As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a rotor including: the iron core 10 is formed by stacking a plurality of punching sheets, the iron core 10 is provided with a jack 11 penetrating through the punching sheets, the maximum size of the jack 11 in the radial direction of the iron core 10 is A, the minimum size of the jack 11 in the circumferential direction of the iron core 10 is B, and A is less than B; the limiting structure 20, the limiting structure 20 includes a plug connector 30, and the plug connector 30 is inserted in the jack 11; in a radial cross section of the core 10, the shape of the plug 30 matches the shape of the receptacle 11.
Adopt this scheme, jack 11 on the iron core 10 sets up to the structure that radial dimension is less than circumferential dimension to limit structure 20's plug connector 30 cross section sets up to the structure that matches with the shape of jack 11, this also can understand that jack 11 and plug connector 30 are all done more flat, rather than cylindricly, has reduced jack 11 and plug connector 30 to the occupation of iron core 10 radial dimension under the condition of guaranteeing structural strength like this, thereby to the less rotor of punching the piece area, realized adopting plug connector 30 to carry on spacingly. Compared with the mode of fixing by using glue, the mode reduces the manufacturing process difficulty of the rotor and improves the structural reliability.
Wherein, jack 11 can set up to a plurality ofly, and a plurality of jacks 11 distribute along the circumference of iron core 10, and limit structure 20 can set up to a plurality ofly, and a plurality of limit structure 20 and a plurality of jacks 11 one-to-one set up, and limit structure 20 can be spacing to iron core 10 better like this to improve the structural strength of rotor.
In the present embodiment, the plug 30 has an arc-shaped plate structure or a flat plate structure. The plug connector 30 is set to be of a plate-shaped structure, so that the radial size of the iron core 10 occupied by the plug connector 30 can be reduced, and the plug connector can be inserted into the iron core 10 with a small punching sheet area. The strength of the plug 30 can be secured by increasing the size in the circumferential direction of the core 10.
Specifically, the thickness of the plug 30 may be set to 1mm to 3.5 mm. The stopper structure 20 may be made of a metallic material or a non-metallic material.
In this embodiment, the limiting structure 20 further includes: the first limiting part 40, the first limiting part 40 is connected with one end of the plug-in connector 30, the first limiting part 40 is used for limiting one side of the iron core 10; and the second limiting part 50, the second limiting part 50 and the other end of the plug-in connector 30 are detachably connected, and the second limiting part 50 is used for limiting the other side of the iron core 10. Thus, the first limiting portion 40 and the second limiting portion 50 can limit the axial direction of the iron core 10, so that a plurality of punching sheets are clamped.
In the present embodiment, the first stopper portion 40 includes: a first connector 41, the first connector 41 being disposed at one end of the plug-in unit 30; the limiting member 42, the limiting member 42 and the first connecting member 41 are connected, the limiting member 42 is movably disposed along the length direction of the insertion hole 11, and the limiting member 42 is used for limiting one side of the iron core 10.

Thus, the limiting member 42 is rotated to move the limiting member 42 in the length direction of the insertion hole 11, so as to match the size of the iron core 10, and the first limiting portion 40 and the second limiting portion 50 clamp the iron core. Moreover, with the arrangement, the distance between the first limiting part 40 and the second limiting part 50 of the limiting structure 20 can be adjusted, so that the iron cores 10 with different sizes can be adapted, and the universality is improved. And the threaded connection is adopted, so that the adjustment is convenient and the connection is reliable.
In the present embodiment, the side of the first connecting member 41 facing the iron core 10 has a first groove 44, and the outer wall of the second connecting member 43 and the inner wall of the first groove 44 are in limit fit in the circumferential direction. In this way, the first connecting piece 41 and the second connecting piece 43 can be in limited fit in the circumferential direction. When the second link 43 is rotated, the second link 43 can only move in the axial direction under the restriction of the second link 43. Specifically, the second connector 43 is a nut, and the first groove 44 is a hexagonal groove.
As shown in fig. 3, the other end of the plug 30 has a notch 31, a part of the second stopper 50 is caught in the notch 31, and the second stopper 50 abuts against the core 10. Therefore, the second limiting part 50 and the plug connector 30 can be connected in a clamping manner, and the mounting and dismounting are convenient. After the second position-limiting portion 50 and the plug 30 are engaged, the second position-limiting portion 50 may limit the end surface of the core 10.
Specifically, the second limiting portion 50 includes a first board body 51, a second board body 52 and a third board body 53 connected in sequence, the first board body 51, the second board body 52 and the third board body 53 surround to form an avoiding groove 54, wherein the second board body 52 is clamped with the clamping groove 31, and the first board body 51 and the third board body 53 are respectively located on two sides of the plug connector 30. After the connection, the first plate 51 and the third plate 53 can reliably limit the position of the iron core 10.
Further, the rotor further includes: balancing weight 60, balancing weight 60 set up in one side of iron core 10, and balancing weight 60 has the through-hole 61 with the jack 11 intercommunication, and through-hole 61 is passed to plug connector 30, and wherein, first spacing portion 40 and balancing weight 60 deviate from one side butt of iron core 10. So that the position limiting structure 20 can also limit the weight block 60.
Specifically, the first limiting portion 40 includes a first connecting member 41 and a limiting member 42, the first connecting member 41 is disposed at one end of the plug member 30, the limiting member 42 is connected to the first connecting member 41, the limiting member 42 is movably disposed along the length direction of the insertion hole 11, the weight block 60 has a second groove 62, and the groove bottoms of the limiting member 42 and the second groove 62 are abutted. The second groove 62 can limit the limiting member 42. Moreover, the second groove 62 may be filled with glue, so that the limiting member 42 can be more reliably fixed, the structural reliability is improved, and the first limiting portion 40 is prevented from being loosened during rotation.
Furthermore, the limiting member 42 has an external thread, the first limiting portion 40 further includes a second connecting member 43, the second connecting member 43 is in limit fit with the first connecting member 41, the second connecting member 43 has an internal thread, and the limiting member 42 is in threaded connection with the second connecting member 43; wherein, under the condition that the second connecting piece 43 is positioned in the second groove 62, the outer wall of the second connecting piece 43 is in limited fit with the inner wall of the second groove 62 in the circumferential direction. Thus, the second connecting member 43 can be positioned and limited by the second groove 62 during assembly, thereby facilitating the positioning of the first connecting member 41 and the second connecting member 43. Specifically, the second connector 43 is a nut, and the second groove 62 is a hexagonal groove. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second groove 62 and the first groove 44 are disposed oppositely, and both are the same in shape and size.
In this embodiment, the rotor further includes a magnetic steel 70, and the outer side of the iron core 10 has a mounting groove, and the magnetic steel 70 is disposed in the mounting groove. I.e. the rotor is a surface-mounted rotor.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides an electric machine including the rotor described above. Compared with the mode of fixing by using glue, the mode reduces the manufacturing process difficulty of the rotor and improves the structural reliability, thereby reducing the cost of the motor and improving the reliability of the motor.
When assembling the limiting structure, firstly, a nut needs to be placed in the second groove 62, and then the plug connector 30 is inserted into the hole corresponding to the counterweight block and the iron core, and at this time, the first groove 44 and the second groove 62 cover the upper end and the lower end of the nut respectively. Next, the second stopper 50 is engaged with the engaging groove 31 of the connector 30 at the tail of the connector 30. Finally, a sufficiently long retaining member 42 is inserted through the first connecting member 41 to be threadedly engaged with the nut. With the rotation of the position-limiting member 42, the nut is limited by the groove and can only move vertically upward relative to the end surface of the counterweight, so that the position-limiting member 42 is lifted to move upward integrally until the end surface of the second position-limiting portion 50 abuts against the iron core 10 and a proper amount of axial pressure is applied to the iron core 10.
When the limit structure does not interfere with the pump body, the remaining space of the second groove 62 of the counterweight block 60 can be filled with glue to adhere to the limit member 42, thereby preventing the looseness of the motor during high-speed operation.
To facilitate understanding of the present solution, the following is further described.
Among the prior art, when opening the rivet hole towards the piece area not enough, adopt glue equipment scheme to have three not enough:
the first deficiency is: if no rivet is arranged, only glue is used for bonding the balancing weight and the punching sheet on a production line, so that a link is added in the production process to ensure that the punching sheet is always in a laminated and orderly state, and although the iron core can be shaped by means of adding a buckling point on the punching sheet, the complexity of the process is increased only due to the lack of accessories for locking the punching sheet, and the reliability of the finished product is not ensured well. During manual trial production, the punched sheet is limited by being attached to the magnetic steel in a glue-free state, then the punched sheet is matched with a tool shaft to ensure coaxiality, and finally, the magnetic steel is taken down piece by piece, glued and dried to be shaped. Therefore, in general, another method which can more simply and reliably ensure the lamination coaxiality of the punching sheets and has low process difficulty needs to be found to realize the production line process manufacturing and the manual trial manufacturing of the rotor.
The second disadvantage is that: in the rotor scheme of taking the balancing weight, if the balancing weight only relies on sticky mode to fix, then when the motor actually operates, various practical factors lead to the balancing weight atress not completely even in each tangential, and if balancing weight glue quantity, the full-painting area did not control well this moment, will have the balancing weight to get rid of and take off the risk.
The third disadvantage is that: because glue is thick liquid when using, just there is bonding, design effect after drying into solid-state, and the rotor does not have the rivet, can only guarantee the axiality through the frock axle always before glue is dried, and this just leads to liquid glue can spill over balancing weight and frock axle adhesion. The conventional method for solving the problem avoids enough allowance in the space occupied by the balancing weight around the tool shaft hole, so that the tool shaft cannot be adhered when glue overflows, but the design strictly controls the use of the glue technically and does not solve the problem well.
Under the condition that the space of the rotor punching sheet is narrow, the scheme in the application can obviously reduce the realization difficulty of the rotor manufacturing process and improve the manual trial manufacturing operability of the adhesive shaped rotor punching sheet; the plug connector is equivalent to the original rivet, the mode that the balancing weight is glued is replaced, the balancing weight is fundamentally prevented from being thrown and taken off, and the structural strength and the flux linkage conduction of the rotor core are not influenced. Particularly, the plug connector structure can flexibly select whether to be disassembled according to the requirement, namely, the option of gluing the balancing weight is still left, and the rivet is inconvenient to disassemble. The plug connector has the effect of locking and punching, ensuring the coaxiality of the punching, and the locking force can be quantized, so that a laminating tool can be saved during manual trial production of the rotor, the tool does not need to be taken during glue drying, the labor and the shaft installing quantity can be saved on a production line, and the manufacturing steps are reduced. In this application, the advantage of plug connector scheme lies in that its material can select for plastics, and it is convenient to make, and the plug connector only adopts conventional standard screw can accomplish the equipment moreover. Therefore, the plug-in connector scheme is dominant in material and processing manufacturing cost.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
