Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a system architecture diagram of a service allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the system architecture diagram may include: a scheduling system 11 and a processor 12, wherein the scheduling system 11 is used for allocating resources required by the multimode terminal 13 when processing services through a broadband access system or a narrowband access system; the processor 12 is configured to establish communication with the multimode terminal 13 through a broadband access system and/or a narrowband access system, for example, in a case that the multimode terminal 13 is located in a coverage area of the broadband access system in an application scenario diagram shown in fig. 1, the multimode terminal 12 initiates a registration request to the broadband access system, and the multimode terminal 13 is accessed to the broadband access system and is in a single-mode online state when the registration request is successful, at this time, the processor 12 may establish communication with the multimode terminal 13 through the broadband access system, and a service on the corresponding multimode terminal 13 is processed through the broadband access system, as shown in fig. 1.
Under the condition that the multimode terminal 13 is located in the coverage area of the narrowband access system, the multimode terminal 12 initiates a registration request to the narrowband access system, and under the condition that the registration request is successful, the multimode terminal 13 accesses the narrowband access system and is in a single-mode online state, at this time, the processor 12 can establish communication with the multimode terminal 13 through the narrowband access system, and the service on the corresponding multimode terminal 13 is processed through the narrowband access system, as shown in fig. 2.
When the multimode terminal 13 is located in the convergence area, that is, the overlapping area of the coverage area of the broadband access system and the coverage area of the narrowband access system, the multimode terminal 12 initiates a registration request to the broadband access system and the narrowband access system, and when the registration request is successful, the multimode terminal 13 is accessed to the broadband access system and the narrowband access system and is in a multimode simultaneous online state, at this time, the processor 12 may establish communication with the multimode terminal 13 through the broadband access system and the narrowband access system, and a service on the corresponding multimode terminal 13 may be processed through the broadband access system and the narrowband access system, as shown in fig. 3. In order to reduce the load of the narrowband access system in the case that the multimode terminal 13 can access the broadband access system, the processor 12 may implement the service allocation method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, so as to allocate the service to be processed by the narrowband access system to the broadband access system for processing.
In the present embodiment, as an example, the processor 12 may be a broadband-narrowband converged core network, and the multimode terminal 13 may be a broadband-narrowband converged terminal capable of accessing a broadband access system and a narrowband access system, the broadband access system may include a broadband base station, such as an eNodeB, a Wifi base station, and the like, and the narrowband access system may include a narrowband base station, such as a Tetra base station, a PDT base station, a DMR base station, and the like. The broadband and narrowband integrated terminal can be accessed to a broadband and narrowband integrated core network through a broadband access system and/or a narrowband access system. The narrowband and broadband convergence terminal can communicate with the narrowband and broadband convergence core network through a narrowband access system, for example, services such as voice, short message, status message, GPS subscription message, alias change, configuration change, group notification, OTAP, and the like are established. In this embodiment, when it is determined (for example, through registration information of the narrowband and broadband convergence terminal) that the narrowband and broadband convergence terminal accesses the narrowband and broadband convergence core network through the broadband access system, at least one service may be selected from services of the narrowband and broadband convergence terminal that need to be processed through the narrowband access system, and the at least one service is transferred to the broadband access system for processing. As an example, when the load of the narrowband access system is too large, the narrowband and broadband convergence core network may send the service to be processed by the narrowband access system to the narrowband and broadband convergence terminal through the broadband access system, so as to reduce the load of the narrowband access system. The technical solution of the embodiment can also be implemented in the case that the narrowband access system fails or leaves the coverage of the narrowband access system.
In this embodiment, as an example, at least one service from the services processed by the narrowband access system of the narrowband and broadband convergence terminal may be selected to be transferred to the broadband access system for processing according to the service priority, for example, a low-priority service is selected to be transferred to the broadband access system for processing. Low priority traffic may include, but is not limited to: short messages, status messages, GPS subscription messages, alias changes, configuration changes, group notifications, OTAP, etc. As an example, at least one service may also be selected from services to be processed through the narrowband access system according to a service requester and/or a service receiver, for example, at least one service of which the service requester and/or the service receiver is selected is transferred to the broadband access system for processing. It will be appreciated that at least one service may be selected from services to be handled by the narrowband access system based on other service attributes in addition to service priority and service requestor and/or recipient, including but not limited to service traffic, service urgency, service origination time, location of service requestor and/or recipient, and the like.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a service allocation method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method is used to allocate part of services of a narrowband access system to a broadband access system, and in this embodiment, the service allocation method shown in fig. 4 may include the following steps:
401: and under the condition that the multimode terminal is determined to be accessible to the broadband access system, determining the service which needs to be processed by the narrowband access system in the multimode terminal. It can be understood that: for the multimode terminal, the service on the multimode terminal can be allocated to the narrowband access system and the broadband access system for processing according to the existing service rule, so that the service allocated to the narrowband access system according to the existing service rule is the service which needs to be processed by the narrowband access system, and the description of the existing service rule is not explained in this embodiment.
402: at least one service is selected from services to be processed through the narrowband access system.
In this embodiment, one possible way to select at least one service from the services to be processed by the narrowband access system is: and selecting at least one service according to the service processing parameters, for example, selecting a service with the service processing parameter in a preset processing parameter range from the services to be processed by the narrowband access system. That is, the service whose service processing parameter to be processed by the narrowband access system is located in the preset processing parameter range is allocated to the broadband access system by using the preset processing parameter range as the selection standard.
Wherein the service processing parameters include but are not limited to: at least one of service priority and service timeliness requirements, how to select at least one service is illustrated below separately from both service priority and service timeliness requirements:
for the service processing parameter of the service priority, a corresponding service priority may be set for the service processed by the narrowband access system, and then the service whose service priority is in a preset priority range may be selected from the services to be processed by the narrowband access system, where the preset priority range may be determined according to the actual application, and if the service priority of the service selected according to the preset priority range is less than the service priority of the service still processed by the narrowband access system, the service still processed by the narrowband access system is: the traffic allocated to the narrowband access system for processing and continuing to be processed by the narrowband access system in case the multimode terminal has access to the broadband access system.
That is, in this embodiment, the service priorities of the services processed by the narrowband access system may be ranked, and the service priorities ranked from the last to the N last are determined as the service priorities included in the preset priority range, so that the service priority of the selected service is smaller than the service still processed by the narrowband access system, where N is a natural number greater than 1 and smaller than the total number of the service priorities corresponding to the service settings processed by the narrowband access system.
Specifically, one possible way to select a service with a priority in a preset priority range from services to be processed by the narrowband access system is as follows: and selecting the service with the service priority level within the preset priority range and the minimum service priority level from the services to be processed by the narrow-band access system. In the case that each service priority included in the preset priority range is the service priority ordered from the last to the nth bit, the service selected in this feasible manner is the service with the smallest service priority among all services processed by the narrowband access system, for example, the selected service includes but is not limited to: at least one of a short message, a status message, a GPS (Global Positioning System) subscription message, an alias change service, a configuration change service, a group notification service, and an OTAP (Over-the-air provisioning/Programming) service.
For the service processing parameter, the service timeliness requirement is selected from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system, where the service timeliness requirement is less than the service timeliness requirements of other services, that is, the service with the minimum service timeliness requirement is selected from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system, for example, the selected service may be a voice call service with the minimum service timeliness requirement, and the specific examples include, but are not limited to: voice call services except for the department performing the emergency task.
Of course, this embodiment may also combine the service priority and the service timeliness requirement to select, for example, a service whose service priority is in a preset priority range and whose service timeliness requirement is the minimum is selected from the services to be processed by the narrowband access system, which is only an example and is not limited to the service selection method.
In this embodiment, another possible way to select at least one service from the services to be processed by the narrowband access system is: at least one service is selected from services which need to be processed through the narrow-band access system according to the service requester and/or receiver, for example, the service type which can be transferred to the broadband access system and the service type corresponding to the requester and/or receiver which can be transferred to the broadband access system are preset, so that the service corresponding to the requester and/or receiver which is in the preset service type can be selected based on the preset service type and the requester and/or receiver when the service is selected.
Taking voice service as an example, a requester and/or a receiver are/is preset as non-critical departments in the voice service, such as departments except for a department executing an emergency task, such as parts except for a part executing the emergency task of public security, armed police and the like, and the voice services of the departments are selected and distributed to the broadband access system.
403: and when the narrow-band access system is congested, part of the services can be processed by the broadband access system, so that the overall resource utilization rate of the narrow-band access system and the broadband access system is improved.
404: the traffic allocated to the broadband access system is processed by the broadband access system.
It can be known from the above technical solutions that, in the case that it is determined that the multimode terminal can be accessed to the broadband access system, the service that needs to be processed by the narrowband access system in the multimode terminal is determined, at least one service is selected from the services that need to be processed by the narrowband access system, and the selected at least one service is allocated to the broadband access system, and the service allocated to the broadband access system is processed by the broadband access system, so as to implement allocating part of the services of the narrowband access system to the broadband access system, and through reallocation of the services, the resource load of the narrowband access system can be reduced, so as to provide the resources of the narrowband access system to the services with higher requirements on criticality and timeliness, improve the reliability and resource utilization rate of the narrowband access system, and for the services allocated to the broadband access system, reduce the possibility that the services are restricted in the narrowband access system, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating another service allocation method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method for determining that a multimode terminal can access a broadband access system includes the following steps:
501: in a case where the multimode terminal is in a coverage area of the broadband access system, it is determined that the multimode terminal is accessible to the broadband access system. The coverage area of the broadband access system may be: the coverage area of the broadband access system and the coverage area of the narrowband access system overlap, and the coverage area of the broadband access system is other than the overlap.
It can be understood that: when the multimode terminal is in different coverage areas, a registration request is initiated to the access system corresponding to the coverage area, so that the multimode terminal can access the access system corresponding to the coverage area. For example, when the multimode terminal is in the coverage area of the broadband access system, a registration request may be initiated to the broadband access system, so that the multimode terminal may access the broadband access system.
502: and under the condition that the multimode terminal is determined to be accessible to the broadband access system, determining the service which needs to be processed by the narrowband access system in the multimode terminal.
503: at least one service is selected from services to be processed through the narrowband access system.
504: and distributing the selected at least one service to the broadband access system.
505: the traffic allocated to the broadband access system is processed by the broadband access system.
In this embodiment, steps 502 to 505: this embodiment is the same as the above steps 401 to 404, and will not be described again.
According to the technical scheme, whether the multimode terminal can be accessed to the broadband access system or not can be determined through the coverage area of the multimode terminal, and if the multimode terminal can be accessed to the broadband access system, part of services of the narrowband access system can be allocated to the broadband access system, so that the services can be reallocated.
For simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are described as a series of combinations of steps, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the combinations of steps described, as some combinations of elements may take alternative steps. Furthermore, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular combination of steps is required to implement the invention.
Corresponding to the foregoing method embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a service allocating apparatus, whose structure is shown in fig. 6, and may include: a service determination unit 21, a selection unit 22, an allocation unit 23 and a processing unit 24.
The service determining unit 21 is configured to determine, under a condition that it is determined that the multimode terminal is accessible to the broadband access system, a service that needs to be processed by the narrowband access system in the multimode terminal, for example, the service that needs to be processed by the narrowband access system is a service allocated to the narrowband access system according to an existing service rule.
The selecting unit 22 is configured to select at least one service from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system. In this embodiment, one possible way for the selecting unit 22 to select at least one service from the services to be processed by the narrowband access system is: and selecting at least one service according to the service processing parameters, for example, selecting a service with the service processing parameter in a preset processing parameter range from the services to be processed by the narrowband access system. Wherein the service processing parameters include but are not limited to: at least one of service priority and service timeliness requirements, how to select at least one service is illustrated below separately from both service priority and service timeliness requirements:
for the service processing parameter of service priority, one possible way for the selecting unit 22 to select the service with priority in the preset priority range from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system is as follows: and selecting the service with the service priority level within the preset priority range and the minimum service priority level from the services to be processed by the narrow-band access system. If the service priorities included in the preset priority range are service priorities with priorities ordered from the last to the nth bits (N is a natural number greater than 1), the service selected in this feasible manner is the service with the smallest service priority among all services processed by the narrowband access system, and the selected service includes but is not limited to: at least one of a short message, a status message, a GPS subscription message, an alias change service, a configuration change service, a group notification service, and an OTAP service.
For the service processing parameter of the service timeliness requirement, the selecting unit 22 selects a service whose service timeliness requirement is less than that of other services from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system, that is, selects a service whose service timeliness requirement is the minimum from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system, for example, the selected service may be a voice call service whose service timeliness requirement is the minimum, and specifically includes but is not limited to: voice call services except for the department performing the emergency task.
Of course, the selecting unit 22 in this embodiment may also select the service priority and the service timeliness requirement in combination, for example, a service whose service priority is within a preset priority range and whose service timeliness requirement is the minimum is selected from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system, which is only described in this embodiment by way of example and is not limited to the service selecting method.
In this embodiment, another possible way for the selecting unit 22 to select at least one service from the services to be processed through the narrowband access system is: at least one service is selected from services which need to be processed through the narrow-band access system according to the service requester and/or receiver, for example, the service type which can be transferred to the broadband access system and the service type corresponding to the requester and/or receiver which can be transferred to the broadband access system are preset, so that the service corresponding to the requester and/or receiver which is in the preset service type can be selected based on the preset service type and the requester and/or receiver when the service is selected.
The allocating unit 23 is configured to allocate the selected at least one service to the broadband access system, so that part of services processed by the narrowband access system may be allocated to the broadband access system, and when the narrowband access system is congested, part of services may be processed by the broadband access system, thereby improving the overall resource utilization rate of the narrowband access system and the broadband access system.
A processing unit 24 for processing the services allocated to the broadband access system by the broadband access system.
Referring to fig. 7, which shows another structure of a service allocating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of fig. 6, the apparatus may further include: an access system determining unit 25, configured to determine that the multimode terminal is accessible to the broadband access system if the multimode terminal is in a coverage area of the broadband access system.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a service allocation device corresponding to the foregoing method embodiment, where the service allocation device includes: a processor 31 and a memory 32.
