一种散热装置(100)、充电设备(200)、电子设备(300)、充电系统及其方法,其中,散热装置(100)包括:散热组件(101),用于对充电中的电子设备(300)进行散热;第一通信控制模块(102),用于将所述散热组件(101)在散热过程中的状态参数,反馈给所述电子设备(300)和/或为所述电子设备(300)充电的充电设备(200),所述状态参数用于确定所述充电设备(200)为所述电子设备(300)充电的充电电流和/或充电电压,从而能进行更高功率的充电,最大限度地提高充电速率,提高充电效率,缩短充电时间。
