The control motor 341 starts to work and drives the control screw 344 to rotate, and as the control frame 343 is sleeved outside the control screw 344 in a threaded manner, the control frame 343 moves vertically downwards under the guiding action of the guide piece and drives the control rack 346 to move synchronously, the control rack 346 drives the control gear 347 to rotate while moving vertically downwards, the control gear 347 rotates and drives the sealing plates to rotate, when the two sealing plates are unfolded, the control motor 341 stops working, and at the moment, the sealing cover 330 is switched from a closed state to an open state.
The traditional Chinese medicine to be aired is put in from a feeding groove arranged in the material conveying frame 310, meanwhile, the material conveying motor 321 starts to work and drives the material conveying auger 323 arranged in the material conveying pipe to start transmission, and when the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired contacts the material conveying auger 323, the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired is discharged from a material conveying port of the material conveying pipe under the traction of the material conveying auger 323.
The feeding device 400 comprises a feeding pipe 410, a feeding mechanism 420 and a feeding mechanism 430, wherein the feeding mechanism 420 is used for conveying the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired into the feeding mechanism 430, and the feeding mechanism 430 is used for conveying the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired to the airing net 200.

The feeding mechanism 420 comprises a feeding motor 421 and a feeding auger 422, a sealing plate is arranged between the feeding motor 421 and the side of the lower opening end of the feeding pipe, the sealing plate is fixedly arranged at the lower opening end of the feeding pipe 410, the feeding motor 421 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the sealing plate, and the output end of the feeding motor 421 penetrates through the sealing plate and is positioned in the feeding pipe 410.

The traditional Chinese medicine to be aired discharged from the material conveying port of the material conveying pipe enters the feeding pipe 410 through the feeding nozzle arranged on the feeding pipe 410, meanwhile, the feeding motor 421 starts to work and drives the feeding auger 422 to rotate, and the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired is conveyed upwards through the feeding auger 422.
Meanwhile, the feeding motor 431 starts to work and drives the feeding pipe 432 to rotate, when a feeding hole A formed in the feeding pipe 432 is communicated with a discharging nozzle A, the feeding pipe 432 stops rotating, the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired is conveyed to the airing net A through the feeding hole A and the discharging nozzle A under the traction of the feeding auger 422, when the amount of the traditional Chinese medicine on the airing net A reaches a preset amount, the feeding pipe 432 rotates ninety degrees, at the moment, the feeding hole B is communicated with the discharging nozzle B, the feeding auger 422 starts to convey the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired to the airing net B, and the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired is conveyed to the airing net C and the airing net D in sequence by repeating the operation.
After the traditional Chinese medicine is conveyed to the four groups of airing nets 200, the material conveying auger 323 stops rotating, and the traditional Chinese medicine to be aired is aired on the airing nets.
The discharging device 500 is installed on the bracket of the frame body 100, and the discharging device 500 and the feeding device 400 are respectively located at two sides of the airing net 200.
The discharging device 500 comprises a mounting plate 510, a discharging motor 520 and a transmission rod 540, wherein the transmission rod 540 is provided with a discharging mechanism 550, and the discharging mechanism 550 is used for pulling the traditional Chinese medicine which is dried on the drying net 200 into the material transfer device 300 for collection.
The mounting plate 510 is fixedly mounted on the bracket of the bracket body 100.
