A monitoring control method of a dried orange peel storage device with data acquisition and state monitoring functions comprises the following steps:
a control step for monitoring the video in the outer storage box 1 by the acquisition monitoring processor;

the difference between the shooting direction of the rotating camera 6 and the gravity angle direction detected by the gyroscope 14 is kept unchanged; the difference between the light projection direction of the rotary light supplement lamp 10 and the gravity angle direction detected by the gyroscope 14 is kept unchanged; the acquisition monitoring processor acquires the rotation angle of the gyroscope 14 in real time, and when the rotation angle is greater than zero, the acquisition monitoring processor controls the rotation angles of the shooting rotating motor and the light supplementing rotating motor;

after the acquisition monitoring processor detects that the electronic lock is opened, the acquisition monitoring processor acquires the temperature and the humidity of the storage outer box 1 according to the unlocking state temperature and humidity detection period, and displays the temperature and the humidity in real time through a display screen and stores the temperature and the humidity in a storage; and if the temperature exceeds a temperature threshold or the humidity exceeds a humidity threshold, alarming.
