and comparing the pre-casting study result with the corresponding item in the post-casting management report, and performing risk assessment on the current real estate trust project according to the comparison result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein pre-cast judging the current real estate trust project to obtain a pre-cast judging result comprises:
analyzing the transaction opponent to which the current real estate trusting project belongs to obtain a transaction opponent analysis result;
analyzing the city to which the current real estate trusting project belongs to obtain a city analysis result;
analyzing the region to which the current real estate trusting project belongs to obtain a region analysis result;
analyzing the current real estate trusting project to obtain a project analysis result;
wherein, the pre-projection study and judgment result comprises: the analysis result of the transaction opponent, the analysis result of the city, the analysis result of the area and the analysis result of the item.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein analyzing the business to which the current real estate trust project belongs to obtain counterparty analysis results comprises:
acquiring the capital quality data and financial data of the counterparty;
determining the position of the counterparty in a preset counterparty matrix according to the asset quality data and the financial data;
and acquiring a word cloud of the transaction opponent, and providing evaluation indexes for the transaction opponent based on the word cloud and the financial data.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein analyzing the city to which the current real estate trust project belongs to obtain a city analysis result comprises:
acquiring basic scene data and market scene data of the city;
according to the basic surface data and the market surface data, determining the position of the city in a preset city evaluation matrix

and determining the risk level of each corresponding item according to the comparison result.
