Abstract

本发明公开了一种高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂及其制备方法,该高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂由全氟烃基聚醚、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙、转化剂、氢氧化钙、复合剂、抗氧剂、抗水剂、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂制备而成。本发明具有良好的高温抗氧化寿命、极压抗磨性能、优秀的抗水淋性能和耐腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
复合磺酸钙润滑脂具有很好的耐温性、极压抗磨性、剪切安定性等综合性能,在多尘、多水、高负荷等各种恶劣工况环境中都有着广泛的应用。
目前,现有的复合磺酸钙润滑脂普遍存在抗水淋较差的缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂,由全氟烃基聚醚、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙、转化剂、氢氧化钙、复合剂、抗氧剂、抗水剂、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂制备而成。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
全氟烃基聚醚20~30份、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯11~24份、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙20~45份、高碱值水杨酸钙8~17份、转化剂3~5份、氢氧化钙1~2份、复合剂3~9份、抗氧剂0.7~1.5份、抗水剂2~6份、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂3~7份。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
全氟烃基聚醚20份、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯24份、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙20份、高碱值水杨酸钙8份、转化剂3份、氢氧化钙1份、复合剂3份、抗氧剂0.7份、抗水剂2份、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂3份。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
全氟烃基聚醚30份、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯11份、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙45份、高碱值水杨酸钙17份、转化剂5份、氢氧化钙2份、复合剂9份、抗氧剂1.5份、抗水剂6份、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂7份。
优选地,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
全氟烃基聚醚25份、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯17.5份、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙32.5份、高碱值水杨酸钙12.5份、转化剂4份、氢氧化钙1.5份、复合剂6份、抗氧剂1.1份、抗水剂4份、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂5份。
优选地,所述转化剂是具有活性基团的低分子醇、低分子酸中的一种或两种以上的混合物,所述抗水剂由氯化亚铜、碳酸锆铵和超疏水二氧化硅按质量比3-4:2-3:1混合所得。
优选地,所述复合剂为硼酸和十二羟基硬脂酸,两者质量比1:3;所述抗氧剂为壬基二苯胺或二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
本发明还提供了上述一种高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将全氟烃基聚醚、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯混合作为基础油;
将超高碱值纳米磺酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙、40~50%的基础油和转化剂的混合物投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至75~90℃,恒温60~90min,完成碳酸钙晶型转化;
升温至90~100℃加入氢氧化钙和复合剂进行复合,皂化恒温反应80~120min;
皂化结束后升温至180~200℃,降至80~110℃,加入抗氧剂搅拌后进行均质处理;降至60~80℃,加入抗水剂,搅拌后进行均质处理;加入余量基础油和含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂,搅拌升温至130℃~150℃,并在此温度下保持20min,即得。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
具有良好的高温抗氧化寿命、极压抗磨性能、优秀的抗水淋性能和耐腐蚀性能。

实施例1
一种高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、按重量份称取:全氟烃基聚醚20份、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯24份、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙20份、高碱值水杨酸钙8份、转化剂3份、氢氧化钙1份、复合剂3份、抗氧剂0.7份、抗水剂2份、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂3份;
S2、将全氟烃基聚醚、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯混合作为基础油;
S3、将超高碱值纳米磺酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙、40~50%的基础油和转化剂的混合物投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至75~90℃,恒温60~90min,完成碳酸钙晶型转化;
S4、升温至90~100℃加入氢氧化钙和复合剂进行复合,皂化恒温反应80~120min;
S5、皂化结束后升温至180~200℃,降至80~110℃,加入抗氧剂搅拌后进行均质处理;降至60~80℃,加入抗水剂,搅拌后进行均质处理;加入余量基础油和含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂,搅拌升温至130℃~150℃,并在此温度下保持20min,即得。各项典型理化指标测定结果见表1。

实施例2
一种高抗水淋复合磺酸钙润滑脂,通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、按重量份称取:全氟烃基聚醚30份、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯11份、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙45份、高碱值水杨酸钙17份、转化剂5份、氢氧化钙2份、复合剂9份、抗氧剂1.5份、抗水剂6份、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂7份;
S2、将全氟烃基聚醚、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯混合作为基础油;
S3、将超高碱值纳米磺酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙、40~50%的基础油和转化剂的混合物投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至75~90℃,恒温60~90min,完成碳酸钙晶型转化;
S4、升温至90~100℃加入氢氧化钙和复合剂进行复合,皂化恒温反应80~120min;

S2、将全氟烃基聚醚、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯混合作为基础油;
S3、将超高碱值纳米磺酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙、40~50%的基础油和转化剂的混合物投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至75~90℃,恒温60~90min,完成碳酸钙晶型转化;
S4、升温至90~100℃加入氢氧化钙和复合剂进行复合,皂化恒温反应80~120min;
S5、皂化结束后升温至180~200℃,降至80~110℃,加入抗氧剂搅拌后进行均质处理;降至60~80℃,加入抗水剂,搅拌后进行均质处理;加入余量基础油和含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂,搅拌升温至130℃~150℃,并在此温度下保持20min,即得。各项典型理化指标测定结果见表1。

全氟烃基聚醚20~30份、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯11~24份、超高碱值纳米磺酸钙20~45份、高碱值水杨酸钙8~17份、转化剂3~5份、氢氧化钙1~2份、复合剂3~9份、抗氧剂0.7~1.5份、抗水剂2~6份、含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂3~7份。

将全氟烃基聚醚、蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯混合作为基础油;
将超高碱值纳米磺酸钙、高碱值水杨酸钙、40~50%的基础油和转化剂的混合物投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至75~90℃,恒温60~90min,完成碳酸钙晶型转化;
升温至90~100℃加入氢氧化钙和复合剂进行复合,皂化恒温反应80~120min;
皂化结束后升温至180~200℃,降至80~110℃,加入抗氧剂搅拌后进行均质处理;降至60~80℃,加入抗水剂,搅拌后进行均质处理;加入余量基础油和含有全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂,搅拌升温至130℃~150℃,并在此温度下保持20min,即得。
