The Processor 202 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 201 may include various types of storage units such as system memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), and permanent storage. Wherein the ROM may store static data or instructions that are required by the processor 202 or other modules of the computer. The persistent storage device may be a read-write storage device. The persistent storage may be a non-volatile storage device that does not lose stored instructions and data even after the computer is powered off. In some embodiments, the persistent storage device employs a mass storage device (e.g., magnetic or optical disk, flash memory) as the persistent storage device. In other embodiments, the permanent storage may be a removable storage device (e.g., floppy disk, optical drive). The system memory may be a read-write memory device or a volatile read-write memory device, such as a dynamic random access memory. The system memory may store instructions and data that some or all of the processors require at runtime. Further, the memory 201 may comprise any combination of computer-readable storage media, including various types of semiconductor memory chips (DRAM, SRAM, SDRAM, flash memory, programmable read-only memory), magnetic and/or optical disks, may also be employed. In some embodiments, the memory may include a removable storage device that is readable and/or writable, such as a Compact Disc (CD), a read-only digital versatile disc (e.g., DVD-ROM, dual layer DVD-ROM), a read-only Blu-ray disc, an ultra-dense optical disc, a flash memory card (e.g., SD card, min SD card, Micro-SD card, etc.), a magnetic floppy disc, or the like. Computer-readable storage media do not contain carrier waves or transitory electronic signals transmitted by wireless or wired means.
The memory has stored thereon executable code which, when processed by the processor, causes the processor to perform some or all of the methods described above.

Furthermore, the method according to the present application may also be implemented as a computer program or computer program product comprising computer program code instructions for performing some or all of the steps of the above-described method of the present application.
Alternatively, the present application may also be embodied as a non-transitory machine-readable storage medium (or computer-readable storage medium, or machine-readable storage medium) having stored thereon executable code (or a computer program, or computer instruction code) which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device (or electronic device, server, etc.), causes the processor to perform part or all of the various steps of the above-described method according to the present application.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, circuits, and algorithm steps described in connection with the applications disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle rapid passing method based on road information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a license plate number of a vehicle and attribute information of the vehicle;
establishing a unique identifier of the vehicle according to the license plate number;
the unique identification is recognized at the entrance of the toll station, and the unique identification and the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identification are uploaded to a database of the toll terminal;
identifying a unique identifier at an exit port of a toll station, and detecting whether the unique identifier is stored in a database of the toll terminal;
if the unique identification is stored in a database of the charging terminal, detecting whether attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identification is consistent;
if the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier is consistent, sending the charging information of the vehicle to a charging terminal for deduction according to a charging standard;
if the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier is inconsistent, searching for an approximate license plate number close to the license plate number of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier, and detecting whether the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the approximate license plate number is consistent with the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier;
if the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the approximate license plate number is consistent with the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier, sending the charging information of the vehicle corresponding to the approximate license plate number to the charging terminal for charging according to a charging standard;
and if the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the approximate license plate number is inconsistent with the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier, the charging terminal sends an abnormal prompt and finishes manual fee deduction.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the unique identifier is not stored in the database of the charging terminal, searching an approximate license plate number close to the license plate number of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier, and detecting whether the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the approximate license plate number is consistent with the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier;
if the detection result is yes, sending the charging information of the vehicle corresponding to the approximate license plate number to the charging terminal according to the charging standard for deduction;
and under the condition that the detection result is negative, sending an abnormal prompt to the charging terminal, and finishing manual fee deduction.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:
the attribute information includes at least two of a category, a weight, and a color of the vehicle.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:
the identification of the unique identifier at the entrance of the toll station comprises the following steps: identifying the unique identification of the vehicle for multiple times at the entrance of the toll station, and determining the unique identification uploaded to a database of the toll terminal according to the weight occupied by the multiple identification results;
the unique identification is identified at the exit of the toll station, and the method comprises the following steps: and identifying the unique identifier for multiple times at the exit of the toll station.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the unique identifier is identified at the entrance of the toll gate, the method further comprises:
the method comprises the steps of collecting the driving position information of the vehicle and the face image in the vehicle in real time, and uploading the driving position information and the face image to a charging terminal in real time.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and after the fee deduction is finished, clearing the unique identification in the database of the charging terminal.
7. A charging system, comprising:
a charging terminal;
the data acquisition device is used for acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle and the attribute information of the vehicle and establishing the unique identifier of the vehicle according to the license plate number;
the information identification device is electrically connected with the toll terminal and is used for identifying the unique identifier at the entrance of the toll station and uploading the unique identifier and the attribute information of the vehicle to a database of the toll terminal; and identifying the unique identifier at an exit of the toll station;
the information detection device is electrically connected with the toll terminal and used for detecting whether the unique identifier is stored in the toll terminal at an exit of the toll station, detecting whether attribute information of a vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier is consistent, and detecting whether attribute information of an approximate license plate number close to the license plate number of the vehicle is consistent with the attribute information of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier;
the charging terminal is used for generating charging information of the vehicle according to the detection result of the information detection device to deduct the fee or send an abnormal prompt to the vehicle.
8. The charging system according to claim 7, wherein the information detecting means includes:
the system comprises a first detection module and a second detection module, wherein the first detection module is used for detecting whether the unique identifier is stored in a database of the toll terminal at an exit of a toll station, detecting whether attribute information of a vehicle corresponding to the unique identifier is consistent or not, and sending a detection comparison result to the toll terminal, and the toll terminal generates toll information of the vehicle or sends an abnormal prompt according to the detection comparison result of the first detection module;
the second detection module is used for detecting attribute information of a vehicle corresponding to the approximate license plate number close to the license plate number of the vehicle corresponding to the unique identification at an exit of the toll station, and sending a detection comparison result to the terminal server, and the terminal server generates the toll collection information of the vehicle according to the detection comparison result of the first detection module.
9. The charging system according to claim 7 or 8, wherein:
the attribute information includes at least two of a category, a weight, and a color of the vehicle.
10. A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium having stored thereon executable code, which when executed by a processor of an electronic device, causes the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-6.
