Abstract

As shown in fig. 4, when the clothes drying apparatus 100 needs to be unlocked, the gear assembly 150 controls the lifting rod 130 to move down, and the clothes hanging member 120 loses the support of the clothes drying rod 110 and turns downward.
Preferably, the lifting rod 130 can also perform active lifting action through transmission members such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, a screw rod, and the like, which are not described herein again.
Preferably, the clothes drying bar 110 includes, for example: a rung 111 and a rung support 112 provided at both ends of the rung 111. Referring to fig. 5 to 6, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner 200 including: the clothes drying device 100 according to the first embodiment is provided on the bottom side of the outlet of the air conditioner 200.
Preferably, the air conditioner 200 is provided with an air conditioner case 220. Wherein, the bottom of the air conditioner casing 220 is provided with a clothes-drying installation opening 221, and the clothes-drying device 100 is connected in the clothes-drying installation opening 221.
Specifically, the clothes hanger 120 is hinged to both ends of the clothes mounting opening 221 in the length direction, so that the clothes hanger 120 can be turned inside the clothes mounting opening 221. And the width of the opening plate 121 is matched with the width of the clothes-drying installation opening 221. When the clothes drying device 100 is in the locked state, the opening plates 121 are located at the same horizontal plane as the bottom of the air conditioner case 220, and the crosspieces 111 are located between the two opening plates 121, so that the bottom of the air conditioner 200 is more beautiful.
Referring to fig. 7, the air conditioner 200 further includes, for example: and the air deflector 210 is positioned at the air outlet at the bottom of the air conditioner 200. The air guide plate 210 may be reversed to guide the air from the air outlet to the clothes drying device 100, so as to dry the clothes on the clothes drying device 100.
In the drying process, the air deflector 210 can rotate back and forth, so that the clothes are uniformly heated; the air guide plate 210 may be adjusted to different angles for different sizes of laundry.
[ third embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 8, a third embodiment of the present invention provides a drying control method, for example, including:
s1: the air conditioner starts a drying mode;
in the drying mode, the air conditioner can blow out hot air.
The user can send an instruction to the air conditioner through the intelligent terminal, start the air conditioner and start the drying mode. For example, the smart terminal is a remote control, a smart phone, or the like. Of course, the user can also control the drying mode to start through a human-machine interface or a button on the air conditioner.
S2: the clothes drying device moves downwards, the air deflector rotates reversely, and the air outlet of the air conditioner is over against the clothes drying device for drying;
the air conditioner heats and blows air.
In the drying mode, a user can actively operate the clothes drying device to enable a clothes drying rod and a clothes drying suspension part of the clothes drying device to move downwards and extend out of a clothes drying installation opening; of course, the user can also control the clothes airing rod and the clothes airing suspension part to move downwards through the intelligent terminal.
With reference to fig. 1-2, in a specific embodiment, the drying control method includes: the manual extrusion operation end compresses the elastic part, the two limiting rods draw close to the elastic part, the clamping hook is separated from the limiting rod on the corresponding side, the clothes hanging part turns downwards, and the clothes drying rod moves downwards, so that the clothes drying device moves downwards.
In another specific embodiment, in combination with fig. 3-4, the clothes drying apparatus moves downward, comprising: the driving device drives the gear to rotate, the gear is meshed with the rack to drive the lifting rod to move downwards, so that the clothes airing rod moves downwards, and the clothes airing suspension part turns downwards, so that the clothes airing device moves downwards.
S3: and judging whether the tension of the gravity sensor changes or not, if not, terminating the drying mode, and withdrawing the clothes drying device.
Wherein, the pulling force of the gravity sensor changes, namely the clothes still evaporate moisture continuously, and the air conditioner maintains a drying mode at the moment; when the pulling force of the gravity sensor is unchanged, namely the clothes do not evaporate water any more, the air conditioner stops blowing air at the moment, and the air deflector rotates to return to the original position, so that the clothes drying device ascends.
For example, the gravity sensor is determined every three minutes. Within three minutes, if the tension of the gravity sensor is unchanged, the drying mode is stopped; and within three minutes, maintaining the drying mode when the tension of the gravity sensor changes.
With reference to fig. 1-2, in a particular embodiment, retrieving the clothes drying apparatus comprises: the clothes airing device comprises a clothes airing device and a split plate, wherein the split plate is pushed upwards, the guide piece extrudes a limiting rod towards the direction of an elastic piece, the clamping hook is clamped on the limiting rod, and the split plate pushes and supports the clothes airing rod, so that the clothes airing device ascends.
In another specific embodiment, in combination with fig. 3-4, the retrieving the clothes drying apparatus comprises: the driving device drives the gear to rotate, the gear is meshed with the rack to drive the lifting rod to ascend, the clothes airing rod pushes the clothes airing suspension part to overturn upwards, and the clothes airing suspension part overturns downwards.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (12)
1. The clothes drying device is characterized by comprising a clothes drying rod (110) and clothes drying hanging parts (120) arranged at two ends of the clothes drying rod (110), wherein the clothes drying rod (110) can vertically move, and the clothes drying hanging parts (120) can rotate along with the clothes drying rod (110) to be stored.
2. The clothes drying arrangement of claim 1, wherein the clothes hanger (120) comprises: and the hanging part (122), when the clothes-horse (110) vertically moves, two ends of the clothes-horse (110) can respectively lean against the bottom of the hanging part (122) to drive the clothes-horse to rotate.
3. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 2, further comprising:
latching device (140) comprising:
the clamping hook (141) is arranged at the end part of the hanging part (122) and is positioned on one side, facing the clothes drying rod (110), of the hanging part (122);
a locking assembly located between the two suspension portions (122), comprising: the two limiting rods (143) are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the elastic piece (144) is connected between the two limiting rods (143);
when the lock is in a locked state, the end part of the limiting rod (143) is clamped below the clamping hook (141).
4. The airing device according to claim 3, wherein one end of the limiting rod (143) connected with the elastic member (144) is an operating end (145), and the operating end (145) extends downwards.
5. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: the plurality of lifting rods (130) are connected with the clothes airing rods (110), and gravity sensors (131) are arranged on the lifting rods (130).
6. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
a gear assembly (150) comprising: a rack arranged on the lifting rod (130), and a gear (151) meshed with the rack;
a drive assembly connected to the gear (151).
7. The drying assembly according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the drying bar (110) comprises: a crosspiece (111) and crosspiece supporting pieces (112) arranged at two ends of the crosspiece (111).
8. The clothes drying arrangement of claim 7, wherein said clothes hanger (120) further comprises: a cut-and-open plate (121);
the open-close plate (121) can support the clothes-horse (110) when being closed.
9. The drying assembly of claim 8, wherein the crosspiece support (112) defines a receiving slot on the underside thereof, in which the opening plate (121) is received when closed, at the same level as the crosspiece (111).
10. An air conditioner, comprising:
the airing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, provided on a bottom side of the air conditioner outlet;
and the air deflector (210) can be reversed and can guide the air at the air outlet to the clothes airing device.
11. A drying control method characterized by comprising the air conditioner of claim 10, the drying control method comprising:
the air conditioner starts a drying mode;
the clothes airing device moves downwards, the air guide plate (210) rotates reversely, and the air outlet of the air conditioner is over against the clothes airing device for drying;
and judging whether the tension of the gravity sensor (131) changes or not, if not, terminating the drying mode, and withdrawing the clothes drying device.
12. The drying control method according to claim 11, comprising:
manually extruding the operating end (145) to compress the elastic piece (144) to separate the hook (141) from the limiting rod (143), turning the clothes hanging piece (120) downwards, and moving the clothes rod (110) downwards;
or the driving device drives the gear (151) to rotate, the gear (151) is meshed with the rack to drive the lifting rod (130) to move downwards, so that the clothes drying rod (110) moves downwards, and the clothes drying hanging part (120) turns downwards.
