In the field of remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil, when a chemical passivation remediation technology is adopted, various occurrence forms of heavy metals in the soil are changed by adding a passivating agent into the heavy metal contaminated soil, and the main purpose is to convert the heavy metals from exchangeable states and carbonate binding states with high biological effectiveness to organic binding states and residue states with low biological effectiveness, so that the reduction of the biological effectiveness is one of effective ways for treating the heavy metal contaminated soil. The passivators adopted at present mainly comprise various phosphorus-containing substances, clay minerals, biochar, oxides, organic matters and the like, and have certain difference on the repairing effects of different pollutants, soil types and pollution degrees.
Because the passivating material is mostly in powder form, the passivating agent powder is inconvenient to be directly applied to the heavy metal polluted farmland, a device capable of preparing the passivating agent powder into particles is provided, and granulation equipment is provided for researching the influence of applying passivating agents with different particle sizes on the repairing effect of the heavy metal polluted soil.
The current granulation methods mainly comprise: agglomeration granulation, extrusion granulation, melt granulation, spray granulation, and the like, wherein agglomeration granulation and extrusion granulation are the most widely used. The agglomeration granulation is to agglomerate the wet powder in motion under the action of rotation, vibration, stirring and the like; or a method of growing the dry powder particles into appropriate particles by supplying a spray liquid (binder) to the dry powder particles in a fluidized bed to obtain cohesive force. Extrusion granulation is a method of making dry powder or wet powder containing a binder into a cylindrical, spherical or sheet shape by mechanical processing such as extrusion, roller extrusion or pressing.
Because the particle sizes of the particles produced by the traditional agglomeration type granulator are different, the subsequent screening is needed to obtain the particles with the specified particle size; the granule particle size of traditional extrusion formula granulator production is single, wants to obtain the granule of different particle sizes, then need change subassembly such as mould, but the mould is ann to tear the process open complicated, wastes time and energy, is difficult to satisfy the production demand.
