Under the scene of upgrading a plurality of terminals in batches, the number of terminal downloading sources capable of providing upgrading service is increased continuously along with the continuous upgrading, so that other terminals waiting for upgrading can obtain an upgrading package more quickly, and the batch upgrading of the terminals can be completed more quickly under the condition of not increasing any other equipment or cost; and the terminal which finishes upgrading responds to the instruction for establishing the near field communication network sent by the server, automatically establishes the near field communication network, sends the access information of the near field communication network to the server, and when the server distributes the terminal as a target download source to other terminals waiting for upgrading, the terminal waiting for upgrading can automatically access the near field communication network of the terminal without manual operation of a user.
The application discloses a method for upgrading a terminal, and correspondingly discloses a method for upgrading a terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for upgrading a terminal, which is applied to a server and includes:
step S301: and receiving an upgrading request sent by the terminal.
Step S302: and determining a target download source based on the download source information table.
The target downloading source is a server downloading source or a terminal downloading source in an idle state. The download source information table includes address information and status information of the server download source, and address information and status information of the terminal download source.
In implementation, when the server receives an upgrade request sent by the terminal, the server judges whether a terminal download source and a server download source in an idle state exist based on the download source information table. And if the terminal downloading source or the server downloading source in the idle state exists, determining one of the terminal downloading source or the server downloading source as a target downloading source, and generating a downloading instruction carrying the information of the target downloading source address.
Optionally, if the server determines that the terminal download source and the server download source in the idle state exist based on the download source information table, the terminal download source in the idle state may be preferentially selected as the target download source according to the configuration of the terminal, or the server download source in the idle state may be preferentially selected as the target download source.

According to the method for upgrading the terminal, when the server receives an upgrading request sent by the terminal, the target downloading source is determined based on the downloading source information table, and a downloading instruction carrying target downloading source address information is sent to the terminal, wherein the target downloading source is the server downloading source or the terminal downloading source in an idle state, so that the terminal can obtain an upgrading packet from the target downloading source and can be upgraded by using the upgrading packet. And after the terminal finishes upgrading, sending an upgrading finishing instruction to the server, determining the terminal as a terminal downloading source by the server, adding the address information and the state information of the terminal into a downloading source information table, wherein the state information of the terminal at the moment is idle, so that the server distributes the terminal as a target downloading source to other terminals waiting for upgrading.
It can be seen that, according to the method for upgrading a terminal disclosed in the present application, after the terminal completes upgrading, the server uses the terminal as a terminal download source, that is, the terminal can provide download service for other terminals waiting for upgrading. Under the scene of carrying out batch upgrading on a plurality of terminals, along with continuous upgrading, the number of terminal downloading sources capable of providing upgrading service is continuously increased, so that other terminals waiting for upgrading can obtain an upgrading package more quickly, and batch upgrading of the terminals can be completed more quickly under the condition of not increasing any other devices or cost.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another method for upgrading a terminal, which is applied to a server and includes:
step S401: and receiving an upgrading request sent by the terminal.
Step S402: and determining a target download source based on the download source information table.
Step S403: and sending a downloading instruction to the terminal.
The download instruction at least carries address information of the target download source, so that the terminal obtains the upgrade package from the target download source and uses the upgrade package for upgrading.
It should be noted that, if the access information of the near field communication network of the target download source is stored in the download source information table, the download instruction sent by the server to the terminal carries the address information of the target download source and the access information of the near field communication network of the target download source.
Step S404: and receiving an upgrade completion indication sent by the terminal, determining the terminal as a terminal download source, and adding the address information and the state information of the terminal into a download source information table.
The specific implementation of steps S401 to S404 is the same as that of steps S301 to S304, and will not be described again here.
Step S405: and sending a near field communication network establishing instruction to the terminal so as to enable the terminal to establish the near field communication network.
Step S406: and receiving the access information of the near field communication network sent by the terminal, and adding the access information of the near field communication network of the terminal into the download source information table.
The access information of the near field communication network comprises the name and the access password of the near field communication network.
And after the terminal finishes upgrading, sending an upgrading finishing instruction to the server. And the server sends a near field communication network establishing instruction to the terminal. And the terminal responds to the instruction for establishing the near field communication network sent by the server, automatically establishes the near field communication network and sends access information of the near field communication network to the server. The server adds the access information of the near field communication network established by the terminal into the downloading source information table so that the terminal waiting for upgrading subsequently can automatically access the near field communication network of the terminal.
It can be seen that, based on the method for upgrading a terminal shown in fig. 4 of the present application, after the terminal finishes upgrading, the server uses the terminal as a terminal download source, that is, the terminal can provide download service for other terminals waiting for upgrading. Under the scene of upgrading a plurality of terminals in batches, the number of terminal downloading sources capable of providing upgrading service is increased continuously along with the continuous upgrading, so that other terminals waiting for upgrading can obtain an upgrading package more quickly, and the batch upgrading of the terminals can be completed more quickly under the condition of not increasing any other equipment or cost; and the server sends a near field communication network establishing instruction to the terminal which finishes upgrading, so that the terminal which finishes upgrading responds to the private network establishing instruction sent by the server, automatically establishes the near field communication network, and sends access information of the near field communication network to the server, and when the server distributes the terminal serving as a target download source to other terminals waiting for upgrading, the terminals waiting for upgrading can automatically access the near field communication network of the terminal without manual operation of a user.
On the basis of the method for upgrading the terminal shown in fig. 3 and 4 of the present application, in the case that the target download source allocated to the terminal is the terminal download source, the method further includes:
receiving an access failure indication sent by a terminal, wherein the terminal sends the access failure indication to a server under the condition that the target downloading source is a terminal downloading source and cannot access a near field communication network established by the terminal downloading source;
and setting the state information of the terminal downloading source in the downloading source information table to be in an idle state.
In one embodiment, the step S302 of determining the target download source based on the download source information table includes:
determining whether a terminal downloading source in an idle state exists at present according to the downloading source information table;
under the condition that a terminal downloading source in an idle state exists at present, determining one terminal downloading source in the idle state as a target downloading source;
and under the condition that no terminal downloading source in the idle state exists currently, determining a server downloading source in the idle state as a target downloading source.
In implementation, the server determines whether there is a terminal download source in an idle state currently based on the download source information table. If only one terminal downloading source in the idle state exists currently, the server determines the terminal downloading source in the idle state as the target downloading source. If a plurality of terminal downloading sources in the idle state exist currently, the server selects one terminal downloading source in the idle state according to a preset rule and takes the terminal downloading source as a target downloading source. For example, the server determines the nearest terminal download source currently in the idle state as the target download source based on the principle of proximity. If there is no terminal download source in idle state but there is server download source in idle state, the server determines one server download source in idle state as target download source.
It should be noted that, if there is no terminal download source in the idle state or no server download source in the idle state, the terminal needs to wait until there is a download source in the idle state.
In the above embodiment, the terminal download source in the idle state is preferentially selected as the target download source, which can save traffic consumption of the public communication network and reduce communication cost.
In one embodiment, when the server determines the server download source or the terminal download source as the target download source, the server sets the state information of the server download source or the terminal download source as occupied; and when an upgrade completion instruction sent by the terminal corresponding to the target download source is received, setting the state information of the server download source or the terminal download source to be idle.
The following describes a terminal upgrading method and a terminal upgrading method disclosed in the present application with reference to an example, where the terminals waiting for upgrading include a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal. This example includes:
the first terminal sends an upgrade request to the server.
And the server determines a target downloading source from the downloading source information table and generates a downloading instruction. At this time, the download source information table only contains the address information and the state information of the server download source, so the download instruction generated by the server carries the address information of one server download source. In addition, the server sets the state information of the target download source allocated for the first terminal as occupied.
The server sends a downloading instruction to the first terminal.
And the first terminal obtains the upgrade package from the target download source and carries out upgrade. And when the first terminal finishes upgrading, sending an upgrading finishing instruction to the server.
The server determines the first terminal as a terminal downloading source, and adds the address information and the state information of the first terminal into a downloading source information table. At this time, the download source information table includes address information and state information of the server download source, and also includes address information and state information of the terminal download source, where the terminal download source is specifically the first terminal. The state information of the first terminal at this time is idle. In addition, the server sets the state information of the server download source allocated for the first terminal to idle.
And the second terminal and the third terminal send upgrading requests to the server.
And the server determines a target downloading source corresponding to the second terminal from the downloading source information table and generates a downloading instruction. And the server determines a target downloading source corresponding to the third terminal from the downloading source information table and generates a downloading instruction. For example, the server allocates a server download source to the second terminal and a first terminal to the third terminal. In addition, the server sets the state information of the target download sources of the second terminal and the third terminal as occupied.
And the server sends a downloading instruction to the second terminal and sends the downloading instruction to the third terminal.
And the second terminal obtains the upgrade package from the target download source and carries out upgrade. And the second terminal sends an upgrade completion instruction to the server when finishing the upgrade.
And the server determines the second terminal as a terminal downloading source and adds the address information and the state information of the second terminal into a downloading source information table. At this time, the download source information table includes address information and state information of the server download source, and also includes address information and state information of the terminal download source, where the terminal download source is specifically the first terminal and the second terminal. The second terminal is idle at this time. In addition, the server sets the state information of the server download source allocated for the second terminal to idle.
And the third terminal obtains the upgrade package from the target download source and carries out upgrade. And the third terminal sends an upgrade completion instruction to the server when finishing the upgrade.
And the server determines the third terminal as a terminal downloading source and adds the address information and the state information of the third terminal into a downloading source information table. At this time, the download source information table includes address information and state information of the server download source, and also includes address information and state information of the terminal download source, where the terminal download source is specifically a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal. The state information of the third terminal at this time is idle. In addition, the server sets the state information of the terminal download source (specifically, the first terminal) allocated for the third terminal to idle.

an upgrade completion indication sending unit 504, configured to send an upgrade completion indication to the server after the upgrade is completed, so that the server determines the terminal as a terminal download source, and adds address information and state information of the terminal into the download source information table.
In a possible implementation manner, the upgrade unit 503 obtains the upgrade package from the target download source according to the address information, specifically:
under the condition that the target downloading source is a terminal downloading source, accessing a near field communication network established by the terminal downloading source, and obtaining an upgrade package from the terminal downloading source through the near field communication network;
and under the condition that the target downloading source is the server downloading source, obtaining the upgrading packet from the server downloading source through the public communication network.
Optionally, the upgrade apparatus further includes an access failure indication sending unit.
The access failure indication sending unit is used for: and under the condition that the target downloading source is the terminal downloading source, if the near field communication network established by the terminal downloading source cannot be accessed, sending an access failure indication to the server so that the server sets the state information of the terminal downloading source in the downloading source information table to be idle.
Optionally, the upgrading apparatus further includes a near field communication network establishing unit and an access information sending unit.
The near field communication network establishing unit is used for: receiving a near field communication network establishing instruction sent by a server, and establishing a near field communication network;
the access information sending unit is used for: and sending access information of the near field communication network to the server, wherein the access information comprises the name and the access password of the near field communication network, so that the server adds the access information of the near field communication network of the terminal into the downloading source information table.

a download instruction sending unit 603, configured to send a download instruction to the terminal, where the download instruction carries address information of a target download source, so that the terminal obtains an upgrade package from the target download source and performs upgrade using the upgrade package;
the processing unit 604 is configured to receive an upgrade completion indication sent by the terminal, determine the terminal as a terminal download source, and add address information and state information of the terminal into the download source information table.
Optionally, the upgrading apparatus further includes a near field communication network instruction sending unit and an access information processing unit.
The near field communication network instruction sending unit is used for: sending a near field communication network establishing instruction to the terminal so that the terminal establishes a near field communication network;
the access information processing unit is used for: and receiving access information of the near field communication network sent by the terminal, and adding the access information of the near field communication network of the terminal into the download source information table, wherein the access information of the near field communication network comprises a name and an access password of the near field communication network.

and under the condition that no terminal downloading source in the idle state exists currently, determining a server downloading source in the idle state as a target downloading source.

Optionally, the terminal may further include: a communication interface 703, an input unit 704, a communication bus 705, and a display 706. The processor 701, the memory 702, the communication interface 703, the input unit 704, and the display 706 all communicate with each other via a communication bus 705.

and after the upgrade is finished, sending an upgrade finishing instruction to the server so that the server determines the terminal as a terminal download source, and adding the address information and the state information of the terminal into a download source information table.

and receiving an upgrade completion indication sent by the terminal, determining the terminal as a terminal download source, and adding the address information and the state information of the terminal into a download source information table.

Claims (10)

1. An upgrading method of a terminal is applied to the terminal, and the upgrading method comprises the following steps:
sending an upgrade request to a server;
receiving a download instruction sent by the server, wherein the download instruction carries address information of a target download source, the target download source is a server download source or a terminal download source which is determined by the server based on a download source information table and is in an idle state, and the download source information table comprises address information and state information of the server download source and address information and state information of the terminal download source;
obtaining an upgrade package from the target download source according to the address information, and upgrading by using the upgrade package;
and after upgrading is finished, sending an upgrading finishing instruction to the server so that the server determines the terminal as a terminal downloading source, and adding address information and state information of the terminal into the downloading source information table.
2. The upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the upgrade package from the target download source according to the address information comprises:
under the condition that the target downloading source is a terminal downloading source, accessing a near field communication network established by the terminal downloading source, and acquiring an upgrade package from the terminal downloading source through the near field communication network;
and under the condition that the target downloading source is a server downloading source, obtaining an upgrading packet from the server downloading source through a public communication network.
3. The upgrade method according to claim 2, further comprising:
and under the condition that the target downloading source is a terminal downloading source, if the near field communication network established by the terminal downloading source cannot be accessed, sending an access failure indication to the server so that the server sets the state information of the terminal downloading source in the downloading source information table to be idle.
4. The upgrading method according to claim 1, after sending an upgrading completion indication to the server, further comprising:
receiving a near field communication network establishing instruction sent by the server, and establishing a near field communication network;
and sending access information of the near field communication network to the server, wherein the access information comprises the name and the access password of the near field communication network, so that the server adds the access information of the near field communication network of the terminal into the download source information table.
5. A method for upgrading a terminal, which is applied to a server, the method comprising:
receiving an upgrading request sent by a terminal;
determining a target downloading source based on a downloading source information table, wherein the target downloading source is a server downloading source in an idle state or a terminal downloading source, and the downloading source information table comprises address information and state information of the server downloading source and address information and state information of the terminal downloading source;
sending a downloading instruction to the terminal, wherein the downloading instruction carries address information of the target downloading source, so that the terminal obtains an upgrading packet from the target downloading source and utilizes the upgrading packet for upgrading;
and receiving an upgrade completion indication sent by the terminal, determining the terminal as a terminal download source, and adding address information and state information of the terminal into the download source information table.
6. The method of claim 5, after receiving an upgrade complete indication sent by the terminal, further comprising:
sending a near field communication network establishing instruction to the terminal so as to enable the terminal to establish a near field communication network;
and receiving access information of the near field communication network sent by the terminal, and adding the access information of the near field communication network of the terminal into the download source information table, wherein the access information of the near field communication network comprises a name and an access password of the near field communication network.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein, when the target download source is a terminal download source, the sending of the download instruction to the terminal specifically includes:
and sending a downloading instruction carrying the address information of the terminal downloading source and the access information of the near field communication network of the terminal downloading source to the terminal.
8. The method of claim 5, 6 or 7, further comprising:
receiving an access failure indication sent by the terminal, wherein the terminal sends the access failure indication to the server under the condition that the target downloading source is a terminal downloading source and cannot access a near field communication network established by the terminal downloading source;
and setting the state information of the terminal downloading source in the downloading source information table to be in an idle state.
9. A terminal comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to call and execute a program stored in the memory to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A server, comprising a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to call and execute a program stored in the memory to perform the method of any one of claims 5 to 8.
