Background
The receiver is a device which cannot be used or is not used by electronic equipment such as a mobile phone and the like. The current telephone receiver is mainly divided into two basic structures, wherein one basic structure is that the telephone receiver is provided with a spring sheet and is contacted with devices such as an FPC/PCB (flexible printed circuit board/printed circuit board) and the like so as to realize the functions of products. In particular, since the wires 104 are telescopically arranged on the receiver, as shown in fig. 3, the wires 104 can be stretched according to the actual distance between the receiver and the main board during use, so that the electrical connection ends of the wires 104 can be directly connected to the main board, thereby avoiding the use of additional switching devices such as a flexible circuit board or a printed circuit board, on one hand, simplifying the structure of the product of the electronic device, on the other hand, reducing the number of components of the electronic device, and further reducing the cost of the electronic device.

Moreover, the fixing member 108 is fixedly connected to a corresponding structure on the motherboard, so as to ensure the connection stability and connection firmness between the electrical connection end and the motherboard. Compared with the spring structure used in the related art, the conductive wire 104 is not easy to generate corrosion area and insulating material. As a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the receiver further comprises a sleeve 106. The sleeve 106 is disposed on the body 102, the sleeve 106 may be disposed on an outer surface of the body 102, and the sleeve 106 may also be disposed embedded in the body 102. Further, at least a portion of the lead 104 may be received within the sleeve 106, and in particular, a helical portion of the lead 104 may be received within the sleeve 106. In the using process, the conducting wire 104 partially spirally received in the sleeve 106 can be pulled out according to the actual distance between the receiver and the main board, so that the electrical connection end of the conducting wire 104 can extend to the position of the main board.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, at least a portion of the wire 104 is received in the sleeve 106, so that the sleeve 106 plays a certain role in limiting and organizing, and the portion of the wire 104 received in a spiral shape can be effectively prevented from being deformed, so as to ensure that the portion of the wire 104 received in a spiral shape moves in a controlled space.
As a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the receiver further comprises a fixing member 108. The fixing member 108 is disposed at the electrical connection end of the conductive wire 104 and is fixedly connected to a corresponding structure on the motherboard, so as to ensure the connection stability and connection firmness between the electrical connection end and the motherboard. In addition, the fixing member 108 is a conductive member, which enables the fixing member 108 to have both functions of connecting and transmitting signals.
As a possible embodiment, the body 102 is provided with a receiving groove (not shown) inside. As one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the body 102 includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and the number of the wires 104 is two. The two wires 104 are respectively connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the telephone receiver and can be independently stretched and contracted, so that the fixing piece 108 of the electric connection end can be fixed to different positions according to design requirements, the limitation of the placing position of the telephone receiver can be removed to the greatest extent, the standardization of a product is facilitated, a flexible circuit board/a printed circuit board for switching can be omitted, and the product cost is reduced.
The telephone receiver provided by the embodiment of the application cancels the elastic sheet and the flexible circuit board/printed circuit board for switching in the related technology, the wire 104 which can be stretched and contracted is used, the moving range of the electric connection end of the wire 104 which is electrically connected with the telephone receiver is obviously improved, the placing position of the telephone receiver is limited and reduced, the layout of the whole product is more flexible, meanwhile, the design is not bound by the elastic sheet and the flexible circuit board/printed circuit board, the design of device standardization is facilitated, the telephone receiver can be used at different positions of different machine types, and the reduction of the overall cost is facilitated.
In a specific embodiment, devices such as a speaker and a motor have an opportunity to solve the above technical problem through the design method provided by the embodiment of the present application.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the present application provides an electronic device, which ensures a receiver as in the embodiment of the first aspect of the present application. Therefore, the electronic device has all the advantages of the telephone receiver, and the discussion of the electronic device is omitted.
