Abstract

本发明创造提供了一种无膜无纬布及其制备方法,所述无膜无纬布包括层叠的单向纤维层、无纺织物层,所述无纺织物层和单向纤维层中均浸有树脂基体。本发明创造所述的采用胶液转移法将无纺织物上胶液转移至单向纤维层上,可以有效控制无纬布纤维展纱的均匀性,单向纤维层间接浸胶避免了完全浸胶时产生的纤维束展开后回缩现象。

一种无膜无纬布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明创造属于无纬布制备领域,尤其是涉及一种无膜无纬布及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中无纬布的制备是采用纤维层直接浸渍胶液,该方法是纤维层经展纱后直接进入胶槽,然后经完全浸渍后由挤压滚挤压出多余浆液,再与胶膜复合,经烘干固化后形成无纬布制品。
纤维层直接浸胶工艺存在如下缺陷:由于液体的表面张力会造成纤维束展纱后产生一定的回缩或纤维束的整体黏连,如纤维张力控制不当,就会影响纤维束的整体展开效果,布面均匀性难以控制;此外,采用胶膜支撑定型,一是增大了无纬布制品的树脂含量,二是在后续复合材料制品中只能起层间粘结的作用,对复合材料的力学性能提升无显著影响。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在克服现有技术中的缺陷,提出一种无膜无纬布。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种无膜无纬布,包括层叠的单向纤维层、无纺织物层,所述无纺织物层和单向纤维层中均浸有树脂基体。
优选的,所述无纺织物层的骨架纤维的长度为5mm-200mm,纤维直径小于30μm。
优选的,所述无纺织物层的面密度为5-50g/m2
优选的,所述单向纤维层的材质为增强纤维,所述增强纤维为高强高模聚乙烯纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维中的任意一种或几种混杂。
优选的,所述无纺织物层的骨架纤维为聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚氨酯纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、碳化硅纤维、碳化硼纤维、氧化铝纤维中的任意一种或几种的混杂。
优选的,所述树脂基体为水性树脂,更优选的,所述树脂基体为聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚酯中任意一种或几种组合。
本发明还提供一种上述无膜无纬布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将增强纤维由挂纱架退绕,经集束板集束,分丝板定位分纱,展纱辊展纱后形成薄层单向纤维层;
2)将无纺布经胶槽浸胶后,与单向纤维层复合浸轧,经挤压辊挤压,无纺布中胶液转移浸入单向纤维层中,多余胶液经挤压回流至胶槽中;
3)单向纤维层与无纺布层复合后,经烘干定型制备得到无膜无纬布制品。
本发明还提供一种复合材料,所述复合材料由若干层上述无膜无纬布铺层后经模压工艺制备而成。
本发明还提供一种防弹制品,所述防弹制品采用上述复合材料制备而得,所述防弹制品具有较高的防弹性能。
在本发明中的无纺织物层为单向纤维层的支撑层、保护层、粘接层和增强层,其位于单向纤维层上层、下层或两层纤维层的中间层;在无纬布使用时除去,起到保护单向纤维层的作用;在无纬布制备复合材料制品时也起到层间粘接的作用;还可提高层合复合材料的层间性能。
相对于现有技术,本发明创造具有以下优势:
(1)本发明采用胶液转移法将无纺织物上胶液转移至单向纤维层上,可以有效控制无纬布纤维展纱的均匀性,单向纤维层间接浸胶避免了完全浸胶时产生的纤维束展开后回缩现象;
(2)本发明采用无纺织物作为带液及支撑层,由于无纺织物具有高且均匀的孔隙率,充分浸胶后带液均匀,经与无纬布纤维层复合挤压,胶液可均匀浸渗至纤维层中,可以保证无纬布的含胶量控制;
(3)本发明采用无纺织物作为无纬布的支撑层,不但可以对无纬布起到定型保护的作用,还可以在复合制品起到力学增强和引入功能特性的作用;无纺织物由短纤维组成,其在带液转移后与无纬布纤维层复合,在胶液浸入纤维层的同时,短纤维会部分插入无纬布纤维层,在多层无纬布复合成型时,相较于普通胶膜,无纺织物中的短纤维与上下无纬布形成三维连接,除在二维平面内起粘结作用,在三维厚度方向还可以起到层间强度增强的作用。

除有定义外,以下实施例中所用的技术术语具有与本发明创造所属领域技术人员普遍理解的相同含义。以下实施例中所用的试验试剂,如无特殊说明,均为常规生化试剂;所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明创造。
实施例1
1)将超高分子量聚乙烯纤维由挂纱架退绕,经集束板集束,分丝板定位分纱,展纱辊展纱后形成薄层单向纤维层;
2)将面密度为20g/m2的碳纤维无纺布经胶槽浸环氧树脂胶后,与超高分子量聚乙烯单向纤维层复合浸轧,经挤压辊挤压,无纺布中胶液转移浸入单向纤维层中,多余胶液经挤压回流至胶槽中;
3)超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层与碳纤维无纺布层复合后,经烘干定型制备得到面密度为75g/m2、总含胶量为10%的超高分子量聚乙烯单向无纬布制品;
4)将步骤3)制得超高分子量聚乙烯单向无纬布裁剪,取70层0/90度正交铺层后,经模压成型工艺制得复合材料板材,经检测其重量为0.84kg。
实施例2
1)将超高分子量聚乙烯纤维由挂纱架退绕,经集束板集束,分丝板定位分纱,展纱辊展纱后形成薄层单向纤维层;
2)将面密度为20g/m2的芳纶纤维无纺布经胶槽浸聚氨酯胶后,与超高分子量聚乙烯单向纤维层复合浸轧,经挤压辊挤压,无纺布中胶液转移浸入单向纤维层中,多余胶液经挤压回流至胶槽中;
3)超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层与芳纶纤维无纺布层复合后,经烘干定型制备得到面密度为75g/m2、总含胶量为10%的超高分子量聚乙烯单向无纬布制品;
4)将步骤3)制得超高分子量聚乙烯单向无纬布裁剪,取70层超高分子量聚乙烯无纬布0/90度正交铺层后,经模压成型工艺制得复合材料板材,经检测其重量为0.84kg。
实施例3
1)将超高分子量聚乙烯纤维由挂纱架退绕,经集束板集束,分丝板定位分纱,展纱辊展纱后形成薄层单向纤维层;
2)将面密度为20g/m2的聚乙烯纤维无纺布经胶槽浸聚乙烯胶后,与超高分子量聚乙烯单向纤维层复合浸轧,经挤压辊挤压,无纺布中胶液转移浸入单向纤维层中,多余胶液经挤压回流至胶槽中;
3)超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层与聚乙烯纤维无纺布层复合后,经烘干定型制备得到面密度为75g/m2、总含胶量为10%的超高分子量聚乙烯单向无纬布制品;
4)将步骤3)制得超高分子量聚乙烯单向无纬布裁剪,取70层0/90度正交铺层后,经模压成型工艺制得复合材料板材,经检测其重量为0.84kg。
对比例1
1)将超高分子量聚乙烯纤维由挂纱架退绕,经集束板集束,分丝板定位分纱,展纱辊展纱后形成薄层单向纤维层;
2)步骤1)单向纤维层经胶槽浸胶后,经挤压辊挤压,纤维层中多余胶液经挤压回流至胶槽中;
3)浸胶后超高分子量聚乙烯纤维层含胶量为10%,然后与面密度10g/m2的聚乙烯胶膜复合,经烘干定型制备得到面密度为75g/m2的超高分子量聚乙烯单向无纬布制品;
4)将步骤3)制得超高分子量聚乙烯无纬布裁剪,取70层0/90度正交铺层后,经模压成型工艺制得复合材料板材,经检测其重量为0.84kg。
将实施例1-3和对比例1制得的复合材料板材进行防弹试验,参考GA/T 950-2019的测试方法进行V50抗弹测试,测试结果见表1。

在相同测试条件下,测试实施例1-3和对比例1提供的复合材料板材防51式7.62mm手枪铅芯弹的V50值,由表1的测试结果可知,实施例1-3的V50值显著高于对比例1;由此说明,采用本发明制备的无纬布材料具有很好的防弹效果。
以上所述仅为本发明创造的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明创造,凡在本发明创造的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明创造的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种无膜无纬布,其特征在于:包括层叠的单向纤维层、无纺织物层,所述无纺织物层和单向纤维层中均浸有树脂基体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无膜无纬布,其特征在于:所述无纺织物层的骨架纤维的长度为5mm-200mm,纤维直径小于30μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无膜无纬布,其特征在于:所述无纺织物层的面密度为5-50g/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的无膜无纬布,其特征在于:所述单向纤维层的材质为增强纤维,所述增强纤维为高强高模聚乙烯纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维中的任意一种或几种混杂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无膜无纬布,其特征在于:所述无纺织物层的骨架纤维为聚乙烯纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚氨酯纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维、碳化硅纤维、碳化硼纤维、氧化铝纤维中的任意一种或几种的混杂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无膜无纬布,其特征在于:所述树脂基体为水性树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无膜无纬布,其特征在于:所述树脂体系为聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚酯中任意一种或几种组合。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一所述的无膜无纬布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将增强纤维由挂纱架退绕,经集束板集束,分丝板定位分纱,展纱辊展纱后形成薄层单向纤维层;
2)将无纺布经胶槽浸胶后,与单向纤维层复合浸轧,经挤压辊挤压,无纺布中胶液转移浸入单向纤维层中,多余胶液经挤压回流至胶槽中;
3)单向纤维层与无纺布层复合后,经烘干定型制备得到无膜无纬布制品。
9.一种复合材料,其特征在于:所述复合材料由若干层权利要求1-7任一所述的无膜无纬布铺层后经模压工艺制备而成。
10.一种防弹制品,其特征在于:所述防弹制品采用权利要求9所述的复合材料制备而得,所述防弹制品具有较高的防弹性能。
