The method, the device and the storage medium for determining the terminal capability are provided, the condition that whether the terminal hardware supports the VoLTE function is analyzed from ticket flows of position updating, attaching and the like based on the signaling information of a terminal user, and the real-time determination of whether the terminal hardware supports the VoLTE function is realized mainly according to IMS registration field information and the like in a signaling flow of a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) interface and a control plane S1 interface (S1-Mobility Management Entity, S1-MME).
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, in the application scenario, a plurality of terminals 110 communicate through a network provided by a base station 120, and a server 130 obtains a TAC corresponding to the terminal 110 through the base station 120 to determine whether hardware of the terminal 110 supports a VoLTE function. The specific implementation process of the server 130 determining whether the hardware of the terminal 110 supports the VoLTE function may refer to the schemes of the following embodiments.
It should be noted that fig. 1 is only a schematic diagram of an application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the devices included in fig. 1, nor does it limit a positional relationship between the devices in fig. 1. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for determining terminal capabilities according to an embodiment of the present application. The method of the embodiment of the application can be applied to electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can be a server or a server cluster, for example, an operation server. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the embodiment of the present application includes:
s201, obtaining the TAC of the target terminal.
In this embodiment of the present application, the TAC of the target terminal may be input by a user to the electronic device that executes the embodiment of the present method, or sent by another device to the electronic device that executes the embodiment of the present method.
Illustratively, the TAC of the target terminal is the first 8 digits of an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of the terminal.
S202, determining whether the hardware of the target terminal supports the VoLTE function or not according to the TAC and a TAC library, wherein the TAC library comprises TAC information of the terminal of which the hardware does not support the VoLTE function, and the TAC library is obtained according to the terminal which does not perform IMS registration.
The TAC library is obtained according to a terminal which is not registered in the IMS, and it can be understood that the TAC library includes TAC information of a terminal whose hardware does not support the VoLTE function. After the TAC of the target terminal is obtained, matching the TAC in a TAC library based on the TAC of the target terminal, and determining whether the hardware of the target terminal supports the VoLTE function. Specifically, the TAC of the target terminal is matched with terminal TAC information in a TAC library, and if the TAC of the target terminal is matched in the TAC library, it indicates that the hardware of the target terminal does not support the VoLTE function; and if the TAC of the target terminal is not matched in the TAC library, indicating that the hardware of the target terminal supports the VoLTE function.
In practical application, after determining whether the hardware of the target terminal supports the VoLTE function according to the TAC and the TAC library, the number of terminals and the distribution of terminals, of which the hardware does not support the VoLTE function, can be further determined, which is helpful for improving the permeability of the VoLTE function, for example: and guiding the user to replace the terminal with a terminal of which the hardware does not support the VoLTE function.
According to the method for determining the terminal capability provided by the embodiment of the application, whether the hardware of the target terminal supports the VoLTE function or not is determined by acquiring the TAC of the target terminal according to the TAC and the TAC library, the TAC library comprises the TAC information of the terminal of which the hardware does not support the VoLTE function, and the TAC library is obtained according to the terminal which is not subjected to IMS registration. The TAC library of the embodiment of the application is obtained according to the terminal which is not registered by the IMS, so that whether the hardware of the target terminal supports the VoLTE function or not can be determined more accurately based on the TAC library, the number of terminals and the distribution of the terminals, which do not support the VoLTE function, of the hardware are determined, and the TAC library has great significance for further improving the penetration rate of the VoLTE function and promoting the network exit of the 2G/3G base station.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining terminal capabilities according to another embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the above embodiments, the embodiments of the present application further illustrate how to obtain TAC libraries. As shown in fig. 3, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include:
s301, acquiring relevant information whether a plurality of terminals perform IMS registration or not based on preset time granularity.
In the embodiment of the present application, illustratively, the preset time granularity is days, that is, statistics is performed on information on whether a plurality of terminals perform IMS registration in a day. For example, on the day of 3/1/2021, whether or not a plurality of terminals perform IMS registration is counted, and the counted related information, for example, related information on whether or not terminal a performs IMS registration, related information on whether or not terminal B performs IMS registration, and the like is recorded.
In one possible embodiment, the acquiring information about whether a plurality of terminals perform IMS registration includes: acquiring PDN connection request messages sent by a plurality of terminals; if the PDN connection request message contains an IMS record, determining that the corresponding terminal carries out IMS registration; or, if the PDN connection request message does not include an IMS record, determining that the corresponding terminal does not perform IMS registration.
Specifically, after acquiring PDN connection request messages sent by multiple terminals, the electronic device determines that the terminal performs IMS registration, illustratively, according to the PDN connection request message corresponding to each terminal, if an S1-MME interface signaling message, for example, an access point name _ request (apn _ req) includes an IMS record; and if the S1-MME interface signaling message, such as apn _ req, does not contain the IMS record, determining that the terminal does not carry out IMS registration.
In another possible implementation manner, the obtaining of the relevant information whether the plurality of terminals perform IMS registration includes: acquiring ticket information corresponding to a plurality of terminals; if the ticket information contains registration information, determining that the corresponding terminal carries out IMS registration; or if the ticket information does not contain the registration information, determining that the corresponding terminal does not perform IMS registration.
Specifically, after obtaining ticket information corresponding to a plurality of terminals, exemplarily, based on an SIP interface ticket corresponding to each terminal, if registration (Register), calling (calling), and Re-registration (Re-Register) registration information occurs in process Type (Procedure Type) information in the SIP interface ticket, for example, it is determined that the terminal performs IMS registration; if Register, calling and Re-Register registration information does not appear in the Procedure Type information in the SIP interface ticket, for example, the terminal is determined not to carry out IMS registration.
S302, aiming at each terminal, according to the relevant information whether the terminal carries out IMS registration or not, a first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function is obtained.
After the information on whether the plurality of terminals perform IMS registration is obtained based on the preset time granularity, terminals that do not perform IMS registration within a preset time period (for example, within one month before the current time) may be obtained. Optionally, the terminal which does not perform IMS registration is added to the terminal accumulation pool for unified storage, so as to facilitate management. According to the terminal accumulation pool, a first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function can be obtained.
Optionally, obtaining a first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function according to the relevant information whether the terminal performs IMS registration or not, includes: based on the preset time granularity, the number of accumulated IMS registrations of the terminal and the number of accumulated on-network are determined, and the first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function is determined. Exemplarily, the first probability = number of non-IMS registrations/cumulative at network number 100%. Illustratively, a user terminal with a subscriber number of 156XXX logs on from 19 days in month 2, logs on and performs IMS registration in 20 days in month 2, logs on and does not log on in 21 days in month 2, logs on and performs IMS registration in 22 days in month 2, logs on and performs IMS registration in 23 days in month 2, and accumulates to 24 days in month 2 today, then the number of accumulated IMS registrations in the terminal is 2, and the number of accumulated networks is 4, then it is determined that the first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function is 50%, that is: 2/4 by 100% =50%. If the IMS registration is not performed all the time during the user terminal logs in, the first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function is determined to be 100%.
Optionally, the obtaining a first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function according to the related information whether the IMS registration is performed or not corresponding to the terminal may further include: if the terminal in the terminal accumulation pool meets a first preset condition, for example, the terminal has logged on the network in the last month, and the first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function is greater than 95%, continuing to perform accumulation calculation according to a preset time granularity (for example, day granularity); and if the terminal in the terminal accumulation pool does not meet the first preset condition, removing the terminal from the terminal accumulation pool to ensure the accuracy of the data in the terminal accumulation pool.
S303, according to the TACs of the terminal with the first probability larger than the first preset threshold, obtaining a second probability that the hardware corresponding to each TAC does not support the VoLTE function.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first preset threshold is, for example, 95%. After the first probability of each terminal is obtained, according to the TACs of the terminals of which the first probabilities are larger than a first preset threshold, a second probability that the hardware corresponding to each TAC does not support the VoLTE function is obtained.
Further, obtaining a second probability that hardware corresponding to each TAC does not support the VoLTE function according to the TAC of the terminal whose first probability is greater than the first preset threshold may include: determining a terminal with the first probability being larger than a first preset threshold; performing polymerization processing based on TACs of the terminals to obtain the number of first terminals with a first probability greater than a first preset threshold value corresponding to each TAC and the number of second terminals corresponding to the TACs; and obtaining a second probability that the hardware corresponding to each TAC does not support the VoLTE function according to the number of the first terminals and the number of the second terminals.
Specifically, after the first probability of each terminal is obtained, terminals with the first probability larger than a first preset threshold value are determined. The TAC information of the terminal is the first 8 bits of the IMEI information of the terminal, illustratively, the IMEI is analyzed according to the ticket information corresponding to the terminal reported by the base station, and the first 8 bits of the IMEI are the TAC of the terminal. Illustratively, if the terminals in the terminal accumulation pool meet a second preset condition, where the second preset condition is that the last network time is not more than one week from the current time, aggregation processing is performed based on the TACs of the terminals, and a first number of terminals, where a first probability corresponding to each TAC is greater than a first preset threshold, and a second number of terminals corresponding to the TAC are obtained. According to the number of the first terminals and the number of the second terminals, obtaining a second probability that hardware corresponding to each TAC does not support the VoLTE function, namely: second probability = 100% number of first terminals/number of second terminals. Exemplarily, the TAC is 12345678, 10000 terminals in the network corresponding to the TAC, and for each terminal, if the last time that the terminal is in the network is not more than one week from the current time, and the total number of terminals whose hardware does not support the VoLTE function is 8000, the second probability that the hardware corresponding to the TAC (i.e., 12345678) does not support the VoLTE function is 80%, that is: 8000/10000 by 100% =80%.
And S304, acquiring a TAC library according to the TAC with the second probability larger than a second preset threshold.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second preset threshold is, for example, 95%. After a second probability that hardware corresponding to the TAC does not support the VoLTE function is obtained, a TAC database is obtained according to the TAC of which the second probability is larger than a second preset threshold, wherein the TAC database comprises TAC information of a terminal of which the hardware does not support the VoLTE function.
S305, after the TAC library is obtained, verifying the TAC library through dial testing; and adjusting the TAC library according to the verification result.
In the embodiment of the application, after the TAC library is obtained, the generated data can be analyzed through the dial testing terminal, and the accuracy of the TAC library is verified, so that the TAC library is adjusted according to the verification result to ensure the accuracy of the TAC library. Exemplarily, a second probability that hardware corresponding to each TAC does not support the VoLTE function may be obtained by adjusting a first preset threshold, and then the adjusted TAC library may be obtained according to the TAC whose second probability is greater than a second preset threshold.
According to the method for determining the terminal capability provided by the embodiment of the application, the relevant information whether a plurality of terminals perform IMS registration or not is obtained based on the preset time granularity, the first probability that the hardware of the terminal does not support the VoLTE function is obtained according to the relevant information whether the terminals perform IMS registration or not, the second probability that the hardware corresponding to each TAC does not support the VoLTE function is obtained according to the TAC of the terminal of which the first probability is greater than the first preset threshold, and the TAC library is obtained according to the TAC of which the second probability is greater than the second preset threshold. After the TAC library is obtained, the TAC library can be verified in modes of dial testing and the like; and adjusting the TAC library according to the verification result. Therefore, a TAC library can be accurately obtained, and whether the hardware of the target terminal supports the VoLTE function or not is accurately determined according to the TAC library and the TAC of the target terminal, so that the number of terminals and the distribution of the terminals, of which the hardware does not support the VoLTE function, are determined, and the method has great significance in further improving the penetration rate of the VoLTE function and promoting the network quitting of a 2G/3G base station.
