背景技术
擦拭材料与人们生活息息相关,擦拭材料的种类很多,例如机织、 针织、非织造布类的擦拭材料。其中,非织造布工艺以其工艺流程短、 生产速度高、可应用纤维范围广的特点,成为一种发展迅速的擦拭材 料加工工艺。但是,普通的非织造布擦拭材料存在耐磨性较差,耐用 性差,使用过程中易出现掉毛现象,可循环使用次数较少的技术问题。 目前,虽然已经有以超细纤维为原料生产的擦拭材料用于精密仪器的 擦拭,但因其产量有限,价格较昂贵,远远不能满足普通消费市场的 需求。因此,研发制备出价廉、耐磨性较好的擦拭材料具有实际意义。
发明内容
基于现有技术上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种三明治结构 非织造布擦拭材料,本发明三明治结构的非织造布擦拭材料,外层涤 纶水刺非织造布的耐磨涂层有效提高耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能、减少掉 毛,同时中间层木浆水刺非织造布具有良好的吸水性能,增加擦拭布 的清洁效果。因此本发明三明治结构的擦拭材料不仅同时具有优异的 耐磨性能和吸水性能,减少掉毛,清洁效果较好,而且三明治结构有 效增强了擦拭材料的力学性能,断裂强力和断裂伸长率都显著提高, 耐用性较好,可多次循环使用,质量和使用寿命均提高。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料 的制备方法,制备方法简单,产量大,价格低,能够满足普通消费市 场的需求。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,包括两层涤纶水刺非织造布 和设置在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之间的木浆水刺非织造布;所述涤纶 水刺非织造布表面设有耐磨涂层。外层涤纶水刺非织造布的耐磨涂层 有效提高耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能、减少掉毛,同时中间层木浆水刺非 织造布具有良好的吸水性能,增加擦拭布的清洁效果;三明治结构有 效增强了擦拭材料的力学性能,断裂强力和断裂伸长率都显著提高。 因此本发明三明治结构的擦拭材料不仅同时具有优异的耐磨性能和 吸水性能,减少掉毛,清洁效果较好,而且耐用性较好,可多次循环 使用,质量和使用寿命均提高。
所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:
聚氨酯(PU):40-58份;
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF):40.5-58.5份;
乳化剂:0.1-1份;
渗透剂:0.5-2.5份。
优选的,所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:
聚氨酯:48-50份;
二甲基甲酰胺:48.5-50份;
乳化剂:0.4-0.6份;
渗透剂:0.5-1.5份。
最优选的,所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:

优选的,所述乳化剂为山梨醇酐单油酸脂(S-80);所述渗透剂 为OT-20。本发明耐磨涂层的配方中四种原料结合使用,相互配合, 能够较好的将耐磨涂层固定在两层涤纶水刺非织造布表面,保证擦拭 材料柔软性好的同时,擦拭材料不易产生自发性灰尘。本发明耐磨涂 层有效提高了擦拭材料的耐磨性能和强力,提高了擦拭材料的质量和 可循环使用次数,在满足耐磨性能的同时,透气透水性能提高,解决 了满足耐磨性的要求产品的吸水性差的问题。
所述两层涤纶水刺非织造布和设置在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之 间的木浆水刺非织造布通过水刺加固。通过水刺加固可以使擦拭材料 具有柔软性,使用不伤手。

所述的耐磨涂层浸渍浆的制备方法为:在聚氨酯中加入二甲基甲 酰胺、乳化剂和渗透剂,搅拌至聚氨酯、乳化剂和渗透剂均匀分散在 二甲基甲酰胺中,静置脱泡,即得到耐磨涂层浸渍浆。
所述凝固浴中包含二甲基甲酰胺和水,所述二甲基甲酰胺与水的 质量比为1-3:7-9。本发明耐磨涂层中,聚氨酯不溶于水,使耐磨涂 层不易于固定在涤纶水刺非织造布表面,采用原料之一的二甲基甲酰 胺作为凝固浴中的组分,有利于耐磨涂层与涤纶物质的结构,能够较 好的使耐磨涂层固定在水刺非织造布表面。
优选的,所述二甲基甲酰胺与水的质量比为2:8。
所述凝固浴中凝固的时间为10-20分钟。
涤纶纤维和木浆纤维均为短纤。
所述湿法水刺的条件为双网夹持输入第一水刺头预湿,第二水刺 头正面水刺,第三水刺头反面水刺,第四水刺头正面水刺,第五水刺 头反面水刺,第一至第五射流头压力分别取25Pa、60Pa、65Pa、65 Pa和60Pa。所述水刺加固的条件为水针直径180um,水针排列密度 16个/cm,水针压力70×105Pa;所述干燥温度为140-160℃。
一种三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法,具体制备步骤如 下:
(1)耐磨涂层浸渍浆的制备:称取聚氨酯,在聚氨酯中加入二 甲基甲酰胺、乳化剂和渗透剂,用搅拌器搅拌,搅拌至聚氨酯、乳化 剂和渗透剂均匀分散在二甲基甲酰胺中,静置脱泡,即得到耐磨涂层 浸渍浆;
(2)基布的制备:分别以涤纶纤维和木浆纤维为原料通过湿法 水刺制成涤纶水刺非织造布和木浆水刺非织造布;
(3)涤纶水刺非织造布的耐磨涂层浸渍:将前述涤纶水刺非织 造布浸入耐磨涂层浸渍浆中浸泡,待浸渍液充分渗透涤纶水刺非织造 布后将涤纶水刺非织造布取出,挤轧出多余的浸渍浆,将浸渍好的涤 纶水刺非织造布放入配好的凝固浴中凝固10-20分钟,得到表面有耐 磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布;所述凝固浴中包含二甲基甲酰胺和水, 所述二甲基甲酰胺与水的质量比为1-3:7-9;
挤轧操作时,应注意均匀用力,使得两根玻璃棒呈平行,防止挤轧 不匀;
(4)三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的水刺加固:将一层前述木 浆水刺非织造布置于两层表面有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布之间, 通过水刺加固制成三明治结构的非织造布复合材料,将非织造布复合 材料经过转鼓之间轧干后在140-160℃温度条件下干燥,干燥后得到 三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料;
(5)分切和包装:将三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料经过分切后 进行包装,得到耐磨清洁的擦拭材料成品。
本发明的有益效果主要在于:
(1)本发明三明治结构的非织造布擦拭材料,外层涤纶水刺非 织造布的耐磨涂层有效提高耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能、减少掉毛,同时 中间层木浆水刺非织造布具有良好的吸水性能,增加擦拭布的清洁效 果。因此本发明三明治结构的擦拭材料不仅同时具有优异的耐磨性能 和吸水性能,减少掉毛,清洁效果较好,而且三明治结构有效增强了 擦拭材料的力学性能,断裂强力和断裂伸长率都显著提高,耐用性较 好,可多次循环使用,质量和使用寿命均提高。
(2)本发明耐磨涂层的配方中四种原料结合使用,相互配合, 能够较好的将耐磨涂层固定在两层涤纶水刺非织造布表面,保证擦拭 材料柔软性好的同时,擦拭材料不易产生自发性灰尘。本发明耐磨涂 层有效提高了擦拭材料的耐磨性能和强力,提高了擦拭材料的质量和 可循环使用次数,在满足耐磨性能的同时,透气透水性能提高,解决 了满足耐磨性的要求产品的吸水性差的问题。
(3)本发明制备方法简单,产量大,价格低,能够满足普通消 费市场的需求。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结 合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一种三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,包括两层涤纶水刺非织造布 和设置在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之间的木浆水刺非织造布;所述涤纶 水刺非织造布表面设有耐磨涂层。
所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:
聚氨酯(PU):49份;
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF):49.5份;
山梨醇酐单油酸脂(S-80):0.5份;
OT-20:1份。
上述三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的具体制备步骤如下:
(1)耐磨涂层浸渍浆的制备:称取49份PU,在PU中加入49.5 份DMF、0.5份S-80和1份OT-20,用搅拌器搅拌,搅拌至PU、S-80 和OT-20均匀分散在DMF中,静置脱泡,即得到耐磨涂层浸渍浆。
(2)基布的制备:分别以涤纶短纤维和木浆短纤维为原料通过 湿法水刺制成涤纶水刺非织造布和木浆水刺非织造布;
(3)涤纶水刺非织造布的耐磨涂层浸渍:将前述涤纶水刺非织 造布浸入耐磨涂层浸渍浆中浸泡,待浸渍液充分渗透涤纶水刺非织造 布后将涤纶水刺非织造布取出,挤轧出多余的浸渍浆,将浸渍好的涤 纶水刺非织造布放入配好的凝固浴中凝固15分钟,得到表面有耐磨 涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布;所述凝固浴中包含DMF与水,其中,DMF 占耐磨涂层配方总质量的20%,水占耐磨涂层配方总质量的80%。
挤轧操作时,应注意均匀用力,使得两根玻璃棒呈平行,防止挤 轧不匀。
(4)三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的水刺加固:将一层前述木 浆水刺非织造布置于两层表面有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布之间, 通过水刺加固制成三明治结构的非织造布复合材料,将非织造布复合 材料经过转鼓之间轧干后在150℃温度条件下干燥,干燥后得到三明 治结构非织造布擦拭材料。
(5)分切和包装:将三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料经过分切后 进行包装,得到耐磨清洁的擦拭材料成品。
实施例2
一种三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,包括两层涤纶水刺非织造布 和设置在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之间的木浆水刺非织造布;所述涤纶 水刺非织造布表面设有耐磨涂层。
所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:
聚氨酯(PU):40份;
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF):40.5份;
山梨醇酐单油酸脂(S-80):0.1份;
OT-20:0.5份。
上述三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的具体制备步骤如下:
(1)耐磨涂层浸渍浆的制备:称取40份PU,在PU中加入40.5 份DMF、0.1份S-80和0.5份OT-20,用搅拌器搅拌,搅拌至PU、 S-80和OT-20均匀分散在DMF中,静置脱泡,即得到耐磨涂层浸渍 浆。
(2)基布的制备:分别以涤纶短纤维和木浆短纤维为原料通过 湿法水刺制成涤纶水刺非织造布和木浆水刺非织造布;
(3)涤纶水刺非织造布的耐磨涂层浸渍:将前述涤纶水刺非织 造布浸入耐磨涂层浸渍浆中浸泡,待浸渍液充分渗透涤纶水刺非织造 布后将涤纶水刺非织造布取出,挤轧出多余的浸渍浆,将浸渍好的涤 纶水刺非织造布放入配好的凝固浴中凝固10分钟,得到表面有耐磨 涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布;所述凝固浴中包含DMF与水,其中DMF 占耐磨涂层配方总质量的30%,水占耐磨涂层配方总质量的70%。
挤轧操作时,应注意均匀用力,使得两根玻璃棒呈平行,防止挤 轧不匀。
(4)三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的水刺加固:将一层前述木 浆水刺非织造布置于两层表面有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布之间, 通过水刺加固制成三明治结构的非织造布复合材料,将非织造布复合 材料经过转鼓之间轧干后在140℃温度条件下干燥,干燥后得到三明 治结构非织造布擦拭材料。
(5)分切和包装:将三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料经过分切后 进行包装,得到耐磨清洁的擦拭材料成品。
实施例3
一种三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,包括两层涤纶水刺非织造布 和设置在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之间的木浆水刺非织造布;所述涤纶 水刺非织造布表面设有耐磨涂层。
所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:
聚氨酯(PU):58份;
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF):58.5份;
山梨醇酐单油酸脂(S-80):1份;
OT-20:2.5份。
上述三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的具体制备步骤如下:
(1)耐磨涂层浸渍浆的制备:称取58份PU,在PU中加入58.5 份DMF、1份S-80和2.5份OT-20,用搅拌器搅拌,搅拌至PU、S-80 和OT-20均匀分散在DMF中,静置脱泡,即得到耐磨涂层浸渍浆。
(2)基布的制备:分别以涤纶短纤维和木浆短纤维为原料通过 湿法水刺制成涤纶水刺非织造布和木浆水刺非织造布;
(3)涤纶水刺非织造布的耐磨涂层浸渍:将前述涤纶水刺非织 造布浸入耐磨涂层浸渍浆中浸泡,待浸渍液充分渗透涤纶水刺非织造 布后将涤纶水刺非织造布取出,挤轧出多余的浸渍浆,将浸渍好的涤 纶水刺非织造布放入配好的凝固浴中凝固20分钟,得到表面有耐磨 涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布;所述凝固浴中包含DMF与水,其中DMF 占耐磨涂层配方总质量的10%,水占耐磨涂层配方总质量的90%。
挤轧操作时,应注意均匀用力,使得两根玻璃棒呈平行,防止挤 轧不匀。
(4)三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的水刺加固:将一层前述木 浆水刺非织造布置于两层表面有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布之间, 通过水刺加固制成三明治结构的非织造布复合材料,将非织造布复合 材料经过转鼓之间轧干后在160℃温度条件下干燥,干燥后得到三明 治结构非织造布擦拭材料。
(5)分切和包装:将三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料经过分切后 进行包装,得到耐磨清洁的擦拭材料成品。
对比例1
一种非织造布擦拭材料,包括涤纶水刺非织造布,所述涤纶水刺 非织造布表面设有耐磨涂层,耐磨涂层同实施例1。
上述非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法为:
(1)耐磨涂层浸渍浆的制备:称取49份PU,在PU中加入49.5 份DMF、0.5份S-80和1份OT-20,用搅拌器搅拌,搅拌至PU、S-80 和OT-20均匀分散在DMF中,静置脱泡,即得到耐磨涂层浸渍浆;
(2)基布的制备:以涤纶短纤维为原料通过湿法水刺制成涤纶 水刺非织造布;
(3)涤纶水刺非织造布的耐磨涂层浸渍:将前述涤纶水刺非织 造布浸入耐磨涂层浸渍浆中浸泡,待浸渍液充分渗透涤纶水刺非织造 布后将涤纶水刺非织造布取出,挤轧出多余的浸渍浆,将浸渍好的涤 纶水刺非织造布放入配好的凝固浴中凝固15分钟,得到表面有耐磨 涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布;所述凝固浴中包含DMF与水,其中DMF 占耐磨涂层配方总质量的20%,水占耐磨涂层配方总质量的80%;
挤轧操作时,应注意均匀用力,使得两根玻璃棒呈平行,防止挤 轧不匀;
(4)干燥:将前述表面有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布经过转 鼓之间轧干后在150℃温度条件下干燥,干燥后得到非织造布擦拭材 料;
(5)分切和包装:将得到非织造布擦拭材料经过分切后进行包 装,得到擦拭材料成品。
对比例2
一种复合非织造布擦拭材料,包括一层涤纶水刺非织造布和一层 木浆水刺非织造布,所述涤纶水刺非织造布表面设有耐磨涂层,耐磨 涂层同实施例1。
上述复合非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法与实施例1的区别在于, 步骤(4)为:将一层前述木浆水刺非织造与一层表面有耐磨涂层的 涤纶水刺非织造布通过水刺加固,再经过转鼓之间轧干后在150℃温 度条件下干燥,干燥后得到复合非织造布擦拭材料。其它制备步骤同 实施例1。
对比例3
一种复合非织造布擦拭材料,包括两层涤纶水刺非织造布和设置 在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之间的木浆水刺非织造布;所述涤纶水刺非 织造布表面设有耐磨涂层。
所述耐磨涂层为梭基丁苯胶乳220份,交联剂5份,淀粉4份, 炭黑17份,水100份。
上述复合非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法与实施例1的区别在于, 步骤(1)为:将梭基丁苯胶乳220份,交联剂5份,淀粉4份,炭 黑17份,水100份混合制备成浸渍液;步骤(3)为:将前述涤纶水 刺非织造布浸入步骤(1)制备的浸渍液浸泡,然后取出压轧后的带 有胶水的基布经后整理加热定型,定型温度在140-180℃,定型时间 为10min,最后得到具有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布。其它制备步 骤同实施例1。
测试例1力学性能测试
分别对实施例1-实施例3制备得到的三明治结构非织造布擦拭 材料和对比例1-3制备得到的擦拭材料分别进行力学性能测试,力学 性能测试方法采用国家标准FZ/T60005-91方法,测试结果如表1所 示:

结果显示,本发明中涤纶水刺非织造布表面设有本发明耐磨涂层 的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料相较于只有涤纶水刺非织造布组成 的擦拭材料、一层涤纶水刺非织造布和一层木浆水刺非织造布组成的 复合非织造布擦拭材料和涂有对比例3耐磨涂层的擦拭材料,本发明 断裂强力和断裂伸长率显著提高,力学性能增强。
测试例2耐磨性能测试
分别对实施例1-实施例3制备得到的三明治结构非织造布擦拭 材料和对比例1-3制备得到的擦拭材料分别进行耐磨性能测试,耐磨 性能测试按照国家标准规定的GB/T21196.1-2007方法,采用马丁代 尔法测定材料的耐磨性,同时测定材料的磨损率。
一、实验仪器:马丁代尔耐磨仪;
二、实验对象:若干实施例1-实施例3制备得到的三明治结构非 织造布擦拭材料和对比例1-3制备得到的擦拭材料试样;实验环境温 度25℃,湿度65%。
三、实验方法与步骤:
1)将上述试样裁成直径为38mm左右的圆状小样,预调湿;
2)测定试样进行实验以前的初重量;
3)将试样安装在仪器上,进行耐磨实验,设定转速为1000 转,压重为10KPa;
4)取下试样,再次测定试样的重量。
5)观察及比对耐磨擦实验以后的试样,判断耐磨擦性能。
其中,对比例2试样的正反面不同,测试完正面后称重作为反面 耐磨测试时开始的重量;实施例1-实施例3、对比例1和对比例3中 试样的正反面均相同,所以只选取一面照片放入。
测试结果为:实施例1-实施例3的表面无明显变化,对比例1 表面稍稍有点起毛起球,整体基本无明显变化,对比例2正面涂有耐 磨涂层的一面基本无明显变化,反面木浆水刺非织造布则出现明显破 洞,对比例3的表面有损伤,出现破洞。
测试结果表明本发明耐磨涂层有效提高了擦拭材料的耐磨性能 和强力。
测试例3磨损减重量测试
磨损减重率指试样磨损前重量减去试样磨损后重量,其差值占磨 损前重量的百分比。在相同的磨损条件下,若不考虑磨料及试样磨损 掉的纤维屑,磨损减重率能够直接反映试样的耐磨性能,磨损减重率 越高,耐磨性能越差。
分别对实施例1-实施例3制备得到的三明治结构非织造布擦拭 材料和对比例1-3制备得到的擦拭材料分别进行耐磨性能测试,采用 电子天平测量磨损前和磨损后的重量,磨损后指磨损后指进行完测试 例2中的磨损测试后,再次称量样品磨损测试后得重量,测试结果如 表2所示:

结果显示,本发明中涤纶水刺非织造布表面设有本发明耐磨涂层 的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料相较于只有涤纶水刺非织造布组成 的擦拭材料、一层涤纶水刺非织造布和一层木浆水刺非织造布组成的 复合非织造布擦拭材料和涂有对比例3耐磨涂层的擦拭材料,本发明 磨损减重率最低,耐磨性能最强,耐用性较好,可多次循环使用,质 量和使用寿命均提高。
综上所述,本发明三明治结构的非织造布擦拭材料,外层涤纶水 刺非织造布的耐磨涂层有效提高耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能、减少掉毛, 同时中间层木浆水刺非织造布具有良好的吸水性能,增加擦拭布的清 洁效果。因此本发明三明治结构的擦拭材料不仅同时具有优异的耐磨 性能和吸水性能,减少掉毛,清洁效果较好,而且三明治结构有效增 强了擦拭材料的力学性能,断裂强力和断裂伸长率都显著提高,耐用 性较好,可多次循环使用,质量和使用寿命均提高。

1.一种三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,其特征在于,包括两层涤纶水刺非织造布和设置在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之间的木浆水刺非织造布;所述涤纶水刺非织造布表面设有耐磨涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,其特征在于,所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:
聚氨酯:40-58份;
二甲基甲酰胺:40.5-58.5份;
乳化剂:0.1-1份;
渗透剂:0.5-2.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,其特征在于,所述耐磨涂层包括以下重量份原料:
聚氨酯:48-50份;
二甲基甲酰胺:48.5-50份;
乳化剂:0.4-0.6份;
渗透剂:0.5-1.5份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为山梨醇酐单油酸脂;所述渗透剂为OT-20。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料,其特征在于,所述两层涤纶水刺非织造布和设置在两层涤纶水刺非织造布之间的木浆水刺非织造布通过水刺加固。
6.一种权利要求1所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤为:分别以涤纶纤维和木浆纤维为原料通过湿法水刺制成涤纶水刺非织造布和木浆水刺非织造布;将前述涤纶水刺非织造布浸入预制的耐磨涂层浸渍浆中浸泡,在凝固浴中凝固,得到表面有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布;将一层前述木浆水刺非织造布置于两层表面有耐磨涂层的涤纶水刺非织造布之间,通过水刺加固制成三明治结构的非织造布复合材料,干燥后得到三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的耐磨涂层浸渍浆的制备方法为:在聚氨酯中加入二甲基甲酰胺、乳化剂和渗透剂,搅拌至聚氨酯、乳化剂和渗透剂均匀分散在二甲基甲酰胺中,静置脱泡,即得到耐磨涂层浸渍浆。
8.根据权利要求6所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述凝固浴中包含二甲基甲酰胺和水,所述二甲基甲酰胺与水的质量比为1-3:7-9;优选的,所述二甲基甲酰胺与水的质量比为2:8。
9.根据权利要求6所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述凝固浴中凝固的时间为10-20分钟。
10.根据权利要求6所述的三明治结构非织造布擦拭材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥温度为140-160℃。
