Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
It will be understood that, as used herein, the terms "first," "second," and the like may be used herein to describe various elements, but these elements are not limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one element from another. For example, a first target CA combination list may be referred to as a second target CA combination list, and similarly, a second target CA combination list may be referred to as a first target CA combination list, without departing from the scope of the present application. Both the first and second target CA combination lists are target CA combination lists, but they are not the same target CA combination list.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic application environment diagram of a reporting method of capability information in an embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the application environment includes a mobile terminal 110 and a base station 120. The mobile terminal 110 reports the capability information by using the capability reporting method of this embodiment, so as to attach to the network cell where the base station 120 is located. The base station 120 knows which radio frequency bands are supported by the mobile terminal 110 according to the capability information reported by the mobile terminal 110. It should be noted that reporting the capability information by the mobile terminal 110 is one of links of the mobile terminal 110 attaching to the base station 120. Generally, the base station 120 receives an INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP REQUEST message, and if the information does not include the capability information of the mobile terminal 110, the base station 120 sends a ue capability inquiry message to the mobile terminal 110 to inquire the capability information of the mobile terminal 110; the mobile terminal 110 sends a UECapabilityInformation (mobile terminal capability) message to the base station 120, reporting capability information of the mobile terminal 110; the base station 120 sends a UE CAPABILITY information INDICATION message to the MME (mobile node Management function) to update the CAPABILITY information of the mobile terminal 110 of the MME. The mobile terminal 110 of the present embodiment is a device having a communication function, and includes, but is not limited to, any mobile terminal device having a communication function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a POS (Point of Sales mobile terminal), a vehicle-mounted computer, and a wearable device.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a reporting method of capability information according to an embodiment. The reporting method of capability information in this embodiment is described by taking the mobile terminal 110 in fig. 1 as an example. As shown in fig. 2, a method for reporting capability information includes steps 210 to 230.
Step 210, reporting an initial CA combination list to a base station, where the initial CA combination list is obtained through at least one piece of radio frequency band information issued by the base station, and the initial CA combination list includes one or more initial CA combinations.
The initial CA (Carrier Aggregation) combination list refers to a set of one or more initial CA combinations, and the initial CA combination list is used to represent frequency band information supported by the mobile terminal. The radio band (band) information refers to frequency band information supported by the base station, such as band1, band3, band7, etc., and is not limited herein. It should be noted that the initial CA combinations in the initial CA combination list are permutation combinations between the radio frequency band information issued by the base station, for example, the initial CA combination list includes 1CA to 3CA. For example, when the radio frequency band information transmitted by the base station includes band1, band3, and band7, the initial CA combination list includes initial CA combinations such as band1, band3, band7, band1+ band3, band1+ band7, band3+ band7, and band1+ band3+ band 7. Wherein, band1, band3 and band7 can be regarded as 1CA, band1+ band3, band1+ band7 and band3+ band7 can be regarded as 2CA, band1+ band3+ band7 can be regarded as 3CA, and so on.
Step 220, when it is detected that the base station fails to process the initial CA combination list, screening a target CA combination list from the initial CA combination list according to the aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of the initial CA combination, where the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is smaller than the number of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list.
The aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of the initial CA combination refers to the number of the wireless frequency band information in the initial CA combination. For example, when the initial CA combination is band1+ band3+ band7, the aggregation number of radio bands of the initial CA combination is 3; for another example, when the initial CA combination is band1+ band7 or band3+ band7, the polymerization amount of the initial CA combination is 2. The target CA combination list refers to a list obtained by screening a part of the initial CA combination list. It is understood that the CA combinations in the target CA combination list are a part of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list, and the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is smaller than that in the initial CA combination list. The number of CA combinations refers to the number of CA combinations in the CA combination list. Illustratively, the initial CA combination list includes initial CA combinations such as band1, band3, band7, band1+ band3, band1+ band7, band3+ band7, and band1+ band3+ band7, and the target CA combination list obtained after the screening may include band1, band3, band7, band1+ band3, band1+ band7, and band3+ band7, the number of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list is 7, and the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is 6.
In this step, specifically, the CA combination list is reported to the base station in the form of a UECapabilityInformation message, however, some base stations have limited capacity for processing the size of the CA combination in the UECapabilityInformation, and when the size exceeds a certain length, there is an abnormality on the signaling side, once the mobile terminal enters the area of such a base station, an LTE (Long Term Evolution) attachment failure may be caused, and frequent attachment failure may cause the mobile terminal to fall back to 3G/2G, and more seriously, the mobile terminal may not be successfully attached, so that communication functions such as a phone call, data, and/or a short message of the mobile terminal may not be used, and normal use of the mobile terminal may be affected. In the step, the CA combination in the initial CA combination list is reduced and then is used as a target CA combination list to be reported to the base station, so that the size of the CA combination in the UECapabilityinformation is correspondingly reduced.
And step 230, reporting the target CA combination list to the base station.
In this step, the target CA combination list is reported to the base station, and since the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is smaller than the number of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list, the base station can normally process even if the processing capability of the base station is limited, thereby improving the success rate of attachment. The scheme of the embodiment can also reduce the complaints of users and reduce the abnormal impact of the base station.
In this embodiment, an initial CA combination list is reported to a base station, where the initial CA combination list is obtained through at least one piece of radio frequency band information issued by the base station, and the initial CA combination list includes one or more initial CA combinations; when the base station is detected to fail to process the initial CA combination list, screening a target CA combination list from the initial CA combination list according to the aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of the initial CA combination, wherein the CA combination number in the target CA combination list is smaller than that in the initial CA combination list; the target CA combination list is reported to the base station, and the target CA combination list is uploaded when the base station fails to process the initial CA combination list, and the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is less than that of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list, so that the problem of mobile terminal attachment failure caused by overlarge reported CA combination list and limited processing capability of the base station is avoided, and the improvement of the attachment success rate of the mobile terminal is realized.
In an embodiment, optionally, determining whether the base station fails to process the initial CA combination list may include the following steps:
processing determines that the base station failed to process the initial CA combination list when it is detected that the base station did not continue the Attach/TAU procedure, or,
and when an RRC Release message sent by the base station is received, determining that the base station fails to process the initial CA combination list.
In this embodiment, in one case, if the base station successfully processes the INITIAL CA combination list, the base station may send a SecurityModeCommand message (the message mainly includes negotiated security algorithm information, including an encryption algorithm and an integrity protection algorithm) to the mobile terminal for security activation according to the security information supported by the mobile terminal in the INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP REQUEST message, and if the mobile terminal does not receive the SecurityModeCommand message, it indicates that the base station fails to process the INITIAL CA combination list. In another case, if the base station fails to process the initial CA combination list, and RRC (Radio Resource Control) setup fails, the base station may issue an RRC Release message (RRC Release message), and when the mobile terminal receives the RRC Release message, the base station fails to process the initial CA combination list.
It is understood that the above-mentioned manners how to determine whether the processing of the initial CA combination list by the base station fails are only examples, as long as it can determine the manner in which the processing of the initial CA combination list by the base station fails, and the embodiment is not particularly limited.
In an embodiment, before reporting the initial CA combination list to the base station in step 210, the method further includes:
receiving a capability query request issued by a base station, wherein the capability query request carries at least one wireless frequency band information;
and determining an initial CA combination list supporting the wireless frequency band information by the mobile terminal according to the capability query request.
In this embodiment, the capability query request is used to instruct the mobile terminal to report the capability information. The initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list is related to the radio frequency band information issued by the base station and the radio frequency band information supported by the mobile terminal, and may be understood as an intersection of a permutation combination between the radio frequency band information issued by the base station and the radio frequency band information supported by the mobile terminal. For example, the radio frequency band information sent by the base station includes band1 and band3, and assuming that the mobile terminal supports band1, band3, band7, band1+ band3, band1+ band7, band3+ band7, and band1+ band3+ band7, the initial CA combination list includes band1, band3, and band1+ band3.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a reporting method of capability information in another embodiment. In this embodiment, step 220 in fig. 2 is further detailed. As shown in fig. 3, another method for reporting capability information includes steps 310 to 330.
Step 310, reporting an initial CA combination list to a base station, where the initial CA combination list is obtained through at least one piece of radio frequency band information issued by the base station, and the initial CA combination list includes one or more initial CA combinations.
This step may refer to the description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Step 320, removing at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list according to the aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of the initial CA combination to obtain the target CA combination list.
In this step, at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list is removed according to the aggregation number, so that the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is smaller than the number of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list.
It should be noted that, at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list is removed according to the aggregation number of the wireless frequency band of the initial CA combination, the initial CA combination with the largest aggregation number may be removed, the initial CA combination with the smallest aggregation number may be removed, or one initial CA combination with each aggregation number is removed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 330, reporting the target CA combination list to the base station.
This step may refer to the description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list is removed, so that the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is smaller than that in the initial CA combination list, so that the base station is easier to successfully process the target CA combination list, thereby improving the success rate of attaching the mobile terminal to the base station.
Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a refinement of step 320 of FIG. 3 according to an embodiment. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, step 320, removing at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list according to the aggregation number of the radio frequency bands of the initial CA combination, to obtain the target CA combination list, includes steps 321 to 323.
Step 321, obtaining the aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of each initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list.
In this step, the aggregation number of the wireless frequency band of each initial CA combination is obtained, so that a part of the initial CA combinations are removed according to the aggregation number.
Step 322, configuring a priority for each initial CA combination according to the aggregation number, wherein the aggregation number is positively correlated to the priority of the initial CA combination.
The priority is a convention, the priority is made first, and the priority is made later. The priority is a parameter for determining the priority level of each job program to receive system resources when the computer time-sharing operating system processes a plurality of job programs. In this embodiment, the priority refers to the priority of culling, i.e., culling first with a high priority and culling later with a low priority. In this embodiment, the aggregation number is positively correlated with the priority of the initial CA combination. The larger the aggregation number, the higher the priority of the initial CA combination.
Step 323, eliminating at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list from high to low according to the priority of the initial CA combination.
In this step, at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list is culled from high to low according to the priority of the initial CA combination. Note that, some or all of the initial CA combinations with the highest priority may be eliminated, and this embodiment is not particularly limited.
For example, if the initial CA combination list includes a plurality of initial CA combinations such as 1CA-5CA, and the like, then 5CA is removed, and the target CA combination includes a plurality of CA combinations such as 1CA-4CA, and since 5CA is not commonly used and the number of occupied 5CA is the largest, the reported target CA combination list can improve the success rate of attachment on the premise of reducing the influence on the use of the mobile terminal.
For another example, if the initial CA combination list includes a plurality of initial CA combinations such as 1CA-4CA, and 4CA is eliminated, the target CA combination includes a plurality of CA combinations such as 1CA-3 CA.
Specifically, the initial CA combinations with the highest priority may be removed first and then reported, if the base station cannot process the combination, the initial CA combinations with the highest priority may be removed and then reported, and the initial CA combinations may be removed in sequence according to the priority until the base station can process the combination normally.
The present embodiment reduces the size of the capability information of the mobile terminal by eliminating at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list from high to low according to the priority of the initial CA combination, and the reason for this is several: 1. the CA combination with the largest aggregation number is not commonly used, and the influence on the use of the mobile terminal caused by the reduction of the CA combination with the largest aggregation number is minimum; 2. the CA combination with the largest aggregation number occupies the largest data volume, and the benefit brought by rejecting the CA combination with the largest aggregation number is the largest. Therefore, in the embodiment, by eliminating at least one initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list from high to low according to the priority of the initial CA combination, the attachment success rate can be improved on the premise of reducing the influence on the use of the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a reporting method of capability information in another embodiment. In this embodiment, step 220 in fig. 2 is refined in another way. As shown in fig. 5, another method for reporting capability information includes steps 510 to 530.
Step 510, reporting an initial CA combination list to a base station, where the initial CA combination list is obtained through at least one piece of radio frequency band information issued by the base station, and the initial CA combination list includes one or more initial CA combinations.
This step may refer to the description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Step 520, dividing at least two target CA combination lists from the initial CA combination list according to the aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of the initial CA combination, where the target CA combination lists are used as capability information of the mobile terminal and are respectively reported to the base station.
In this step, the initial CA combination list is divided into at least two target CA combination lists, and the number of CA combinations in each target CA combination list is smaller than the number of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list. Optionally, there is no overlap of CA combinations between the target CA combination lists. In this embodiment, after at least two target CA combination lists are divided, the target CA combination lists are reported to the base station respectively. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the order of reporting the target CA combination list is not specifically limited.
Step 530, reporting the target CA combination list to the base station.
This step may refer to the description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, the initial CA combination list is divided into at least two target CA combination lists, the number of CA combinations in each target CA combination list is smaller than the number of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list, and the target CA combination lists are reported respectively, so that the reported CA combinations to the base station are all CA combinations supported by the mobile terminal.
Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a refinement of step 520 of FIG. 5 according to an embodiment. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, step 520, dividing at least two target CA combination lists from the initial CA combination list according to the aggregation number of radio bands of the initial CA combination, includes steps 521 to 523.
Step 521, obtaining the aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of each initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list.
In this step, the aggregation number of radio bands for each initial CA combination is obtained.
And step 522, combining the initial CA combination with the maximum aggregation number into a first target CA combination list.
The first target CA combination list is a list composed of initial CA combinations with the largest aggregation number in the initial CA combination list.
Step 523, combine other initial CA combinations in the initial CA combination list into a second target CA combination list, where the other initial CA combinations are initial CA combinations in the initial CA combination list except for the first target CA combination list.
The second target CA combination list refers to an initial CA combination in the initial CA combination list except for the first target CA combination list.
For example, assuming that the initial CA combination list includes a plurality of initial CA combinations such as 1CA-5CA, the initial CA combinations such as 5CA are used as a first target CA combination list, and the initial CA combinations such as 1CA-4CA are used as a second target CA combination list, so that the first target CA combination list and the second target CA combination list are respectively reported to the base station, that is, the initial CA combinations such as 5CA and the initial CA combinations such as 1CA-4CA are respectively reported to the base station, so that the base station can be ensured to normally process, and the CA combinations received by the base station are 1CA-5CA, which not only improves the success rate of attachment, but also does not affect the communication capability of the mobile terminal.
Generally, the data amount occupied by the initial CA combination with the largest aggregation number is large, and in this embodiment, the initial CA combination with the largest aggregation number is combined into the first target CA combination list, and the other initial CA combinations in the initial CA combination list are combined into the second target CA combination list, which only needs to be divided into two target CA combination lists and reported twice, so that the attaching time is reduced.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a reporting method of capability information in another embodiment. In this embodiment, the steps after reporting the target CA combination list in fig. 2 are further refined. As shown in fig. 7, another method for reporting capability information includes steps 710 to 750.
Step 710, reporting an initial CA combination list to a base station, where the initial CA combination list is obtained through at least one piece of radio frequency band information issued by the base station, and the initial CA combination list includes one or more initial CA combinations.
This step may refer to the description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Step 720, when it is detected that the base station fails to process the initial CA combination list, screening a target CA combination list from the initial CA combination list according to the aggregation number of the wireless frequency bands of the initial CA combination, where the number of CA combinations in the target CA combination list is smaller than the number of CA combinations in the initial CA combination list.
This step may refer to the description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Step 730, reporting the target CA combination list to the base station.
This step may refer to the description of any of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Step 740, when it is determined that the base station fails to process the target CA combination list, acquiring a basic CA combination list.
The basic CA combination list is a parameter preset according to a country region to ensure that the mobile terminal can be normally attached to the base station, so as to ensure a basic communication function of the mobile terminal. In this embodiment, specifically, although the target CA combination list is screened from the initial CA combination list for reporting, it cannot be guaranteed that the mobile terminal can be attached to the cell where the base station is located.
