The intelligent pipe arranging device can be matched with equipment such as a drilling machine, a workover rig and the like to take out and recover drilling tools or oil pipes. For example, the extraction process is as follows: the control box is clicked to take out a drill rod button, a moving trolley of the transporting and navigating crane receives an instruction to move, the first proximity switch sensor identifies a station identification hole, after a target station is reached, the moving trolley is powered off and stops, the telescopic end of the lifting oil cylinder stretches out and draws back, the scissor type telescopic arm is driven to descend, the floating electromagnetic lifting appliance is driven to descend, after the second proximity switch sensor identifies a drill rod, the electromagnetic lifting appliance is automatically magnetized to absorb the drill rod, then the telescopic end of the lifting oil cylinder retracts, the scissor type telescopic arm is driven to rise, the transporting and navigating crane returns to a waiting position, and a drilling tool is prepared for delivering.
Wherein, the control box not only can realize a key automatic control, but also can be equipped with the remote controller and carry out the snatching and the playback of manual execution drilling rod, ensures that the work action is accurate reliable.

1. An intelligent pipe arranging device is characterized by comprising:
the drill rod box comprises a drill rod box (1), wherein a drill rod is placed in the drill rod box (1), two opposite side surfaces of the drill rod box (1) are respectively provided with a guide rail (2), and the top end of each guide rail (2) is provided with a plurality of station identification holes (201) at intervals along the length direction of the guide rail;
the conveying and navigating crane (3) is arranged across the drill rod box (1), moving trolleys (31) on two end sides of the conveying and navigating crane (3) are respectively arranged on the two guide rails (2) and move along the length direction of the guide rails (2), and a first proximity switch sensor (4) which is correspondingly matched with the station identification hole (201) and used for detecting the in-place position of the conveying and navigating crane (3) is installed on a fixing plate (311) of each moving trolley (31);
the sliding mechanism (5), the sliding mechanism (5) is connected to the beam (32) of the transporting and moving crane (3) in a sliding manner;
the lifting type drill rod grabbing mechanism (6) is arranged on the sliding mechanism (5), and a second proximity switch sensor (7) used for detecting the in-place position of the lifting type drill rod grabbing mechanism (6) is arranged on the lifting type drill rod grabbing mechanism (6); and
the control box (8), the control box (8) with remove dolly (31), first proximity switch sensor (4), slide mechanism (5), over-and-under type drilling rod snatchs mechanism (6) and second proximity switch sensor (7) all electricity and connect.

An intelligent pipe racking device according to claim 1, wherein said drill rod magazine (1) comprises: splice a plurality of drilling rod box bodies (11) of placing side by side, every drilling rod box body (11) inside interval can be dismantled and be connected with a plurality of station shelves (12), the interval is provided with a plurality of grooves (121) of putting on station shelves (12), the drilling rod is placed in putting groove (121), every respectively fixedly connected with U type guide rail accepts pterygoid lamina (13) on the relative both sides face of drilling rod box body (11), guide rail (2) inlay card is in on the pterygoid lamina (13) is accepted to U type guide rail.

a scissor telescopic arm (613), wherein one upper branch end of the scissor telescopic arm (613) is hinged with the fixed hinged seat (611), the other upper branch end of the scissor telescopic arm is connected with the fixed guide rail seat (612) in a sliding manner, one lower branch end of the scissor telescopic arm (613) is hinged with one side of the top end of the floating electromagnetic lifting appliance (62), and the other lower branch end of the scissor telescopic arm is connected with the other side of the top end of the floating electromagnetic lifting appliance (62) in a sliding manner;
