Abstract
An aluminum product rolling oil containing coumarin and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of processing lubrication. The invention mainly solves the technical problems that the traditional aluminum rolling oil contains phosphorus, sulfur and chlorine series extreme pressure agents, is not beneficial to environmental protection, and is easy to cause surface annealing oil spots, corrosion and the like. The invention comprises the following components in percentage by weight: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: fatty alcohol: 8.0% -10.0%; cosolvent: 4.0% -5.5%; coumarin: 0.50% -3.0%; and the balance base oil. The main additive of the product is a natural compound, so that the problem of environmental pollution is effectively solved, the lubricating performance under the conditions of high-speed wide-width large-pressure rolling can be obviously improved, the surface quality is obviously improved, and the abrasion degree of workpieces is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubrication, is used for process lubrication in a metal processing process, and particularly relates to an aluminum product rolling oil containing coumarin and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In order to meet the development requirements of high speed, wide width and large pressure of an aluminum strip rolling technology, the traditional aluminum rolling oil adopts an extreme pressure antiwear agent containing active elements such as phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine and the like to improve the oil film strength. Although the phosphorus, sulfur and chlorine series antiwear extreme pressure agent has good process lubrication performance, annealing oil spots are easy to cause, corrosion is generated, the surface quality of an aluminum plate belt foil is reduced, and meanwhile, a compound containing elements such as phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine and the like easily causes environmental problems and does not meet the requirement of environmental protection. The novel aluminum product rolling oil not only needs to meet the technical requirements of the modern rolling process, but also needs to meet the requirements of sustainable development of ecological environment. Therefore, it is a research focus of great attention to extract natural compounds from plants as lubricant additives.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that phosphorus, sulfur and chlorine series extreme pressure agents in the traditional aluminum rolling oil are not beneficial to environmental protection, and provides an aluminum rolling oil containing coumarin and a preparation method thereof.
An aluminum rolling oil containing coumarin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: fatty alcohol: 8.0% -10.0%; cosolvent: 4.0% -5.5%; coumarin: 0.50% -3.0%; and the balance base oil.
The fatty alcohol is one or a mixture of several of n-hexanol, n-heptanol, n-octanol and n-nonanol in any proportion.
The cosolvent is one or a mixture of two of cinnamyl alcohol and cinnamic acid in any proportion.
The base oil is one or a mixture of several of mineral oil D80, D85, D90 and D95 in any proportion.
The preparation method of the aluminum material rolling oil containing the coumarin comprises the following preparation steps:
mixing fatty alcohol and cosolvent in any order, stirring to uniformity under the heating condition of 40-60 deg.C, adding coumarin, stirring to dissolve completely under the heating condition of 40-60 deg.C, adding base oil, and stirring to uniformity under the condition of 40-60 deg.C.
The invention provides the aluminum product rolling oil with the technical characteristics of excellent lubricating property, environmental protection and the like, the main additive of the aluminum product rolling oil is a natural compound, and any phosphorus, sulfur and chlorine series additive is not used, so that the aluminum product rolling oil can be improved and replaced by the traditional aluminum product rolling oil.
By the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the coumarin-containing aluminum product rolling oil disclosed by the invention does not contain any phosphorus, sulfur and chlorine additives, and the used additives, namely coumarin, cinnamyl alcohol and cinnamic acid, are natural compounds, so that the problem that the traditional aluminum product rolling oil is not beneficial to environmental protection can be solved.
2. The coumarin in the coumarin-containing aluminum product rolling oil disclosed by the invention has excellent extreme pressure anti-wear effect and corrosion inhibition effect, the types of additives in the aluminum product rolling oil are obviously reduced, and the annealing detergency of the surface of a product is improved.
3. The aluminum product rolling oil containing coumarin is widely applied to the rolling process of aluminum plates and strips, can greatly reduce rolling pressure and energy consumption, and remarkably inhibit adhesive wear in the rolling process, so that the contents of iron powder, aluminum powder and the like in the rolling oil are reduced, the recycling frequency is improved, and the economic cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the field rolling shows that the aluminum product rolling oil containing coumarin can obviously improve the surface smoothness of products and reduce the minimum rollable thickness.
