party signature information.
After the guest has enjoyed a certain service in the travel contract, a confirmation transaction for that service may be initiated by the guest or the service party. And the terminal of the tourist or the service party sends service confirmation information to the node equipment in the block chain, wherein the service confirmation information comprises the travel transaction identifier corresponding to the travel transaction to which the service belongs, the service identifier of the service and the signature information of the confirmation party.
For example, after a tourist enters a hotel, a confirmation request of the tourist entering the hotel may be initiated by the tour guide, the tourist receives the confirmation request and then confirms to generate corresponding hotel confirmation information, the hotel confirmation information includes a corresponding tour transaction identifier, a service identifier corresponding to the hotel, and signature information of the tourist, and the signature information of the tourist may include one or more of information such as the name, contact information, or identification number of the tourist. And the terminal of the tourist sends the hotel confirmation information to the node equipment in the block chain.
For another example, after the tourist checks the ticket in the scenic spot, the tourist may initiate a confirmation request for the tourist to visit the scenic spot, and after receiving the confirmation request, the tourist confirms to generate corresponding scenic spot confirmation information, where the scenic spot confirmation information includes a corresponding travel transaction identifier, a service identifier corresponding to the scenic spot, and signature information of the tourist, and the signature information of the tourist may include one or more of information such as the name, contact information, or identification number of the tourist. And the terminal of the tourist sends the scenic spot confirmation information to the node equipment in the block chain.
For each link during the travel, after the tourist enjoys the corresponding service provided by the travel agency, the tour guide can initiate a confirmation request for the access, the tourist can confirm the request, and the generated service confirmation information is sent to the block chain. In an actual application scenario, the tour guide initiates a service confirmation request for the guest, but the user does not confirm the request. When this occurs, a service confirmation request to the service party may be initiated by the guide and confirmed by the service party.
For example, if the tour guide initiates a confirmation request for the guest to stay in the hotel after the guest stays in the hotel, the guest does not confirm after receiving the confirmation request. The tour guide may initiate the guest confirmation request to the store, including the guest's name, contact or identification number. And the hotel confirmation information comprises corresponding travel transaction identification, service identification corresponding to the hotel and signature information of the hotel, and the signature information of the hotel comprises identification information of the hotel, the check-in time and the check-in house number of the tourist, and identity information such as the name, the contact way or the identity card number of the tourist and the like. The identification information of the hotel may be the name of the hotel. The restaurant side sends the hotel confirmation information to the node devices in the blockchain.
For another example, after the tourist checks the ticket in the scenic spot, and the tour guide initiates a confirmation request of the tourist visiting the scenic spot, if the tourist does not confirm, the tour guide may initiate a service confirmation request to the scenic spot side, and the scenic spot side confirms. And after the scenic spot party confirms, generating corresponding scenic spot confirmation information, wherein the scenic spot confirmation information comprises corresponding tourist transaction identification, service identification corresponding to the scenic spot and signature information of the scenic spot, and the signature information of the scenic spot can comprise information such as identification information of the scenic spot, ticket checking time of the tourist in the scenic spot, name, contact way or identity number of the tourist and the like. And the scenic spot side sends the scenic spot confirmation information to the node equipment in the block chain.
In other embodiments of the present application, the service confirmation request may not be initiated by the tour guide and confirmed by the guest or the service party. But the service side such as the store side and the scenic spot side is used as the external prediction machine of the blockchain system. When the tourist enjoys the services of the service side such as the restaurant side and the scenic spot side specified in the travel contract, the service side transmits the service confirmation information to the travel contract in the form of an external prediction machine. For example, after a guest has checked in at the hotel, the hotel party sends a hotel confirmation message to the travel contract in the form of an external predictive agent. For another example, after the tourist checks the ticket in the scenic spot, the scenic spot side sends the scenic spot confirmation information to the travel contract in the form of an external prediction machine.
After receiving the service confirmation information, the node equipment determines a data chain corresponding to the travel transaction to which the service confirmation information belongs according to the travel transaction identifier included in the service confirmation information; the service confirmation information is stored on the determined data link.
After any of the services specified in the travel contract are completed, the guest or the server may send a service confirmation message to the node devices in the blockchain. And the node equipment receives the service confirmation information, and stores the service confirmation information on a data link corresponding to the corresponding travel transaction identifier according to the travel transaction identifier included in the service confirmation information.
The node device also transmits the service confirmation information to each other node device in the blockchain system, and each other node device receives the service confirmation information and stores the service confirmation information on a data chain corresponding to the travel transaction identification in respective local places.
Step 105: and judging whether the block height of the current block in the data chain is the same as the target block height included in the transaction information of the travel transaction, if so, executing the step 106, otherwise, returning to the step 104.
The target block height is time-dependent, a time duration between a time when the tourist initiates the travel transaction and a time when each service specified by the travel contract is finished is determined, a ratio of the time duration to a time duration required by the block chain system to generate one block on average is calculated, and the ratio is determined as the target block height. Whether the travel transaction is executed is determined by judging whether the block height of the current block reaches the target block height, which is equivalent to judging whether each service specified by a travel contract corresponding to the travel transaction is finished or not, and executing the travel transaction when each service is finished so as to settle the service fees of all services in the travel process.
After the node device receives the service confirmation information and stores the service confirmation information in the corresponding data chain, it is determined whether the block height of the current block in the data chain is the same as the target block height included in the transaction information of the travel transaction stored in the data chain, if so, it indicates that all services corresponding to the travel transaction have been completed, and step 106 is executed to complete the travel transaction. If not, the service corresponding to the travel transaction is indicated to have the service which is not ended, then the step 104 is returned to continue to receive some service confirmation information sent by the tourists or the service parties after the service is ended in the process of waiting for the block height to reach the block height included in the transaction information.
Step 106: and executing transaction processing of the travel transaction according to the transaction information and the service confirmation information which are stored in the data chain and correspond to the travel transaction.
And when the current block height reaches the target block height included in the transaction information, acquiring the transaction information corresponding to the travel transaction and each service confirmation information from the data chain corresponding to the travel transaction, and acquiring the travel contract corresponding to the travel transaction. And executing transaction processing of the travel transaction according to the travel contract, the transaction information and each service confirmation information.
Specifically, whether unconfirmed services exist in the services corresponding to the travel transaction is determined according to the travel contract and each service confirmation message, if not, all the services are confirmed, and the tourist needs to pay service fees of all the services to the travel agency, so that the service fee amount included in the transaction message corresponding to the travel transaction is deducted from the account of the tourist, and the service fee amount is transferred to the account of the travel agency.
And if the confirmed services exist in the services corresponding to the travel transaction, carrying out arbitration processing on the services which are not confirmed, and executing the transaction processing of the travel transaction according to an arbitration result, the travel contract, the transaction information and the confirmation information of each service.
Specifically, an arbitration request is sent to the arbitrator, the arbitration request including an unacknowledged service identification, service side information, and guest information. The service party information may include a name, a unique identifier, a contact address, and the like of the service party. The tourist information includes the name, contact, identification number, etc. of the tourist. The arbitrator can be a platform for supervising the travel agency, an administrative department, or the like. And after receiving the arbitration request, the arbitrator calls service verification information corresponding to the visitor information from the service party according to the service party information and the visitor information, and if the service to be arbitrated is hotel service, the called service verification information is hotel check-in information of the visitor. If the service needing arbitration is a scenic spot tour service, the called service verification information is the scenic spot ticket checking information of the tourist. The arbitrator decides whether the guest uses the unconfirmed service according to the called service authentication information. And after obtaining the arbitration result, the arbitrator sends the arbitration result to the node equipment.
The node device receives the arbitration result sent by the arbitrator, and if the arbitration result indicates that the tourist uses the unconfirmed service, the tourist needs to pay the service fee of the service to the travel agency, so the node device deducts the service fee amount included in the transaction information from the account of the tourist and transfers the service fee amount to the account of the travel agency.
If the arbitration result indicates that the tourist does not use the unconfirmed service, the tourist does not need to pay the service fee of the service to the travel agency, the service fee of the unconfirmed service is deducted from the service amount included in the transaction information corresponding to the travel transaction, the rest amount is transferred to the account of the travel agency, and the service fee of the unconfirmed service is returned to the account of the tourist.
In the embodiment of the application, the node device generates the height of a target block for executing the travel expense settlement according to the travel contract, divides the whole travel process into a plurality of links, confirms the link by a tourist or a service party (such as a hotel or a scenic spot), and arbitrates the unconfirmed nodes by an arbitrator. Therefore, the prepayment of the user can not be directly paid to the travel agency, but the payment can be paid to the travel agency when the whole travel process reaches the target block height, the service which is not enjoyed by the user can be accurately judged through the confirmation condition or the arbitration result of each link, and the cost of the service which is not enjoyed by the user is timely returned to the user.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a block chain-based travel fare settlement apparatus for performing the block chain-based travel fare settlement method according to any one of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus including:
