Abstract

evaluating each judge comprehensive scoring data by using a judge early warning risk evaluation model to obtain an judge early warning risk evaluation result of each judge;
the method for constructing the forewarning risk assessment model of the judge through big data mining analysis and combining with expert experience comprises the following steps:
defining the forewarning level of a judge as four types of a normal level, an early warning reminding level, a limited part examination authority level and a termination case handling authority level;
grading and labeling the trial and judgment comprehensive scoring data of each judge in each past year of each province through expert experience;
and constructing a four-classification machine learning model, and obtaining a forewarning risk assessment model of the judges through repeated training and verification of labeled data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein calculating the comprehensive scoring value for each judge according to the comprehensive scoring model for judge comprises:
constructing a judge comprehensive scoring model by big data mining analysis and combining with expert experience;
and calculating the case monitoring index data of each judge by using a judge comprehensive scoring model of the judge to obtain judge comprehensive scoring data of each judge.

The method of claim 1, wherein the timely early warning and prevention of the judge with early warning risk in the evaluation result of the judge with early warning risk assessment comprises: identifying judges with early warning risks and early warning levels; aiming at the early warning of different levels, different early warning and precautionary measures are adopted; the early warning and precautionary measures include: normal, early warning and reminding, limiting partial examination authority and terminating case handling authority.
4. A case analysis-based judge early warning monitoring device adopting the method of any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising:
the case monitoring index data acquisition module of the judge is used for acquiring relevant case data in the judging process of the judge from a plurality of different data sources in a full-scale and incremental manner; according to the calculation processing logic of each index item, calculating each index item of each case; counting and analyzing the calculation results of each index item of each judge to obtain case monitoring index data of each judge;
the judge comprehensive scoring calculation module is used for calculating the judge comprehensive scoring value of each judge by utilizing case monitoring index data of the judge according to the judge comprehensive scoring model;
the judge judging and early warning risk assessment module is used for carrying out judge early warning risk assessment by utilizing the judge judging comprehensive scoring value according to the judge judging and early warning risk assessment model;
the result display module is used for displaying relevant case information, case monitoring index data, judge comprehensive scoring data and judge early warning risk evaluation data in combination with five dimensions of a judge, a court room, a court, a district and a province;
and the early warning and precaution module is used for timely early warning and precaution of the judges with the early warning risks in the evaluation result of the judge early warning risk evaluation.

An electronic device, comprising: one or more processors; a storage device to store one or more computer programs operable on the processor; the one or more computer programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of the method for case analysis-based judge alert monitoring of judges of any of claims 1-3.
6. A computer storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored, which when executed performs the steps of the method for case analysis-based judge warning monitoring of a judge according to any of claims 1 to 3.
