As can be seen by those skilled in the art, the live broadcast card sequence obtained by sorting the utilities generated by the remaining live broadcast cards at the current display position from large to small is the same as the live broadcast card sequence obtained by sorting the total utilities generated by the selected live broadcast card and the remaining live broadcast cards from large to small. Therefore, the sequence obtained by sequencing the utilities according to the sequence from large to small provided by the embodiment of the invention can also be obtained by sequencing the total utilities generated by the selected live broadcast card and the rest live broadcast cards according to the sequence from large to small.

Fig. 4 is a block diagram of an apparatus for determining a display position of a live card according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes a memory 20, a processor 21, an input device 22, and an output device 23. The number of processors 21 in the device may be one or more, and one processor 21 is taken as an example in fig. 4; the memory 20, processor 21, input device 22 and output device 23 of the apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, as exemplified by bus 24 in fig. 4.
The memory 20 is used as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the live card display position determination method in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the first determination module 10, the second determination module 11, the third determination module 12, and the display module 13 in the live card display position determination device). The processor 21 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 20, that is, the above-mentioned method for determining the display position of the live card is realized.
The memory 20 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory 20 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 20 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 21, which may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 22 is operable to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs relating to user settings and function controls of the device. The output device 23 may include a display device such as a display screen. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the determination device for the presentation position of the live card and may include more or less components than those shown.
The invention provides a device for determining the display position of a live card, which can realize the following method: determining multiple groups of candidate distribution modes for inserting each live card into each display position according to a first preset mode; for any candidate distribution mode, respectively determining the estimated click rate of each live card in the candidate distribution mode at the corresponding display position and the content satisfaction degree of each live card; determining the utility of each live card at the corresponding display position based on the estimated click rate and the content satisfaction degree of each live card, and determining the total utility of the candidate distribution mode based on the utility of each live card in the candidate distribution mode; and determining the candidate distribution mode with the maximum total utility value in all the candidate distribution modes as a target distribution mode, and determining the display position corresponding to each live broadcast card according to the target distribution mode for displaying. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention determines a plurality of groups of candidate distribution modes under the condition of considering the factors of the estimated click rate and the content satisfaction degree of the live broadcast card. And the candidate distribution mode with the maximum total utility value is used as the target distribution mode, so that when the position of each live broadcast card is determined according to the target distribution mode, the total utility is the maximum total utility in each candidate distribution mode, unnecessary resource waste is greatly reduced, the browsing depth of a user is favorably improved, and the user experience is increased.

for any candidate distribution mode, respectively determining the estimated click rate of each live broadcast card in the candidate distribution mode at the corresponding display position and the content satisfaction degree of each live broadcast card;
determining the utility of each live card at the corresponding display position based on the estimated click rate and the content satisfaction degree of each live card, and determining the total utility of the candidate distribution mode based on the utility of each live card in the candidate distribution mode;
determining the candidate distribution mode with the maximum total utility value in all the candidate distribution modes as a target distribution mode, and determining the display position corresponding to each live broadcast card according to the target distribution mode for displaying;
the estimated click rate of the live broadcast card is determined based on the product of the click rate of the live broadcast card, the click rate of the display position and the environmental click rate; and the environment click rate is determined based on the click times and the exposure times of the adjacent positions of the live broadcast cards.

determining k candidate live broadcast cards of the current display position according to a second preset mode;
determining k candidate live broadcast cards at the next display position in the remaining live broadcast cards according to the second preset mode based on any one of the k candidate live broadcast cards corresponding to the current display position until all the candidate live broadcast cards corresponding to the display positions are determined, so as to obtain a plurality of groups of candidate distribution modes;
wherein, the second preset mode specifically comprises: respectively determining the utilities generated by the rest live broadcast cards except the selected live broadcast cards at the current display position, sequencing the utilities in a descending order, and selecting the rest live broadcast cards corresponding to the first k utilities as candidate live broadcast cards at the current display position; and k is a positive integer which is greater than or equal to 1 and less than the number of the residual live broadcast cards.
4. The method for determining the display positions of the live cards according to claim 1, wherein the click rate of the live cards is determined based on the click times, exposure times and influence factors of the live cards at each display position within a first preset time;
and the click rate of the display position is determined based on the click times and the exposure times of the display position and the smooth parameters of the display position in a second preset time.
5. The method for determining the display position of the live card according to claim 1, wherein the determining the content satisfaction of each live card comprises:
and determining the content satisfaction degree of each live broadcast card according to historical data corresponding to the preset index of each live broadcast card in the historical time period.
6. The method for determining the display position of the live card according to claim 5, wherein the preset index specifically includes a dwell time, a number of clicks and/or a collection time of the live card.
7. A live card display position determining apparatus, comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining a plurality of groups of candidate distribution modes for inserting each live card into each display position according to a first preset mode;
the second determining module is used for respectively determining the estimated click rate of each live card in the candidate distribution mode at the corresponding display position and the content satisfaction degree of each live card for any candidate distribution mode;
the third determining module is used for determining the utility of each live card at the corresponding display position based on the estimated click rate and the content satisfaction degree of each live card and determining the total utility of the candidate distribution mode based on the utility of each live card in the candidate distribution mode;
the display module is used for determining the candidate distribution mode with the maximum total utility value in all the candidate distribution modes as a target distribution mode, and determining the display position corresponding to each live broadcast card according to the target distribution mode for displaying;
the estimated click rate of the live broadcast card is determined based on the product of the click rate of the live broadcast card, the click rate of the display position and the environmental click rate; and the environment click rate is determined based on the click times and the exposure times of the adjacent positions of the live broadcast cards.
8. A device for determining the display position of a live card is characterized by comprising a memory, a display module and a display module, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program;
