Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-adhesion overweight load water-resistant open gear grease and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of chemical material combination.
Background
In the industries of mines, metallurgy, steel, thermal power generation, cement and the like, a plurality of heavy-load and overweight load devices such as ball mills, sintering machine cylinder machines, punching mills, forging presses and the like are provided, and the devices all use large open gears as power transmission and speed reduction devices. The open gears have heavy load, large tangential stress, serious sliding friction and serious dust pollution, are partially in open-air operation and contacted with water vapor, have extremely poor working environment and conditions and have extremely high lubricating difficulty.
Currently, there are three cases of grease used for open gears or bearings in these working environments:
(1) lithium-based resins containing molybdenum disulfide or graphite, composite lithium-based resins, and the like are used with difficulty. The lubricating greases have the disadvantages of insufficient comprehensive performance, insufficient bearing capacity and lubricating capacity, small sintering load (PD value) which is only five to six hundred kilograms, and incapability of meeting the lubricating requirement of large-scale overweight load open gears; the water resistance is weak, so that grease is thinned or lost, the lubrication is insufficient, the working performance is reduced or lost, equipment is corroded, and the service life of lubricating grease and equipment is shortened; the gear is poor in adhesion and cannot be adhered to the surface of the gear for a long time, and when the gear is occluded, the gear is extremely easy to extrude or throw out, so that a series of problems of serious equipment damage, short service life of the equipment, low production efficiency and the like are caused; molybdenum disulfide can also cause metal corrosion, resulting in damage to the friction pair interface; molybdenum disulfide and graphite can also cause environmental damage.
(2) Conventional and conventional special domestic open gear grease is used. However, the special grease has small sintering load (PD value) which is only five-six-hundred kilograms generally, has insufficient extreme pressure performance and cannot meet the lubrication of a large overweight load open gear; the gear is poor in adhesion and cannot be adhered to the surface of the gear for a long time, and when the gear is occluded, the gear is extremely easy to extrude or throw out, so that a series of problems of serious equipment damage, short service life of the equipment, low production efficiency and the like are caused; in addition, the current domestic special open gear grease contains molybdenum disulfide or graphite, which can damage the environment.
(3) Imported products of International brands such as MOBIL, SHELL, KLUBER, BRUGAROLAS and the like were used. At present, domestic high-end open gear grease is basically monopolized by foreign brands, the price is high, and the supply is not timely. In addition, the imported high-end open gear grease is added with substances such as asphalt and the like in order to solve the adhesion and cohesion of the grease. Asphalt has high toxicity and serious damage to the environment, and is banned from being used in lubricating grease in China for a long time; technically, the cohesion of asphalt is not strong enough, and effective and durable adhesion can not be carried out on some open gears with overweight loads; in order to increase the sintering load of grease, graphite or molybdenum disulfide and other solid lubricants are added, so that great pressure is brought to environmental protection. The open gear grease of the Shell Maries series (MALLEUS GL) which is the most widely and mostly used in China contains asphalt and graphite.
The application aims to develop the high-adhesion overweight load water-resistant open gear lubricating grease which has super-strong bearing capacity, excellent water resistance, excellent adhesion and high cost performance, the product quality of the high-adhesion overweight load water-resistant open gear lubricating grease is superior to that of similar products of foreign companies such as Mobil and Shell, does not contain asphalt, graphite or molybdenum disulfide, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, is suitable for lubricating open gears working in various working environments, particularly high load, ultrahigh load and water vapor environments, can replace similar imported products, and has important value for the market of domestic high-end open gear grease.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a high-adhesion overweight load water-resistant open gear grease and a preparation method thereof, so as to achieve the aims of better extreme pressure performance, stronger adhesion and more environmental protection.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: the high-adhesion overweight load water-resistant open gear grease is characterized in that the open gear grease comprises, by weight, 100 parts of base oil, 15-35 parts of lubricating grease and 15.77-49.83 parts of functional additives;
the functional additives comprise a water repellent agent, a wire drawing agent, a high-temperature antioxidant, a strong adhesive, a DE film forming agent, a cohesion reinforcing agent, an industrial gear oil composite additive, an oiliness agent, an antirust additive, a copper corrosion inhibitor, a friction improver and a brightener.
Preferably, the base oil comprises 50 parts by weight of 150BS, 30 parts by weight of PAO40 and 20 parts by weight of oil-soluble polyether, wherein the oil-soluble polyether is OSP220 of Dow chemical USA.
