本发明涉及一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前的密目式安全立网的网体采用缝纫机进行加工成双层网边,这种加工方法不但加工效率比较低,网体的每一边都需要缝纫机来进行缝制,在缝制的过程中会产生线缝,长期使用受会风化损坏,造成密目式安全立网的使用寿命变短,另外,由于网体本身的弹性较小,目前的网体直接与支撑物连接,因此不能完全承受重物落下时带来的冲击力,不但降低了安全密目网使用的安全性,而且降低了安全密目网的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网及其制作方法,它不但制作方便,而且制作的密目式安全立网安全性能高,使用寿命长。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网,它主要包括方格网布,在方格网布的边缘部分向内折叠后形成双层网边,双层网边包括上层网边布和下层网边布,上层网边布和下层网边布之间放置有连接衬边,连接衬边也折叠成双层衬边,双层衬边包括上层衬边和下层衬边,方格网布的边缘部分与连接衬边之间通过上层网边布的内表面与上层衬边的上表面连接、下层网边布的内表面与下层衬边的下表面连接以及上层衬边的下表面和下层衬边的上表面连接后组成密目式安全立网的网布双层边,在上层衬边和下层衬边之间还设置有缓冲绳安装孔,在缓冲绳安装孔内穿有缓冲边绳。

本发明公开一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网制作方法,它包括以下步骤:步骤一,准备方格网布,然后在方格网布的表面涂覆有PVC糊树脂保护层;步骤二,然后将带有PVC糊树脂涂层的灯箱布作为连接衬边放置在经过步骤一处理后的方格网布的边缘上;步骤三,然后将步骤二中方格网布的边缘和连接衬边一起向内折叠后,方格网布折叠成双层网边,连接衬边折叠成双层衬边,在双层衬边的上层衬边和下层衬边之间的缓冲绳安装孔内穿入有缓冲边绳,最后将折叠后方格网布的边缘和连接衬边经过250-350℃高温加热烫边后,使得上层网边布的内表面与上层衬边的上表面通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接、下层网边布的内表面与下层衬边的下表面通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接,上层衬边的下表面和下层衬边的上表面连通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接,方格网布的边缘部分与连接衬边之间通过上层网边布的内表面与上层衬边的上表面连接、下层网边布的内表面与下层衬边的下表面连接以及上层衬边的下表面和下层衬边的上表面连接后组成密目式安全立网的网布双层边。本发明步骤三中的加温温度为300℃。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明制得的方格网布的边缘部分向内折叠后形成双层网边,连接衬边也折叠成双层衬边,双层衬边包括上层衬边和下层衬边,方格网布的边缘部分与连接衬边之间通过上层网边布的内表面与上层衬边的上表面连接、下层网边布的内表面与下层衬边的下表面连接以及上层衬边的下表面和下层衬边的上表面连接后组成密目式安全立网的网布双层边,这样可以有效地提高本发明在使用时强度,避免出现由于方格网布的损害,而且在在双层衬边的上层衬边和下层衬边之间的缓冲绳安装孔内穿入有缓冲边绳,缓冲边绳的弹性绳设置为尼龙绳以及编织绳套是采用涤纶的初生丝通过高速纺丝编织而成,尼龙绳以及编织绳套都具有很强的的弹性性能和抗压性能,他们的组合有效地提高本发明密目式安全立网的使用时的弹性,这样可以提高本发明密目式安全立网的缓冲性能,从而可以在不增加网体重量的条件下可以提高本发明的抗冲击性能,保证了本发明使用的安全性能,而且可以在节省三分之一网体原材料条件下起到缓冲效果,有效地节约成本,弹性绳在编织绳套内自由抽拉,这样可以进一步提高缓冲绳体的回弹性能。本发明带有双层边的密目式安全立网由于采用了涤纶丝网布、丙纶丝网布、锦纶丝网布、聚乙烯拉丝网布、芳纶丝网布、迪尼玛网布或者玻璃纤维网布上增加PVC糊树脂保护层,这样可以在提高方格网布阻燃性能和抗老化性能,保护方格网布不受紫外线的辐射,而且提高了耐风化性能,强度高,可以反复使用,提高了使用寿命,而且可以回收再利用,节约了成本。另外本发明在制作过程中采用高温烫边的方式形成网布双层边,加工比较简单,直接在生产设备高温加热烫边就能完成,无需采用缝纫机,节约了劳动成本,提高了生产效率,同时采用高温烫边的方式进行加工不会出现线缝,从而不会出现风化现象,提高了本发明的使用强度,增长了使用寿命。

在图1、图2和图3中,本发明提供了一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网,它主要包括方格网布1,方格网布1为涤纶丝网布、丙纶丝网布、锦纶丝网布、聚乙烯拉丝网布、芳纶丝网布、迪尼玛网布或者玻璃纤维网布,本实施例方格网布1为涤纶丝网布,在方格网布1表面涂覆有保护层9,保护层9设置为PVC糊树脂保护层,在方格网布1的边缘部分向内折叠后形成双层网边,双层网边包括上层网边布2和下层网边布3,上层网边布2和下层网边布3之间放置有连接衬边13,连接衬边13设置为带有PVC糊树脂涂层的灯箱布,连接衬边13也折叠成双层衬边,双层衬边包括上层衬边4和下层衬边5,方格网布的边缘部分与连接衬边13之间通过上层网边布2的内表面与上层衬边4的上表面连接、下层网边布3的内表面与下层衬边5的下表面连接以及上层衬边4的下表面和下层衬边5的上表面连接后组成密目式安全立网的网布双层边6,在上层衬边和下层衬边之间还设置有缓冲绳安装孔7,缓冲绳安装孔7贯穿整个网布双层边6的外侧边缘,在缓冲绳安装孔7内穿有缓冲边绳8,所述的缓冲边绳8由内向外依次包括弹性绳10和编织绳套11,弹性绳10位于缓冲边绳8的中心位置,在弹性绳10的外部编织有编织绳套11,编织绳套11编织在弹性绳10的外部,编织绳套11将弹性绳10紧密包裹后形成缓冲边绳8,弹性绳10与编织绳套11之间为单独设置,弹性绳10在编织绳套11内自由抽拉,缓冲边绳8安装在到双边的密目式安全立网的边缘设有的缓冲绳安装孔7内,弹性绳10设置为尼龙绳,编织绳套11是采用涤纶的初生丝通过高速纺丝编织而成,网布双层边6上均匀分布有安装网扣12。
本发明的表面涂覆PVC糊树脂涂层,连接衬边13也为带有PVC糊树脂涂层的灯箱布,这样使得本发明具有耐风化,抗老化的作用,而且提高了强度,达到15公斤以上,提高阻燃性能保护方格网布1免受紫外线的辐射,而且可以进行回收后反复使用,本发明的将弹性绳10直接穿在安全密目网周边边缘的缓冲绳安装孔内,当有重量落在安装网上时,由于缓冲绳体的缓冲作用产生回弹力,从而可以有效地减轻重物对安全密目网产生的冲击力,这样避免了重物损坏安全密目网,保证了使用时的安全性。
本发明一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网制作方法,它包括以下步骤:步骤一,准备方格网布1,然后在方格网布1的表面涂覆有PVC糊树脂保护层;步骤二,然后将带有PVC糊树脂涂层的灯箱布作为连接衬边13放置在经过步骤一处理后的方格网布的边缘上;
步骤三,然后将步骤二中方格网布1的边缘和连接衬边13一起向内折叠后,方格网布1折叠成双层网边,连接衬边13折叠成双层衬边,在双层衬边的上层衬边4和下层衬边5之间的缓冲绳安装孔7内穿入有缓冲边绳8,最后将折叠后方格网布1的边缘和连接衬边13经过250-350℃高温加热烫边后,本实施例的加温温度为300℃,使得上层网边布2的内表面与上层衬边4的上表面通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接、下层网边布3的内表面与下层衬边5的下表面通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接,上层衬边4的下表面和下层衬边5的上表面连通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接,方格网布1的边缘部分与连接衬边13之间通过上层网边布2的内表面与上层衬边4的上表面连接、下层网边布3的内表面与下层衬边5的下表面连接以及上层衬边4的下表面和下层衬边5的上表面连接后组成密目式安全立网的网布双层边6。
Claims (10)
1.一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是它主要包括方格网布(1),在方格网布(1)的边缘部分向内折叠后形成双层网边,双层网边包括上层网边布(2)和下层网边布(3),上层网边布(2)和下层网边布(3)之间放置有连接衬边(13),连接衬边(13)也折叠成双层衬边,双层衬边包括上层衬边(4)和下层衬边(5),方格网布的边缘部分与连接衬边(13)之间通过上层网边布(2)的内表面与上层衬边(4)的上表面连接、下层网边布(3)的内表面与下层衬边(5)的下表面连接以及上层衬边(4)的下表面和下层衬边(5)的上表面连接后组成密目式安全立网的网布双层边(6),在上层衬边和下层衬边之间还设置有缓冲绳安装孔(7),在缓冲绳安装孔(7)内穿有缓冲边绳(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的方格网布(1)表面涂覆有保护层(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的保护层(9)设置为PVC糊树脂保护层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的方格网布(1)为涤纶丝网布、丙纶丝网布、锦纶丝网布、聚乙烯拉丝网布、芳纶丝网布、迪尼玛网布或者玻璃纤维网布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的连接衬边(13)设置为带有PVC糊树脂涂层的灯箱布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的缓冲绳安装孔(7)贯穿整个网布双层边(6)的外侧边缘。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的缓冲边绳(8)由内向外依次包括弹性绳(10)和编织绳套(11),弹性绳(10)位于缓冲边绳(8)的中心位置,在弹性绳(10)的外部编织有编织绳套(11),编织绳套(11)编织在弹性绳(10)的外部,编织绳套(11)将弹性绳(10)紧密包裹后形成缓冲边绳(8),弹性绳(10)与编织绳套(11)之间为单独设置,弹性绳(10)在编织绳套(11)内自由抽拉,缓冲边绳(8)安装在到双边的密目式安全立网的边缘设有的缓冲绳安装孔(7)内,弹性绳(10)设置为尼龙绳,编织绳套(11)是采用涤纶的初生丝通过高速纺丝编织而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网,其特征是所述的网布双层边(6)上均匀分布有安装网扣(12)。
9.一种带有双层边的密目式安全立网制作方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备方格网布(1),然后在方格网布(1)的表面涂覆有PVC糊树脂保护层;
步骤二,然后将带有PVC糊树脂涂层的灯箱布作为连接衬边(13)放置在经过步骤一处理后的方格网布的边缘上;
步骤三,然后将步骤二中方格网布(1)的边缘和连接衬边(13)一起向内折叠后,方格网布(1)折叠成双层网边,连接衬边(13)折叠成双层衬边,在双层衬边的上层衬边(4)和下层衬边(5)之间的缓冲绳安装孔(7)内穿入有缓冲边绳(8),最后将折叠后方格网布(1)的边缘和连接衬边(13)经过250-350℃高温加热烫边后,使得上层网边布(2)的内表面与上层衬边(4)的上表面通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接、下层网边布(3)的内表面与下层衬边(5)的下表面通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接,上层衬边(4)的下表面和下层衬边(5)的上表面连通过PVC糊树脂加热后形成连接,方格网布(1)的边缘部分与连接衬边(13)之间通过上层网边布(2)的内表面与上层衬边(4)的上表面连接、下层网边布(3)的内表面与下层衬边(5)的下表面连接以及上层衬边(4)的下表面和下层衬边(5)的上表面连接后组成密目式安全立网的网布双层边(6)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的带有双层边的密目式安全立网制作方法,其特征是步骤三中的加温温度为300℃。
