Abstract
The invention discloses a material warehouse entry and exit management system, which comprises a user terminal, a material warehouse entry and exit management platform and an ERP server; the user terminal comprises a code scanning module, wherein the code scanning module is used for acquiring a two-dimensional code label corresponding to the material in and out of a warehouse and sending the two-dimensional code label to a material in and out management platform; the material warehouse-in and warehouse-out management platform is in communication connection with an external enterprise WeChat server, and is used for analyzing the two-dimensional code label according to the enterprise WeChat server and sending a report containing material warehouse-in and warehouse-out information generated after analysis to an ERP server; the ERP server comprises a material database and is used for receiving the report and updating the material information state of the material database based on the report. According to the material warehouse entry and exit management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the enterprise WeChat and two-dimensional code based material warehouse entry and exit management system is constructed, so that the material warehouse entry and exit process is simplified, and the material warehouse entry and exit management efficiency is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of material management, in particular to a material warehouse entry and exit management system.
Background
The ERP system is a management platform which is established on the basis of information technology, integrates the information technology and advanced management thought into a whole, provides decision means for enterprise employees and decision layers through a systematized management thought, at present, most enterprises are provided with the ERP system to carry out upper-layer management on spare part information, and people, property, production, supply and sale, and corresponding logistics, information flow, fund flow, management flow, value added flow and the like of the enterprises are tightly integrated through the ERP system to realize resource optimization and sharing.
However, the inventor finds that in an actual production scene such as a warehouse of a production workshop, workers need to log in the ERP system to find a material goods space manually, and fill in-out information to a paper material card after warehousing/receiving goods in the warehouse, and finally, a manager of the material registers and records in the ERP system again, so that the in-out and warehousing of the ERP system are finally realized. The whole process has complicated steps and inconvenient operation, and needs to consume a large amount of manpower, material resources and time cost, so that the management efficiency of material warehousing and ex-warehouse is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a material warehouse entry and exit management system, which aims to solve the technical problems of inconvenient operation and low management efficiency of the existing material management system.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a material warehouse management system, including: the system comprises a user terminal, a material warehouse entry and exit management platform and an ERP server;
the user terminal comprises a code scanning module, and the code scanning module is used for acquiring a two-dimensional code label corresponding to the material in and out of a warehouse and sending the two-dimensional code label to the material in and out of the warehouse management platform;
the material warehouse-in and warehouse-out management platform is in communication connection with an external enterprise WeChat server, and is used for analyzing the two-dimensional code label according to the enterprise WeChat server and sending a report containing material warehouse-in and warehouse-out information generated after analysis to the ERP server;
the ERP server comprises a material database and is used for receiving the report and updating the material information state of the material database based on the report.
As one preferred scheme, the material warehousing and ex-warehouse management platform comprises a warehousing management module, and the warehousing management module is used for generating a corresponding warehousing position query signal according to the two-dimensional code tag, so that the ERP server queries a corresponding warehousing position in the material database according to the warehousing position query signal.
As one preferable scheme, the material warehousing and ex-warehouse management platform further comprises an ex-warehouse management module, wherein the ex-warehouse management module is used for generating a corresponding ex-warehouse position query signal according to the two-dimensional code tag, so that the ERP server queries a corresponding ex-warehouse position in the material database according to the ex-warehouse position query signal.
As one of the preferable schemes, the user terminal further comprises an information pushing module, wherein the information pushing module is associated with enterprise WeChat of the user and used for pushing the material information state to the corresponding enterprise WeChat; and the material information state at least comprises the warehousing position and the ex-warehousing position.
As one preferable scheme, the user terminal further includes an account ID module, where the account ID module is configured to send the obtained enterprise WeChat ID to the material warehouse entry management platform, so that the material warehouse entry management platform detects the enterprise WeChat ID based on the enterprise WeChat server.
As one of the preferable schemes, the user terminal further comprises an alarm module, and the alarm module is used for generating corresponding security log information when the material in-out management platform detects that the enterprise WeChat ID does not exist; wherein the security log information includes at least a pop-up window alarm.
As one preferred scheme, the user terminal further includes a query module, and the query module is configured to send a query instruction input by a user to the ERP server, so that the ERP server queries a corresponding material information state in the material database based on the query instruction, and sends the material information state to the user terminal.
As one preferable scheme, the material warehouse entry and exit management platform further comprises a report generation module, and the report generation module is used for deriving the corresponding report.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the system have the advantages that the material warehouse entry and exit management system which is formed by the mutual cooperation of the user terminal, the material warehouse entry and exit management platform and the ERP server is arranged, so that the process steps of material warehouse entry and exit of field workers are greatly simplified, a large amount of labor, material resources and time cost are saved, meanwhile, the two-dimensional code labels are used and are associated with the enterprise WeChat server, accurate management and control over material warehouse entry and exit data can be achieved, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the management efficiency of material warehouse entry and exit management in an actual production scene is improved.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a material warehousing management system, and specifically, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a material warehousing management system in an embodiment of the present invention, where the material warehousing management system includes: the system comprises a user terminal 1, a material warehouse entry and exit management platform 2 and an ERP server 3;
the user terminal 1 comprises a code scanning module, and the code scanning module is used for acquiring a two-dimensional code label corresponding to the material in and out of a warehouse and sending the two-dimensional code label to the material in and out of the warehouse management platform 2;
the material warehouse entry and exit management platform 2 is in communication connection with an external enterprise WeChat server, and is used for analyzing the two-dimensional code tag according to the enterprise WeChat server and sending a report containing material warehouse entry and exit information generated after analysis to the ERP server 3;
the ERP server 3 comprises a material database, and is used for receiving the report and updating the material information state of the material database based on the report.
It should be noted that, in an actual production scenario such as a warehouse of a production workshop, a person needs to go to a designated computer to query materials, and repeatedly filling the contents of material cards and delivery notes in each delivery and storage, and finally, a warehouse manager needs to manually type and enter the contents of the delivery notes and the information citations to deliver and store the ERP system. The inventor finds that the management efficiency of the warehouse-in and warehouse-out can be well improved by utilizing the two-dimensional code and the enterprise WeChat server, the process steps of the material warehouse-in and warehouse-out of field workers can be simplified, the management and control of data are more accurate, and therefore good data support is provided for the real inventory of the warehouse.
Preferably, in order to achieve precise control over material warehousing and material ex-warehouse, the material in-warehouse and out-warehouse management platform 2 in the embodiment of the present invention includes a warehousing management module, and the warehousing management module is configured to generate a corresponding warehousing position query signal according to the two-dimensional code tag, so that the ERP server 3 queries a corresponding warehousing position in the material database according to the warehousing position query signal.
Preferably, in the above embodiment, the material warehousing and ex-warehouse management platform 2 further includes an ex-warehouse management module, and the ex-warehouse management module is configured to generate a corresponding ex-warehouse location query signal according to the two-dimensional code tag, so that the ERP server 3 queries a corresponding ex-warehouse location in the material database according to the ex-warehouse location query signal.
Through the corresponding functions of the warehousing management module and the ex-warehousing management module, the management of material warehousing and ex-warehousing can be realized, and preferably, the user terminal further comprises an information pushing module, wherein the information pushing module is associated with enterprise WeChat of a user and is used for pushing the material information state to the corresponding enterprise WeChat; and the material information state at least comprises the warehousing position and the ex-warehousing position.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a control logic diagram of a material warehouse entry and exit management system in an embodiment of the present invention, where the control logic diagram includes a step (i) to a step (viii), and in this embodiment, the user terminal 1 further includes an account ID module, and the account ID module is configured to send the obtained enterprise WeChat ID to the material warehouse entry and exit management platform 2, so that the material warehouse entry and exit management platform 2 detects the enterprise WeChat ID based on the enterprise WeChat server. When a user logs in through a user terminal (the login mode can be manual input or can be two-dimensional code scanning), a personal enterprise WeChat ID is obtained by a material warehouse entry and exit management platform and is detected, whether the user has the enterprise WeChat ID or not is judged, then the user can jump to a related operation page to search related information in a material database, the user selects warehouse entry or warehouse exit operation, related operation instructions are submitted, the material warehouse entry and exit management system executes the operation correspondingly, and related information is pushed to a warehouse manager and other related personnel of the enterprise.
Further, in the above embodiment, the user terminal 1 further includes an alarm module, and when the material warehousing and export platform detects that the enterprise WeChat ID does not exist, the alarm module generates corresponding security log information; preferably, the safety log information at least comprises a popup alarm which prompts non-company personnel that can not log in.
Of course, the user can manage the material in and out of the warehouse through the material in and out warehouse management system, preferably, the query function of the material information can be performed, the corresponding material information state is pushed to the enterprise WeChat of the user through the association with the enterprise WeChat, the user can conveniently check the material information state at the first time, in addition, the material information state not only comprises the warehouse entry position and the warehouse exit position, but also can comprise the corresponding quantity of the material, the warehouse entry and exit remark reason, the warehouse entry and exit remark time and other related parameter information, and the related parameter information is determined by actual production requirements.
Because the embodiment of the invention carries out personal authentication based on enterprise WeChat, unauthenticated external personnel can not carry out inquiry operation on the material, thereby being beneficial to keeping the information of the company secret.
Further, the user terminal 1 further includes a query module, and the query module is configured to send a query instruction input by a user to the ERP server 3, so that the ERP server 3 queries a corresponding material information state in the material database based on the query instruction, and sends the material information state to the user terminal 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding report generated by the warehouse entry and the warehouse exit can be preferably exported besides being input into the ERP system 3, so that the management of the warehouse entry and the warehouse exit is convenient. Preferably, the material warehouse entry and exit management platform further comprises a report generation module, and the report generation module is used for deriving the corresponding report.

Claims (8)
1. A material warehouse access management system, comprising: the system comprises a user terminal, a material warehouse entry and exit management platform and an ERP server;
the user terminal comprises a code scanning module, and the code scanning module is used for acquiring a two-dimensional code label corresponding to the material in and out of a warehouse and sending the two-dimensional code label to the material in and out of the warehouse management platform;
the material warehouse-in and warehouse-out management platform is in communication connection with an external enterprise WeChat server, and is used for analyzing the two-dimensional code label according to the enterprise WeChat server and sending a report containing material warehouse-in and warehouse-out information generated after analysis to the ERP server;
the ERP server comprises a material database and is used for receiving the report and updating the material information state of the material database based on the report.

The material warehousing management system of claim 1, wherein the material warehousing management platform comprises a warehousing management module, and the warehousing management module is configured to generate a corresponding warehousing position query signal according to the two-dimensional code tag, so that the ERP server queries a corresponding warehousing position in the material database according to the warehousing position query signal.

The material warehousing and ex-warehouse management system of claim 2, wherein the material warehousing and ex-warehouse management platform further comprises an ex-warehouse management module, and the ex-warehouse management module is configured to generate a corresponding ex-warehouse location query signal according to the two-dimensional code tag, so that the ERP server queries a corresponding ex-warehouse location in the material database according to the ex-warehouse location query signal.

The material warehousing and ex-warehouse management system of claim 3, wherein the user terminal further comprises an information pushing module, the information pushing module is associated with an enterprise WeChat of a user and is used for pushing the material information state to the corresponding enterprise WeChat; and the material information state at least comprises the warehousing position and the ex-warehousing position.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user terminal further comprises an account ID module, and the account ID module is configured to send the obtained enterprise WeChat ID to the warehousing management platform, so that the warehousing management platform detects the enterprise WeChat ID based on the enterprise WeChat server.

The material warehousing management system of claim 5, wherein the user terminal further comprises an alarm module, the alarm module being configured to generate corresponding security log information when the material warehousing management platform detects that the enterprise WeChat ID does not exist; wherein the security log information includes at least a pop-up window alarm.

The material warehousing and ex-warehouse management system of claim 1, wherein the user terminal further comprises a query module, and the query module is configured to send a query instruction input by a user to the ERP server, so that the ERP server queries a corresponding material information state in the material database based on the query instruction and sends the material information state to the user terminal.
8. The material warehousing management system of claim 1, wherein the material warehousing management platform further comprises a report generation module, the report generation module being configured to derive the corresponding report.
