Abstract

本发明公开了一种防凝露片,所述的防凝露片包括非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布,该非硫化橡胶片至少含有70质量%~90质量%的吸水聚合物和5质量%~25质量%的非硫化橡胶,该碳纤维布压接于所述非硫化橡胶片的两面;防凝露片包括非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布,该非硫化橡胶片至少含有85质量%的吸水聚合物和10质量%的非硫化橡胶;并且在所述的非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布之间设有无纺布;所述的无纺布为人造丝制无纺布;所述吸水聚合物为由含有作为极性基团的9.0meq/g的盐型羧基以及2.0meq/g的磺酸基和/或盐型磺酸基的交联聚合物构成;最优选的防凝露片在5小时的吸湿率为25%,在24小时的吸湿率为56%,在168小时的吸湿率为73%,放湿率为80%。

一种防凝露片
技术领域
本发明属于湿度调节技术领域,特别涉及一种防凝露片。
背景技术
在雨天时、或早晩气温变化时等,室内或者汽车、电车等的窗玻璃上会形成凝露,作为针对这 种玻璃起凝露的对策,通常的方法是每次将其擦去、或者用空调装置等空调(除湿)设备进行除湿。 但是,这些设备的运转需要能量(电),因此运转成本升高,而且装备化也需要成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防凝露片,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防凝露片,所述的防凝露片包括非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布,该非硫化橡胶片至少 含有70质量%~90质量%的吸水聚合物和5质量%~25质量%的非硫化橡胶,该碳纤维布压接于所述非硫化橡胶片的两面。
所述的防凝露片还包括无纺布,所述的无纺布设于所述的非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布之 间。
所述的无纺布为人造丝制无纺布或聚酯制无纺布。
所述吸水聚合物为由含有作为极性基团的1.0~10.0meq/g的盐型羧基以及0.1~2.0meq/g的磺酸基和/或盐型磺酸基的交联聚合物构成。
所述的含有作为极性基团的盐型羧基、磺酸基和盐型磺酸基羧基的盐类型均为钾盐。
所述非硫化橡胶含有吸水聚合物超过80重量%。
所述非硫化橡胶为丙烯酸类橡胶。
所述非硫化橡胶片的厚度为3.0~3.5mm。
所述无纺布的单位面积重量为15g/m2~100g/m2
本发明相对于现有技术的有益技术效果是,
防凝露片包括非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布,该非硫化橡胶片至少含有85质量%的吸水 聚合物和10质量%的非硫化橡胶;并且在所述的非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布之间设有无纺 布;所述的无纺布为人造丝制无纺布;所述吸水聚合物为由含有作为极性基团的9.0meq/g 的盐型羧基以及2.0meq/g的磺酸基和/或盐型磺酸基的交联聚合物构成;所述的含有作为 极性基团的盐型羧基、磺酸基和盐型磺酸基羧基的盐类型均为钾盐;所述非硫化橡胶为丙 烯酸类橡胶;所述非硫化橡胶片的厚度为3.5mm;无纺布的单位面积重量为100g/m2,碳纤 维布的单位面积重量为300g/m2,上述结构的防凝露片在5小时的吸湿率为25%,在24小 时的吸湿率为56%,在168小时的吸湿率为73%,放湿率为80%。

所述的含有作为极性基团的盐型羧基、磺酸基和盐型磺酸基羧基的盐类型均为钾盐。
所述非硫化橡胶为丙烯酸类橡胶。
所述非硫化橡胶片的厚度为3.5mm。

通过实验数据可以看出:本发明的最优选是:防凝露片包括非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布, 该非硫化橡胶片至少含有85质量%的吸水聚合物和10质量%的非硫化橡胶;并且在所述 的非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布之间设有无纺布;所述的无纺布为人造丝制无纺布;所述吸水 聚合物为由含有作为极性基团的9.0meq/g的盐型羧基以及2.0meq/g的磺酸基和/或盐型 磺酸基的交联聚合物构成;所述的含有作为极性基团的盐型羧基、磺酸基和盐型磺酸基羧 基的盐类型均为钾盐;所述非硫化橡胶为丙烯酸类橡胶;所述非硫化橡胶片的厚度为3.5mm;无纺布的单位面积重量为100g/m2,碳纤维布的单位面积重量为300g/m2。上述结 构的防凝露片在5小时的吸湿率为25%,在24小时的吸湿率为56%,在168小时的吸湿率 为73%,放湿率为80%。

1.一种防凝露片,其特征在于,所述的防凝露片包括非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布,该非硫化橡胶片至少含有70质量%~90质量%的吸水聚合物和5质量%~25质量%的非硫化橡胶,该碳纤维布压接于所述非硫化橡胶片的两面。
2.如权利要求1所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述的防凝露片还包括无纺布,所述的无纺布设于所述的非硫化橡胶片和碳纤维布之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述的无纺布为人造丝制无纺布或聚酯制无纺布。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述吸水聚合物为由含有作为极性基团的1.0~10.0meq/g的盐型羧基以及0.1~2.0meq/g的磺酸基和/或盐型磺酸基的交联聚合物构成。
5.如权利要求4所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述的含有作为极性基团的盐型羧基、磺酸基和盐型磺酸基羧基的盐类型均为钾盐。
6.如权利要求5所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述非硫化橡胶含有吸水聚合物超过80重量%。
7.如权利要求6所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述非硫化橡胶为丙烯酸类橡胶。
8.如权利要求7所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述非硫化橡胶片的厚度为3.0~3.5mm。
9.如权利要求8所述的防凝露片,其特征在于,所述无纺布的单位面积重量为15g/m2~100g/m2
