The components of the embodiments of the present disclosure, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present disclosure, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed disclosure, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the disclosure without making creative efforts, shall fall within the protection scope of the disclosure.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
For some media clients, media contents with a large number of titles can be provided for users to watch, when users generate search requirements, the media contents can also be searched based on input search information, for example, when users want to watch videos related to tomato fried eggs, the search information of tomato fried eggs can be input in the media clients, so that when the server receives the search information, the media contents related to the search information, such as media contents including tomato, eggs and tomato fried eggs in the media contents, can be searched in a media library, a large number of media contents can be obtained, when recommended media contents are returned to the media clients, the media contents which meet the requirements of the users are displayed at a front position, and how to find media contents suitable for being displayed at the front position, i.e., how to improve the accuracy of the recommendation, is a problem to be studied by the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Based on the above research, the present disclosure provides a method for determining a display position of a search result, where a click through rate is introduced to determine a display position corresponding to media content associated with search information when the media content is displayed, that is, a click through rate for any media content may be defined as follows in a conventional manner: considering that the probability that the media content in the front of the ranking is clicked by the user is greater than the probability that the media content in the back of the ranking is clicked by the user when the media content is displayed each time, the embodiment of the disclosure provides that when the current display position corresponding to each media content is determined based on the click rate, the history display position corresponding to the media content when the media content is clicked each time in the last set duration can be obtained, and the click rate corresponding to each media content is determined together with the history display position, so that the influence of the display position on the click times when the media content is displayed each time can be reduced, thereby obtaining more accurate click rate, and therefore, when the media content is pushed to the client based on the click rate, the accuracy of the presentation position of the recommended media content at the client can be improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the present embodiment, a detailed description is first given to a method for determining a search result display position disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure, where an execution subject of the method for determining a search result display position provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is generally a computer device with certain computing capability, for example, a server corresponding to a client. The following describes a method for determining a search result display position provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, taking an execution subject as a server as an example.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for determining a search result display position according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the method includes steps S101 to S103, where:
s101, acquiring the number of times each media content associated with the target search information is displayed and the corresponding historical display position of each media content when the media content is clicked each time when searching is carried out based on the target search information within the latest set time length.
The last set time period may be preset, for example, if the click rate is determined every 10 days, the last set time period may be within the last 10 days.
The server may store a large amount of search information, for example, in a history stage, search information with a higher frequency in search information input by a large amount of clients is used as target search information, media content associated with the target search information may be media content including a keyword of the target search information, and for each target search information, a click rate corresponding to the media content associated with each target search information may be determined according to a manner provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Taking the last set time length as the last 10 days as an example, the number of times each media content associated with the target search information is displayed at the client when the client searches based on the target search information within the last 10 days is obtained, and a history display position corresponding to the time when the media content is clicked by the client user during the display, where the history display position is a sorting position in the plurality of media contents when the media content is displayed at the client.
For example, for the media content L associated with the target search information a, if the client performs a search based on the target search information a within the last 10 days, the media content L is presented 3 times, and the corresponding history display position is the 2 nd position when being presented for the 1 st time, the corresponding history display position is the 1 st position when being presented for the 2 nd time, and the corresponding history display position is the 3 rd position when being presented for the 3 rd time, if the media content is clicked and viewed by the user of the client when being presented for the 1 st time and the 2 nd time, what is obtained here is the number of times of being presented 3, and the history display position 2 when being presented for the 1 st time, and the history display position 1 when being presented for the 2 nd time.
S102, determining the click rate corresponding to each media content based on the number of times each media content is displayed within the latest set time length and the corresponding historical display position when each media content is clicked.
The click rate of each media content not only considers the number of times that the media content is displayed within the latest set duration and the click condition when the media content is displayed each time, but also considers the corresponding historical display position when the media content is clicked each time to jointly determine the click rate corresponding to the media content, and the influence of the sequencing position on the click effect when the media content is displayed each time is reduced through the adjustment of the historical display position, so that the click rate corresponding to the media content is accurately obtained, and the specific click rate determining mode will be described in detail later.
S103, determining the display position corresponding to the media content when the current search is carried out based on the target search information based on the click rate corresponding to each media content.
After the click rate corresponding to each media content is obtained, that is, the click rate may be used as a reference factor for determining the current display position corresponding to the media content when searching based on the target search information.
The above is a method for determining a display position of a search result proposed in S101 to S103, where a click through rate is introduced to determine a display position corresponding to a media content associated with search information when the media content is displayed, that is, a click through rate for any media content may be defined as follows in a conventional manner: considering that the probability that the media content in the front of the ranking is clicked by the user is greater than the probability that the media content in the back of the ranking is clicked by the user when the media content is displayed each time, the embodiment of the disclosure provides that when the current display position corresponding to each media content is determined based on the click rate, the history display position corresponding to the media content when the media content is clicked each time in the last set duration can be obtained, and the click rate corresponding to each media content is determined together with the history display position, so that the influence of the display position on the click times when the media content is displayed each time can be reduced, thereby obtaining more accurate click rate, and therefore, when the media content is pushed to the client based on the click rate, the accuracy of the presentation position of the recommended media content at the client can be improved.
The above-mentioned S101 to S103 will be specifically described with reference to specific embodiments.
With respect to the step S102, that is, when determining the click rate corresponding to each media content based on the number of times that each media content is presented within the latest set time length and the corresponding history presentation position at each time of being clicked, as shown in fig. 2, the method may specifically include the following steps S201 to S203:
s201, when the media content is displayed, corresponding preset position weight is extracted when each display position is clicked.
The preset position weight corresponding to each display position when the media content is displayed at the client can be preset, for example, taking 100 pieces of media content pushed to the client by the server each time, that is, corresponding to 100 display positions, the preset position weight corresponding to each display position when the media content is clicked can be set, and the influence of the display positions on the click times can be reduced by setting the preset position weight.
When the media content is displayed, the corresponding preset position weight when each display position is clicked can be determined through a large amount of data counted in advance, for example, the click times corresponding to the media content corresponding to a large amount of search information when the media content is displayed at different positions can be counted, the click times can be determined to be reduced along with the increase of the display position, and based on the rule, the corresponding relation between the proper display position and the preset position weight is counted, so that the influence of the display position on the click times is weakened.
S202, for each media content, based on the preset position weight corresponding to the historical display position of the media content when the media content is clicked each time, the times of clicking the media content each time are weighted and summed, and the first click times of the media content in the latest set time length are obtained.
For example, for any media content, if the number of times that the any media content is displayed at the client in the last 10 days is n, if the any media content is only displayed for the 1 st time, the 2 nd time and the 3 rd time, the user clicks the any media content, and if the any media content is displayed for the 4 th time to the n th time, the user does not click the any media content, where clicking means that the user opens the any media content for watching, if the influence of the history display position on the number of clicks is not considered, the any media content is clicked for 3 times in the last 10 days, if the influence of the history display position on the number of clicks is considered, for example, the preset position weight corresponding to the history display position when the 1 st time is clicked is W1And the weight of the preset position corresponding to the history display position when the 2 nd click is performed is W2The weight of the preset position corresponding to the history display position when the 3 rd time is clicked is W3Then the first click frequency of any media content in the latest set time length at this time is changed into W1*1+W2*1+W3And 1, namely, the number of times of each click is not 1, but the number of times of each click is adjusted through the preset position weight corresponding to each historical display position, so that the first click number of any media content in the latest set time length is obtained.
S203, determining the click rate corresponding to the media content based on the first click times of the media content in the latest set time length and the times of being displayed in the latest set time length.
The click rate corresponding to the media content is obtained by dividing the first click times of the media content in the latest set time length by the number of times of being displayed in the latest set time length.
Specifically, the click rate determination process may also be determined by the following formula (1):

In the above, that is, considering how to accurately determine the click rate corresponding to the media content when the media content is displayed within the last set time period and when the historical display position has an influence on the click times, and in addition, considering that when the display information of the media content associated with the target search information is collected within the last set time period, the display information of the media content at the same time is not the display information of the media content, for example, data of last continuous 10 days is used, so that, for the same media content, when the media content is displayed at different times, the user's preference degrees are different, and therefore the click times corresponding to the media content are also influenced, except for considering the influence of the display position, the embodiment of the present disclosure also provides how to accurately determine the click rate corresponding to the media content when the display time has an influence on the click times, which is specifically as follows.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides that before determining the click rate corresponding to each media content based on the number of times each media content is displayed within a most recent set time length and the corresponding display position when each media content is clicked, the method further includes:
the time interval of each media content from the current time each time it is clicked is extracted.
The unit of the time interval from the current time may be preset, such as in days, that is, the number of days from the current time when each media content is clicked is determined.
Specifically, when determining the click rate corresponding to each media content based on the number of times that each media content is displayed within the last set time length and the corresponding display position at each time of being clicked, the method may include:
and determining the click rate corresponding to each media content based on the number of times each media content is displayed within the latest set time length, the corresponding historical display position when each media content is clicked and the time interval from the current time.
Here, when determining the click rate corresponding to the media content, the influence of the historical display position and the time interval from the current time on the number of clicks is comprehensively considered, and the specific processes are as follows (1) to (3):
(1) and extracting corresponding preset position weights when each display position is clicked when the media content is displayed, and corresponding preset time weights when each time interval from the current time is clicked.
When the extracted media content is displayed, the corresponding preset position weight when each display position is clicked is described in detail above, and is not described herein again.
Here, preset position weights corresponding to time intervals from the current time when the media content is displayed at the client side may be preset according to statistics, for example, in units of days, where the preset position weights corresponding to time intervals from the current time being 1 day, the preset time weights corresponding to time intervals from the current time being 2 days, and the like are extracted, and then the influence of time on the number of clicks is reduced by setting the preset time weights.
When the media content is displayed, the preset time weight corresponding to each time interval from the current time when the media content is clicked can be determined through a large amount of pre-counted data, for example, the number of clicks corresponding to the media content corresponding to a large amount of search information when the media content is displayed at a time interval different from the current time can be counted, the number of clicks can be determined to be reduced along with the increase of the display position, and based on the rule, the corresponding relation between the proper time interval and the preset time weight is counted, so that the influence of the display time on the number of clicks can be weakened.
(2) And for each media content, carrying out weighted summation on the number of times of each click of the media content based on the preset position weight corresponding to the historical display position of the media content when the media content is clicked each time and the preset time weight corresponding to the time interval between the media content and the current time when the media content is clicked each time, so as to obtain the second number of times of the click of the media content in the latest set time.
For example, for any media content, if the number of times that the any media content is displayed at the client in the last 10 days is n, if the any media content is displayed only in the 1 st time, the 2 nd time and the 3 rd time, the user clicks the any media content, and if the any media content is displayed in the 4 th to the n th times, the user does not click the any media content, where clicking means that the user opens the any media content for watching, if the influence of the history display position and the display time on the number of clicks is not considered, the any media content is clicked 3 times in the last 10 days, if the influence of the history display position and the display time on the number of clicks is considered, such as the influence of the history display position and the display time on the number of clicks in the 1 st time, for exampleThe weight of the preset position corresponding to the historical display position is W1And the preset time weight corresponding to the time interval from the current time when the 1 st click is performed is H1And the weight of the preset position corresponding to the history display position when the 2 nd click is performed is W2And the preset time weight corresponding to the time interval from the current time when the 2 nd click is performed is H2The weight of the preset position corresponding to the history display position when the 3 rd time is clicked is W3And the preset time weight corresponding to the time interval from the current time when the 3 rd click is performed is H3Then the first click frequency of any media content in the latest set time length at this time is changed into W1*H1*1+W2*H2*1+W3*H3And 1, namely, the number of times of each click is not 1, but the number of times of each click is adjusted through the preset position weight corresponding to each historical display position and the preset time weight corresponding to the time interval from the current time, so that the second click number of any media content in the latest set time length is obtained.
(3) And determining the click rate corresponding to the media content based on the second click times of the media content in the latest set time length and the times of being displayed in the latest set time length.
The click rate corresponding to the media content is obtained by dividing the second click frequency of the media content in the latest set time length by the number of times of being displayed in the latest set time length.
After the preset position weight and the preset time weight are obtained, the number of times of clicking each time can be weighted and summed based on the two parameters, and the number can be specifically determined by the following formula (2);
Figure BDA0002497883840000141
wherein HiRepresenting the preset time weight corresponding to the time interval between the ith displayed time and the current time within the latest set time length of the media content d; hi=e-α*duration(i)Du hereinThe ratio (i) may represent the time interval between the ith presentation and the current time within the last set time period, α is a fixed parameter value obtained through a plurality of experiments.
In another embodiment provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, before determining, based on a click rate corresponding to each media content, a display position corresponding to the media content when searching based on target search information at present, the method for determining provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes:
and acquiring the predetermined correlation between each media content and the target search information, the corresponding score of the category to which the client issuing the media content belongs, and the time interval between the issuing time and the current time of the media content.
The correlation degree between each media content and the target search information can be determined based on a pre-trained neural network, and the training can be performed based on a large number of samples collected in advance when the neural network is trained, wherein the samples comprise a plurality of search information and the media content associated with each search information, the media content associated with each search information is marked with the correlation degree with the search information, and the neural network for determining the correlation degree between each media content and the associated search information can be obtained based on the training.
After obtaining each media content associated with the target search information, the server may determine and store a degree of correlation between the target search information and each media content based on a pre-trained neural network, and when a display position corresponding to the media content currently searched based on the target search information needs to be determined, obtain a degree of correlation between each media content stored in advance and the target search information.
The category to which the client issuing the media content belongs refers to a category to which the client issuing the media content belongs among a plurality of preset client categories, for example, the client can be classified in advance according to client behavior data, for example, the client issuing the media content with the quantity smaller than a first set threshold is an a-type client, the client issuing the media content with the quantity greater than or equal to the first set threshold and smaller than a second set threshold is a B-type client, the client issuing the media content with the quantity greater than or equal to the second set threshold is a C-type client, and corresponding scores are allocated to the clients of each category, where it is considered that the client issuing the media content with the larger quantity has a larger attention degree relative to the client issuing the smaller quantity of the media content, and the media content issued by the client having the larger attention degree can be displayed on the client by data statistics, the probability of clicking by the user is higher, so that the user requirement is better met if the display position of the media content is arranged in front when the client displays the media content.
Here, the time interval between the release time and the current time of the media content may affect the freshness of the media content, and when the media content with higher freshness is displayed at the client, the probability of clicking by the user is higher, so that if the display position of the media content with higher freshness is moved forward when the client displays, the user requirement is better met.
Specifically, when determining the display position corresponding to the media content when searching based on the target search information based on the click rate corresponding to each media content, the method may include:
(1) and carrying out weighted summation on the click rate corresponding to each media content, the correlation degree between the media content and the target search information, the corresponding score of the category to which the client issuing the media content belongs, and the time interval between the issuing time of the media content and the current time to determine the sorting score corresponding to each media content.
Specifically, here, a weight corresponding to the click rate, a weight corresponding to the degree of correlation, a weight corresponding to the score of the category to which the client belongs, and a weight corresponding to the time interval between the release time and the current time may be determined in advance based on data statistics, and then the click rate corresponding to each media content, the degree of correlation between the media content and the target search information, the corresponding score of the category to which the client that releases the media content belongs, and the time interval between the release time of the media content and the current time may be weighted and summed based on these weights, so as to obtain the ranking score corresponding to each media content.
(2) And determining a display position corresponding to the media content when searching is carried out based on the target searching information at present based on the sorting score corresponding to each media content.
After the ranking score corresponding to each media content is obtained, the display position corresponding to the media content when searching is performed based on the target search information is determined based on the ranking score corresponding to each media content, and then the display position is stored.
In one embodiment, after determining a display position corresponding to the media content when searching based on the target search information, the determining method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes:
(1) and when receiving a search request sent by a client, acquiring search information contained in the search request.
Here, the search information may refer to a search word input by a user at the client for searching for related media content.
(2) And determining target search information corresponding to the search information based on the search information, and extracting a plurality of media contents associated with the target search information and display positions corresponding to the plurality of media contents respectively.
After receiving the search information sent by the client, the server may determine target search information matching the search information based on a keyword included in the search information and a keyword in each target search information stored in advance, for example, search for the target search information matching the search information based on similarity, and then extract a plurality of media contents and display positions corresponding to the plurality of media contents from the media contents associated with the target search information.
In this case, when extracting a plurality of media contents from the media contents associated with the target search information, the attribute information of the client may be considered to be extracted, and specifically, the attribute information of the client may include the age, gender, region, and the like of the user on the client side.
(3) And sending the display positions corresponding to the plurality of media contents and the plurality of media contents to the client.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a method for determining a search result display position, as shown in fig. 3, the method may specifically include the following steps S301 to S303:
s301, acquiring the number of times each media content associated with the target search information is displayed and the time interval from the current time when the media content is clicked each time when searching is carried out based on the target search information within the latest set time length.
S302, determining the click rate corresponding to each media content based on the number of times each media content is displayed within the latest set time length and the time interval from the current time when each media content is clicked;
s303, based on the click rate corresponding to each media content, determining the display position corresponding to the media content when searching is carried out based on the target search information.
In the above, a process of accurately determining the click rate corresponding to the media content when the media content is displayed within the latest set time length and the click times are influenced by the display time is considered.
The disclosed embodiment provides that when the current display position corresponding to each media content is determined based on the click rate, the time interval from the current time when the media content is clicked each time within the latest set time length can be obtained, and the click rate corresponding to each media content is determined by combining the time interval, so that the influence of the display time on the click times when the media content is displayed each time can be reduced, and a more accurate click rate is obtained.
Specifically, when determining the click rate corresponding to each media content based on the number of times that each media content is presented within the latest set time length and the time interval from the current time when each media content is clicked, the method may include:
(1) extracting corresponding preset time weights when the media content is displayed and clicked at each time interval from the current time;
(2) for each media content, carrying out weighted summation on the number of times of clicking the media content each time based on a preset time weight corresponding to a time interval between the time of clicking the media content each time and the current time to obtain a third click number of the media content in a latest set time length;
(3) and determining the click rate corresponding to the media content based on the third click times of the media content in the latest set time length and the times of being displayed in the latest set time length.
Here, the click rate corresponding to the media content may be determined according to the following formula (3):
Figure BDA0002497883840000181
wherein HiRepresenting the preset time weight corresponding to the time interval between the ith displayed time and the current time within the latest set time length of the media content d; hi=e-α*duration(i)Duration (i) may represent the time interval between the ith presentation and the current time within the last set duration, α is a fixed parameter value obtained through a plurality of experiments.
The subsequent processes of this embodiment, such as the process of step S303, are similar to those described above, and are not described again here.
