In a traditional storage management mode, errors are easily caused when the material warehousing information is manually registered, and the information is not updated timely or is lost; the materials are stored randomly, inconvenience is brought to inventory statistics, the efficiency of entering and leaving the warehouse is influenced, and material loss is easy to cause; because the stock information is difficult to obtain in time, the material overstock often causes to occupy most of the capital of enterprises, or the stock preparation is seriously insufficient, and the normal production operation is influenced. The warehousing management system introduces a computer technology, can realize accurate and efficient warehousing and delivery of materials, timely knowing of inventory information and reasonable inventory control, and ensures accurate and efficient warehousing management.
Although the existing warehouse management system comprises important functional modules in warehouse management, the existing system increasingly shows incompleteness and inadaptability of the functions along with the change of the production mode of the manufacturing industry and the development of production logistics, and the adaptability of the warehouse management process in the production management of the manufacturing industry is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a warehouse management system, which solves the problems of incomplete function and inadaptable flow of the existing warehouse management system.

the inventory management module comprises an inventory inquiry submodule and is used for inquiring the storage information of the warehouse materials in real time; the inventory early warning submodule is used for carrying out material inventory early warning according to the set minimum value of the material inventory; the warehouse-in and warehouse-out report submodule is used for carrying out inventory report statistics according to warehouse-in and warehouse-out records; and the inventory analysis submodule is used for carrying out statistical analysis on the inventory change of the materials according to the condition that the materials are put in and out of the warehouse within the set time period.
Preferably, the warehouse structure is defined according to a three-level structure, wherein the first level is a warehouse, the second level is a storage position, and the third level is a goods position.
Preferably, the material property definition comprises:
defining material attributes, including defining material type codes and material type names; defining a material unit, including defining a unit name and a unit description; and defining the material code, including defining the material code, the material name, the material type code, the material specification, the material unit and the lowest material stock.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a warehouse management system includes:

As shown in fig. 2, before the materials are put in storage, the materials are packaged according to the material specification in the material base definition, then the same materials are packaged, labels are attached to the materials, the materials comprise material types, material names, material codes, quantity and batch information, a storage bill is filled by scanning the labels or manual input, then the materials to be put in storage are conveyed to a storage port, the information of the storage bill is checked, the storage bill is selected after the information is confirmed to be correct, goods positions are distributed to the goods to be put in storage, and a storage operation bill is generated. For semi-automatic storage, the storage personnel operate stacker equipment to store the materials to a specified goods location according to a storage operation order; for automatic warehousing, the stacker equipment control system stores the materials to a specified goods location according to the warehousing operation order instruction, and the warehousing process is shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, before the material is delivered, a material requirement list (i.e., a material delivery list) is filled, including a material type, a material name, a material code, and a material quantity; and receiving a material delivery order, and generating a material delivery operation order, wherein the material delivery operation order comprises material information in the delivery order, a delivery material goods position and delivery quantity information of the goods position. When the materials are taken out of the warehouse, the operation of taking out the materials is carried out according to the operation list of taking out the materials, if the materials are taken by mistake after the materials are taken out of the warehouse, the operation list of taking out the materials and the materials taken out of the warehouse are checked, and the information such as the quantity, the goods position and the like of the materials operated by mistake is confirmed; filling out a delivery operation list in the delivery misoperation module to generate a delivery instruction, taking out a material box by a stacker, and re-selecting the materials with the correct quantity; and selecting S warehouse-out operation list, and filling the misoperation record information.
The inventory early warning module acquires the storage information of all materials in the current warehouse, and displays the inventory early warning state of the materials according to the lowest and highest inventory values of the materials set in the material basis definition, namely low inventory early warning, high inventory early warning or normal. Production managers and purchasers reasonably make material supply plans and purchasing plans according to the inventory early warning state, production balance is guaranteed, and material overstock or production stop waiting is avoided. The inventory query module can browse the material storage condition of each goods space in the warehouse in real time and query the position and quantity information of the corresponding material in the warehouse according to the input material information.
And generating corresponding warehouse entry and exit records in the warehouse entry and exit operation of the materials, wherein the main information comprises material types, material names, material codes, warehouse entry and exit quantity, warehouse entry and exit time, warehouse entry and exit types and the like. The inventory report module can check the warehouse-in and warehouse-out records of the materials in the selected time period according to the selected time period and the material names, and the inventory report module enables the warehouse-in and warehouse-out records to be checked and traceable and provides data support for the inventory analysis module. The inventory analysis module compares the delivery quantity condition of the materials in a certain time period with the purchasing and consumption condition of a certain material, and provides a basis for material purchasing. The inventory management module enables the storage information to be transparent, and a worker can master the condition of the materials in storage in real time; meanwhile, historical data generated by the warehousing and ex-warehousing module provides data support and data mining conditions for the inventory management module, and provides data reference for enterprise warehousing improvement optimization.

defining material attributes, including defining material type codes and material type names; defining a material unit, including defining a unit name and a unit description; and defining the material code, including defining the material code, the material name, the material type code, the material specification, the material unit and the lowest material stock.
4. The warehouse management system of claim 1 wherein the user management comprises adding users, deleting users, and modifying corresponding names and roles of users; role management includes defining roles, deleting roles, and modifying role permissions.

material code, material name, material specification, quantity of warehouse-in/warehouse-out, material unit and material batch.
