Wherein, long connections can be established between the software platform server 11 and the mobile phones 13 to 14, and between the E-commerce platform servers 12A to 12B and the software platform server 11 through the network 15 for communication.
Based on the architecture of the commodity display system, the specification provides a commodity display system based on an applet, which comprises an e-commerce platform, a merchant client, a software platform server and a user client.
The merchant client initiates a first acquisition request aiming at commodity related information registered to the e-commerce platform by a merchant to the software platform server through a merchant applet, and displays the acquired commodity related information; sending a graphic code acquisition request to a software platform server, wherein the graphic code acquisition request comprises selection information generated according to selection operation of a merchant for commodity-related information;
the software platform server side responds to the first acquisition request, inquires commodity related information from the E-commerce platform and returns the commodity related information to the merchant client side; responding to the graphic code acquisition request, and acquiring a graphic code corresponding to the target commodity relevant information indicated by the selection information; and in response to a second acquisition request for the target commodity relevant information initiated by the user applet, returning the target commodity relevant information to the user client;
and the user client analyzes the graphic code to jump to the user applet, and initiates a second acquisition request to the software platform server through the user applet and displays the related information of the target commodity returned by the software platform server.
The following describes in detail the functions implemented by each execution main body in the applet-based merchandise display system according to the present specification.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an applet-based merchandise display method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method applied to the merchant client may include the following steps:
step 202, a first acquisition request aiming at commodity relevant information registered by a merchant to an e-commerce platform is sent to a software platform service end through a merchant applet, so that the software platform service end inquires the commodity relevant information to the e-commerce platform.
In this embodiment, a developer of the software platform may develop a merchant applet that operates using a merchant client program as a carrier, and develop a corresponding user applet that operates using a user client program as a carrier. For example, the merchant client may be a merchant-side application corresponding to each e-commerce platform, and the user client may be a buyer-side application corresponding to each e-commerce platform, or a user-side application corresponding to each payment platform. Of course, this description is not intended to be limiting.
After the merchant client starts the merchant applet, the merchant client communicates with the software platform server through the merchant applet, and the software platform server forwards interactive data between the merchant applet and the e-commerce platform. For example, the software platform service end obtains the commodity related information registered by the merchant to the e-commerce platform, and then returns the commodity related information to the merchant applet so as to be rendered and displayed by the merchant applet. Similarly, after the user client starts the user applet, the user client communicates with the software platform server through the user applet, and the software platform server forwards the interactive data between the user applet and the e-commerce platform. For example, after the user applet displays the relevant information of the target commodity, the user can trigger an order issuing process aiming at the relevant information of the target commodity between the user applet and the e-commerce platform, and then data interacted between the user applet and the e-commerce platform in the subsequent order issuing process are forwarded instead of being used as a relay by the software platform server. It should be noted that the user applet can also directly interact with the e-commerce platform, and this specification does not limit this.
In this embodiment, a merchant may register the commodity-related information of its store on a corresponding e-commerce platform through a merchant client, that is, upload the commodity-related information on the e-commerce platform. For example, the commodity-related information may be commodity information (price, commodity specification parameters, style, etc.) of a commodity sold by a merchant, store information (store name, address, business hours, etc.) of the merchant, commodity sales information (such as a shelf life period of the commodity, specific contents of a commodity sales activity, etc.), and the like. Of course, the merchant may cooperate with a plurality of e-commerce platforms, that is, the merchant client corresponding to each e-commerce platform registers the information related to the commodities in the store at the corresponding e-commerce platform. For example, the relevant information of the goods registered by the merchant is bound with the merchant account of the merchant on the corresponding e-commerce platform.
The merchant can start the merchant applet through the applet entrance in the merchant client program, and the commodity display system of the specification is realized through the merchant applet. Specifically, the merchant client may initiate a first acquisition request for the merchant to register the commodity related information of the e-commerce platform to the software platform server through the merchant applet, and the software platform server may respond to the first acquisition request, and respectively acquire the merchant-registered commodity related information from the e-commerce platform corresponding to each merchant account bound to the merchant and return the merchant-registered commodity related information to the merchant client. In other words, the merchant can select the target commodity-related information from the commodity-related information registered to each e-commerce platform to push the target commodity-related information to the user.
And 204, displaying the commodity-related information returned by the software platform server, generating selection information according to the selection operation of the merchant on the commodity-related information, and generating a graphic code acquisition request based on the selection information.
In this embodiment, the merchant client may display the relevant information of the goods acquired from the software platform service end to the merchant, so that the merchant may select one or more pieces of relevant information of the goods that are desired to be pushed to the user. For example, if the merchant determines that a certain commodity or a certain commodity sales activity in the store meets the requirements of the user, the merchant may select the commodity or the commodity sales activity as the target commodity related information. The merchant client can generate corresponding selection information according to selection operation of the merchant for the displayed commodity-related information, the selection information is used for indicating the target commodity-related information selected by the merchant, and then a graphic code acquisition request can be generated to indicate the software platform server to generate a graphic code.
Step 206, sending the graphic code acquisition request to a software platform server, so that the software platform server acquires a graphic code corresponding to the target commodity relevant information indicated by the selection information; the graphic code is used for being analyzed by the user client to jump to a user applet, a second acquisition request aiming at the relevant information of the target commodity is initiated to the software platform server through the user applet, and the relevant information of the target commodity returned by the software platform server is displayed.
In this embodiment, the merchant can customize a page for displaying the relevant information of the target commodity to the user according to the own needs, so that the user is helped to visually check the relevant information of the target commodity pushed by the merchant. Specifically, the merchant applet may display a configuration page for the display page, where the configuration page includes a plurality of pre-configured alternative interaction components, and the alternative interaction components are configured by the merchant (for example, the merchant selects a desired interaction component to display related information of a target commodity, configures a display form of the interaction component, configures a position of the interaction component on the page, and the like). Then, the merchant client can generate a corresponding display page template according to configuration operation of the merchant for a plurality of alternative interaction components included in the configuration page, and send the display page template to the software platform server, so that the software platform server stores the display page template. The display page template can be used for being sent to the user client, so that the user client renders and displays the related information of the target commodity through an interaction component contained in the display page template on the user applet. For example, the user applet may fill the information related to the target product into the display page template to obtain the display page.
It should be noted that the configuration page can be configured at the software platform service end, and then sent to the merchant applet by the software platform service end; alternatively, it may be pre-configured in the package of the merchant applet, and then the configuration page may be presented directly to the merchant upon launching the merchant applet.
Furthermore, the merchant may configure a plurality of display page templates, so that when the target commodity-related information is pushed to the user, the display page template for displaying the target commodity-related information may be specified from the display page templates. Specifically, the merchant client or the software platform server may respectively allocate corresponding template identifiers to each display page template. Based on the fact that each display page template is allocated with a corresponding template identifier, the merchant client can display each display page template through the merchant applet, and add the specified template identifier corresponding to the display page template selected by the merchant (for example, the merchant can perform selection operation by triggering an interaction component for displaying each display page template on a page of the merchant applet) to the graphic code acquisition request, so that the graphic code generated by the software platform server includes the specified template identifier. Then, the subsequent user client may parse the graphic code to obtain the specified template identifier, so as to add the specified template identifier to the second acquisition request, so as to instruct the software platform server to send the display page template corresponding to the specified template identifier to the user client.
In this embodiment, after the user applet displays the target commodity-related information to the user, if the target commodity-related information meets the purchase demand of the user, the user applet may further view detailed information of the target commodity-related information or perform an ordering operation on the target commodity-related information. Specifically, the user applet can render and display the relevant information of the target commodity through the interaction component, and the interaction component is used for triggering an ordering process for the relevant information of the target commodity between the user applet and the e-commerce platform. For example, the interactive component may be an interactive component in the above-described presentation page template.
In the present embodiment, the target item related information includes item information of the target item and store information of the merchant. In this case, the user applet can associate the commodity information and the shop information of the display target commodity on the display page; wherein, the display priority of the commodity information is higher than that of the shop information. Through the display mode, the user can view the commodity information pushed by the merchant preferentially, and in addition, the user can also conveniently view the information of the merchant shop, so that the pushing mode is more targeted and diversified.
It should be noted that the graphic code generated by the software platform server may include two-dimensional codes, bar codes, and the like; of course, this description is not intended to be limiting.
In this embodiment, in one case, the software platform server may generate a graphic code including information related to the target commodity, that is, the software platform server responds to the graphic code acquisition request to generate the graphic code in real time. In another case, several graphic codes may be generated in advance, which do not contain commodity-related information but contain URLs (Uniform Resource locators) for jumping to the user applet. Then, after receiving the graphic code acquisition request, the software platform server may establish a corresponding relationship between the preset graphic code (for example, optionally selecting one preset graphic code) and the target commodity-related information, so that the preset graphic code may be used to instruct the user client to jump to the user applet, and may also be used to instruct the user applet to initiate a second acquisition request for the target commodity-related information to the software platform server. Then, the software platform server may query the target commodity relevant information corresponding to the graphic code indicated by the second acquisition request. By the method of pre-generating the graphic code and binding the subsequent information related to the target commodity, the occupation of processing resources of the software platform service end can be reduced, and therefore the resource consumption of the software platform service end is effectively reduced.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the merchant client is configured with a merchant applet and the user client is configured with a user applet. The merchant client can request the software platform server through the merchant applet to generate a graphic code corresponding to the commodity relevant information registered by the merchant to the e-commerce platform, so that the commodity of the merchant is displayed to the user through the graphic code. Correspondingly, the user can analyze the graphic code through the user client, so that the user small program is jumped to, and the user small program requests the software platform server to acquire corresponding commodity related information, so that the user small program can render and display the commodity related information.
On one hand, the merchant can quickly and conveniently push own commodity related information to the user in a graphic code mode through the merchant applet, and the merchant applet interacts with the software platform service end to indicate the software platform service end to acquire the commodity related information registered by the merchant on each e-commerce platform, so that the pushing mode can be compatible with all e-commerce platforms. On the other hand, the user operation is simplified by a mode of scanning the graphic codes to check the related information of the commodities; furthermore, the commodity related information is displayed through the user applet, so that the incidence relation is established between the user applet and the e-commerce platform, the user can perform order placing operation on the e-commerce platform through the user applet, the commodity purchasing efficiency of the user can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
Corresponding to the above embodiment of the merchant client side, the present specification also provides embodiments of the software platform server side and the user client side, and the description related to the embodiment of the merchant client side may also be applied to the embodiments of the software platform server side and the user client side, which is not described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of another applet-based merchandise display method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method applied to the software platform server may include the following steps:
step 302, receiving a first acquisition request for the commodity relevant information registered by the merchant to the e-commerce platform, initiated by the merchant client through the merchant applet, querying the e-commerce platform for the commodity relevant information and returning the commodity relevant information to the merchant client for display by the merchant client through the merchant applet.
As described above, the software platform service end may respectively query the merchant-registered commodity-related information from the e-commerce platform corresponding to each merchant account bound to the merchant.
Step 304, receiving a graphic code acquisition request sent by the merchant client, wherein the graphic code acquisition request comprises selection information generated according to selection operation of the merchant on the commodity-related information; and acquiring a graphic code corresponding to the relevant information of the target commodity indicated by the selection information.
As described above, the software platform server may receive and store a display page template sent by the merchant client through the merchant applet, where the display page template is generated by the merchant client through the merchant applet displaying a configuration page for a display page and according to configuration operations of the merchant for a plurality of alternative interaction components included in the configuration page; then, in response to the second obtaining request, returning the display page template to the user client, so that the user client renders and displays the information related to the target commodity through an interaction component included in the display page template on the user applet.
Furthermore, each display page template is assigned with a corresponding template identifier, and the second acquisition request includes an assigned template identifier corresponding to the display page template selected by the merchant. Then, the software platform server may return a display page template corresponding to the specified template identifier to the user client.
As mentioned above, the software platform server may generate a graphic code containing the information related to the target commodity; or establishing a corresponding relation between a preset graphic code and the relevant information of the target commodity, wherein the preset graphic code is used for indicating the user client to jump to the user applet.
Step 306, in a case that a second acquisition request for the target commodity-related information is received, returning the target commodity-related information to the user client for displaying by the user client through the user applet, where the second acquisition request is initiated by the user applet after the user client analyzes the graphic code to jump to the user applet.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of another applet-based merchandise display method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method applied to the user client may include the following steps:
step 402, analyzing a graphic code corresponding to the target commodity relevant information to jump to a user applet, wherein the graphic code is obtained by a software platform server in response to a graphic code obtaining request containing selection information for indicating the target commodity relevant information, the selection information is generated by a merchant client according to selection operation of the merchant for the commodity relevant information registered by the merchant to an e-commerce platform, and the commodity relevant information is inquired from the e-commerce platform and returned to the merchant client by the software platform server in response to a first obtaining request initiated by the merchant client through the merchant applet for displaying by the merchant client.
Step 404, initiating a second acquisition request for the target commodity relevant information to the software platform server through the user applet, and displaying the target commodity relevant information returned by the software platform server in response to the second acquisition request.
As described above, the user client may render and display the target commodity-related information through an interaction component, where the interaction component is configured to trigger an ordering process for the target commodity-related information between the user client and the e-commerce platform.
As described above, the target item-related information includes the item information of the target item and the store information of the merchant. In this case, the user client may associate the commodity information showing the target commodity and the shop information on a showing page; wherein the display priority of the commodity information is higher than the display priority of the store information.
As described above, the user client may receive a display page template sent by the software platform server, where the display page template is generated by the merchant client through the merchant applet and the configuration operation of the merchant on a plurality of alternative interaction components included in the configuration page; and then, rendering and displaying the related information of the target commodity on the user applet through an interactive component contained in the display page template.
Furthermore, each display page template is assigned with a corresponding template identifier, and the graphic code comprises an appointed template identifier corresponding to the display page template selected by the merchant. Then, the user client may analyze the graphic code to obtain the specified template identifier, and add the specified template identifier to the second acquisition request to instruct the software platform server to return the display page template corresponding to the specified template identifier.
For ease of understanding, the applet-based merchandise display scheme of the present specification is described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 5-9.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an interaction diagram of a merchant configuration presentation page template according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, taking the relevant information of the product as the product information for explanation, the interaction process may include the following steps:
at step 502, a merchant client initiates a merchant applet.
The merchant may launch the merchant applet through the applet portal in the merchant client program. Alternatively, the merchant may search the applet search page for the merchant applet to complete the launch operation. After launching the merchant applet, the merchant clients each perform subsequent steps through the merchant applet.
At step 504, the merchant client detects an open operation for the configuration page.
At step 506, the merchant client displays a configuration page.
Step 508, the merchant client generates a display page template according to the detected configuration operation.
The merchant applet can display a configuration page for the presentation page, the configuration page comprises a plurality of pre-configured alternative interaction components, and the alternative interaction components can be configured by the merchant. For example, the merchant selects a desired interaction component to display merchandise information, configures a display form of the interaction component, configures a position of the interaction component on a page, and the like. For example, the document "premium good, fast-shopping bar", the position of the displayed commodity picture is located under the document, the button of "instant shopping" is located under the commodity picture, and the like can be configured.
Step 510, the merchant client sends a display page template to the software platform server.
And step 512, the software platform server allocates a template id for the display page template.
And step 514, the software platform server stores the display page template.
Step 516, the software platform server returns the template id to the merchant client.
At step 518, the merchant client saves the template id.
Of course, the merchant client may also generate a template id, and then associate the template id with the generated display page template and send the association to the software platform server, so that the software platform server may establish a mapping relationship between the template id and the display page template for subsequent query.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an interaction diagram for generating a two-dimensional code of a commodity according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the interactive process may include the following steps:
at step 602, a merchant client initiates a merchant applet.
In step 604, the merchant client obtains a merchant account.
Step 606, the merchant client sends a first acquisition request to the software platform server.
Step 608, the software platform server stores the commodity information.
And step 610, the software platform service end returns commodity information to the merchant client.
Step 612, the merchant client displays the commodity information.
The merchant can cooperate with a plurality of e-commerce platforms, namely, the merchant client corresponding to each e-commerce platform registers the commodity relevant information of the shop at the corresponding e-commerce platform. For example, the relevant information of the goods registered by the merchant is bound with the merchant account of the merchant on the corresponding e-commerce platform. Then, the merchant applet may add the merchant account number to the first acquisition request, so as to acquire, by the software platform server, the information of the goods registered by the merchant on each e-commerce platform (i.e. which goods the merchant has put on the shop of each e-commerce platform) according to the merchant account number. Of course, the security verification may be performed in the process of acquiring the commodity information, and the verification process may refer to the records in the related art, and will not be described herein again.
And 614, the merchant client generates selection information according to the selection operation and creates a two-dimensional code generation request.
For example, FIG. 7A is a schematic page view of a merchant applet as provided in an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7A, the merchant applet presents the following merchandise related information registered by the merchant via page 70: sales activity 1, sales activity 2, article a, article b.
In step 616, the merchant client sends a two-dimensional code generation request to the software platform server.
If the merchant determines that a certain item or a certain item sales activity in the page 70 meets the user's needs, the item or item sales activity may be selected as the target item related information. For example, the commodity a is selected as a target commodity to be pushed. The merchant may perform a selection operation by triggering an interactive component that displays relevant information of each commodity on the page 70, and then the merchant client may generate corresponding selection information according to the selection operation of the merchant for the relevant information of the displayed commodity, where the selection information is used to indicate relevant information of a target commodity selected by the merchant, and then add the selection information to the two-dimensional code generation request to indicate that the software platform server generates a two-dimensional code corresponding to the commodity a. For example, the merchant may trigger button 701 "two-dimensional code" to instruct the merchant applet to generate a two-dimensional code generation request. As another example, the merchant may also instruct the merchant applet to generate a corresponding public link by triggering button 702 "public link," which may be used to jump to the user applet, similar to the function of the two-dimensional code.
As adapted to the embodiment shown in fig. 3, each display page template is assigned with a corresponding template id, and the merchant client may display each display page template through the merchant applet, and add the specified template id corresponding to the display page template selected by the merchant (for example, the merchant may perform a selection operation by triggering an interaction component for displaying each display page template on a page of the merchant applet) to the two-dimensional code generation request, so that the two-dimensional code generated by the software platform server includes the specified template id. Then, the subsequent user client can analyze the two-dimensional code to obtain the designated template id, so that the designated template id is added to the second acquisition request to instruct the software platform server to send the display page template corresponding to the designated template id to the user client.
And step 618, the software platform server generates a two-dimensional code.
The software platform server can read the following data: the product parameters of the product a, data source information (such as from which e-commerce platform), the template id and the URL for jumping to the user applet, and a two-dimensional code is generated according to the data.
And step 620, the software platform service end returns the two-dimension code to the merchant client.
For example, fig. 7B is a schematic page diagram of a two-dimensional code for displaying a commodity according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7B, the merchant applet may present the request generated two-dimensional code 711 to the merchant via page 71. In addition, a case can be shown to illustrate the usage of the two-dimensional code 711; of course, the specification does not limit the specific form of displaying the two-dimensional code by the merchant applet.
After acquiring the two-dimensional code corresponding to the commodity a, the merchant can attach the two-dimensional code of the commodity a to a public number, a shop front page and a billboard so as to popularize the commodity a. Of course, the two-dimensional code can also be displayed through any other channel, which is not limited in this specification; for example, the two-dimensional code can be directly displayed to the user by the merchant through the merchant client so that the user can scan the two-dimensional code by using the user client.
Meanwhile, the merchant can modify the commodity to be promoted at any time, and only needs to regenerate the two-dimensional code according to the mode shown in the figure 6.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an interaction diagram of scanning a two-dimensional code of a commodity according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, the interactive process may include the following steps:
step 802, the user client scans the two-dimensional code and analyzes the two-dimensional code to obtain data contained in the two-dimensional code.
In step 804, the user client jumps to the user applet.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the user client may scan the two-dimensional code, so as to analyze the URL in the two-dimensional code, and jump to the user applet according to the URL (i.e., start the user applet configured in the user client).
At step 806, the user client creates a second get request.
The user applet can create a second acquisition request according to the commodity parameters, the data source information and the template id of the commodity a, so that the software platform server is instructed to return corresponding data.
Step 808, the user client sends a second acquisition request to the software platform server.
And step 810, the software platform server reads the template id and queries a corresponding display page template.
In step 812, the software platform server reads the information of the target commodity.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the software platform server stores the commodity-related information registered by the merchant to each e-commerce platform, so that the software platform server can query and obtain the information of the target commodity (in this embodiment, the commodity a) according to the commodity parameter and the data source information included in the second acquisition request.
In step 814, the software platform server returns the information of the display page template and the target commodity to the user client.
And step 816, the user client renders and displays the information of the target commodity through the display page template.
The user applet can fill the information of the commodity a into the display page template to obtain the display page. For example, fig. 9 is a schematic page diagram of a user applet according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 9, the product information of the product a and the shop information of the merchant are displayed in association on the page 90; the store information is displayed through the interaction component 901, and the commodity information of the commodity a is displayed through the interaction component 902. Further, the user applet can preferably expose the interactive component 902. For example, a popup window containing information of the commodity a is displayed at the top, so that a user can view the information of the commodity a preferentially; meanwhile, a panic link can be configured on the interactive component 902, triggered by the button "immediate panic". Then, the next layer of the pop-up window is shop information (such as shop name, goods in the shop, and the like) of the merchant, so that the user can quickly know the details of the shop.
In step 818, the user client detects an order placing operation for the target product.
And step 820, finishing the ordering process between the user client and the software platform server.
The user can trigger the ordering operation for the commodity a by triggering the button 'immediate rush purchase'. It should be noted that, in the subsequent order issuing process, data exchanged between the user applet and the e-commerce platform are both forwarded by using the software platform server as a relay.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the merchant client is configured with a merchant applet and the user client is configured with a user applet. The merchant client can request the software platform server through the merchant applet to generate the two-dimensional code corresponding to the commodity information (or commodity sales activity) registered by the merchant to the e-commerce platform, so that the commodity of the merchant is displayed to the user through the two-dimensional code. Correspondingly, the user can analyze the two-dimension code through the user client, so that the user applet skips to, and requests the software platform server to acquire corresponding commodity information through the user applet, so that the user applet performs rendering display.
On one hand, the merchant can quickly and conveniently push own commodity information to the user in a two-dimensional code mode through the merchant applet, and the merchant applet interacts with the software platform service end to indicate the software platform service end to acquire the commodity information registered by the merchant on each e-commerce platform, so that the pushing mode can be compatible with all e-commerce platforms. On the other hand, the user operation is simplified by a mode of scanning the two-dimensional code to check the commodity information; furthermore, commodity information is displayed through the user applet, so that an incidence relation is established between the user applet and the e-commerce platform, the user can perform order placing operation on the e-commerce platform through the user applet, the commodity purchasing efficiency of the user can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
