On the basis of embodiment 4, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the present invention further includes a hot water assembly 11, the hot water assembly 11 includes a first water storage tank 111, a piston plate 112, a second pull rod 113, a second connecting pipe 114, a third connecting pipe 115, a first valve 116, a second valve 117, a third belt pulley 118, a third belt 119, a heater 120 and a second water storage tank 121, the top of the fixing frame 21 is connected with the first water storage tank 111, the piston plate 112 is slidably connected in the first water storage tank 111, the second pull rod 113 is connected to the left side of the piston plate 112, the second pull rod 113 is slidably connected with the first water storage tank 111, the heater 120 is connected to the upper portion of the fixing frame 21, the second water storage tank 121 is connected in the heater 120, the second connecting pipe 114 is connected between the second water storage tank 121 and the first water storage tank 111, the third connecting pipe 115 is connected between the first water storage tank 111 and the hose 63, the second valve 117 is rotatably connected to the third connecting pipe 115, the second connecting pipe 114 is rotatably connected with a first valve 116, the first valve 116 and the second valve 117 are both connected with third belt pulleys 118, and a third belt 119 is sleeved between the two third belt pulleys 118.
Initially, the second valve 117 is closed, the first valve 116 is open, when the water in the water bag 5 is cold, the second valve 117 may be rotated to open, the first valve 116 may be rotated to close by the third pulley 118 and the third flat belt 119, then the second pull rod 113 may be pulled leftward to move the piston plate 112 leftward, the piston plate 112 may be moved leftward to draw the water in the water bag 5 into the first water storage tank 111, then the second valve 117 may be rotated reversely to close, the first valve 116 may be rotated reversely to open, then the second pull rod 113 may be pushed rightward to move the piston plate 112 rightward, the piston plate 112 may be moved rightward to push the water in the first water storage tank 111 into the second water storage tank 121 through the second connection pipe 114, then the heater 120 may be activated, and the water in the second water storage tank 121 may be heated by the heater 120. When the heating of the water in the second storage tank 121 is completed, the heater 120 is turned off, and then the above operation is repeated, so that the heated water can be refilled into the water bag 5. The water cooled in the water bag 5 can be heated by the hot water unit 11, so that the temperature of the water can be maintained, and the finger after frostbite can be better treated.

1. A hand frostbite treatment device for burn department is characterized by comprising:
the water-filling device comprises a mounting seat (1), wherein one side of the end part of the mounting seat (1) is connected with a fixing frame (21), the lower parts of the two sides of the fixing frame (21) are respectively connected with a guide rod (2), the guide rods (2) are connected with first sliding sleeves (3) in a sliding mode, connecting frames (4) are connected between the first sliding sleeves (3), water bags (5) are connected onto the connecting frames (4), and water passing assemblies (6) are arranged on the water bags (5);
the water passage assembly (6) comprises:
the water bag (5) is connected with the connector (61), the connector (61) is connected with a first connecting pipe (62), and the first connecting pipe (62) is connected with a hose (63);
the massage assembly (7) comprises:
the other side of the end part of the mounting seat (1) is connected with two guide frames (71), the upper parts of two sides of the fixed frame (21) are also connected with the guide frames (71), a sliding frame (72) is connected between the lower side guide frames (71) in a sliding manner, two first guide rails (73) are connected on the sliding frame (72), and the first guide rails (73) are connected with the upper side guide frames (71) in a sliding manner;
the sliding frame comprises a second sliding sleeve (74), two second sliding sleeves (74) are connected to the first guide rail (73) in a sliding mode, two elastic pieces (75) are connected between the second sliding sleeve (74) on the upper side and the first guide rail (73), and two elastic pieces (75) are connected between the second sliding sleeve (74) on the lower side and the sliding frame (72);
a plurality of massage wheels (76) are rotatably connected between the corresponding second sliding sleeves (74);
the moving assembly (8) comprises:
one side of the mounting seat (1) is connected with a second guide rail (81), the second guide rail (81) is connected with a sliding block (82) in an inward sliding manner, and one side of the sliding block (82) is connected with a driving rack (83);
the other side of the end part of the mounting seat (1) is rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft (84), the upper part of the first rotating shaft (84) is connected with a first transmission gear (85), and the first transmission gear (85) is matched with the driving rack (83);
the end part of the mounting seat (1) far away from one side of the first rotating shaft (84) is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft (86), and the upper part of the second rotating shaft (86) is connected with a sector gear (87);
the lower parts of the first belt pulley (88), the second rotating shaft (86) and the first rotating shaft (84) are connected with the first belt pulley (88), and a first flat belt (89) is sleeved between the first belt pulleys (88);

the hot water assembly (11) comprises:
the water storage device comprises a first water storage tank (111), wherein the end part of a fixing frame (21) is connected with the first water storage tank (111), a piston plate (112) is connected in the first water storage tank (111) in a sliding manner, a second pull rod (113) is connected on the piston plate (112), and the second pull rod (113) is connected with the first water storage tank (111) in a sliding manner;
the heating machine (120) is connected to the upper portion of the fixing frame (21), the second water storage tank (121) is connected to the heating machine (120), and a second connecting pipe (114) is connected between the second water storage tank (121) and the first water storage tank (111);
a third connecting pipe (115) is connected between the first water storage tank (111) and the hose (63), and a second valve (117) is rotatably connected on the third connecting pipe (115);
the first valve (116) is rotationally connected to the second connecting pipe (114), the first valve (116) is connected to the second connecting pipe (114), the first valve (116) and the second valve (117) are both connected to a third belt pulley (118), and a third flat belt (119) is sleeved between the third belt pulleys (118).
