Abstract
The invention relates to a paving material dosage deployment platform and a method, wherein the platform comprises: the data sensing equipment is arranged at the front end of the paving machine and used for executing image sensing action on the scene right in front of the paving machine so as to obtain a corresponding front sensing image; a volume analyzing device for calculating a paving material volume required for paving the preset paving length based on the on-site road width, the preset paving length, and the preset paving thickness; and the material allocation device is connected with the volume analysis device and is used for calculating various dosages of various paving materials required for paving the preset paving length based on the occupied proportion of various paving materials and the volume of the paving materials. The paving material dosage allocation platform and the method have the advantages of compact structure and convenience in operation. The dosage of various types of paving materials is automatically acquired on the basis of image signal processing, so that the complicated manual operation links are reduced, and the automation level of the paving machine is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engineering instruments, in particular to a paving material dosage allocation platform and a paving material dosage allocation method.
Background
Engineering machinery is an important component of the equipment industry. In general, mechanical equipment necessary for comprehensive mechanized construction works required for earth and stone construction works, road surface construction and maintenance, mobile lifting, loading and unloading operations, and various construction works is called as construction machinery.
The engineering apparatus is mainly used in the fields of national defense construction engineering, transportation construction, energy industry construction and production, raw material industry construction and production of mines and the like, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy construction, industrial and civil buildings, urban construction, environmental protection and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the related art, the invention provides a paving material dosage allocation platform, which can accurately check the volume of paving materials required by paving a preset paving length according to the road width detected in front and various preset paving data, and further calculate the required dosage of various paving materials.
Therefore, the invention needs to have the following key invention points:
(1) calculating a depth of field analysis result of the pixel line based on the depth of field analysis result of the pixel point, and accurately calculating the actual width of the road in front of the paver based on the depth of field analysis result of the pixel line;
(2) a volume of paving material required to lay the preset paving length is calculated based on the on-site road width, the preset paving length, and the preset paving thickness, thereby facilitating real-time deployment of paving material by the paving machine.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a paving material dosing platform, the platform comprising:
the data sensing equipment is arranged at the front end of the paving machine and used for executing image sensing action on the scene right in front of the paving machine so as to obtain a corresponding front sensing image;
a volume analyzing device provided in a control room of the road paver to receive the on-site road width and to calculate a paving material volume required for paving the preset paving length based on the on-site road width, the preset paving length, and the preset paving thickness;
a material preparing device connected with the volume analyzing device and used for calculating various dosages of various paving materials required for paving a preset paving length based on the occupied proportion of various paving materials and the volume of the paving materials;
the SD storage chip is connected with the volume analysis equipment and is used for storing a preset paving length and a preset paving thickness;
the road identification equipment is connected with the data sensing equipment and used for extracting road sub-images from the front sensing image based on road imaging characteristics;
the data identification equipment is connected with the road identification equipment and used for calculating the reference depth of field value of each horizontal pixel line based on each depth of field value of each pixel point on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image;
the width measuring equipment is respectively connected with the volume analyzing equipment and the data identification equipment and is used for calculating the reference length of each horizontal pixel line based on the number of pixel points on each horizontal pixel line and a reference depth value and outputting the arithmetic average value of the reference lengths of the horizontal pixel lines of the road sub-images as the width of a field road;
in the data identification device, calculating the reference depth value of each horizontal pixel line based on each depth value of each pixel point on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image includes: and taking the depth of field value with the highest frequency in the depth of field values of all pixel points on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image as the reference depth of field value of the horizontal pixel line.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a paving material batching method including resolving a dose of each paving material required for paving a preset road length based on a measurement of a road width ahead of a paving machine using the paving material batching platform as described above.
The paving material dosage allocation platform and the method have the advantages of compact structure and convenience in operation. The dosage of various types of paving materials is automatically acquired on the basis of image signal processing, so that the complicated manual operation links are reduced, and the automation level of the paving machine is improved.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the paving material dosing platform and method of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Paving machines are powerful machines that are dedicated to paving roads, and if they are 6 meters wide, paving over 400 meters a day is easy to do.
It works with a small telescopic arm forklift to lay, the latter is responsible for the filling, during the construction, the worker only needs to put the paving bricks into the angled charging chute. As the paving machine advances a little bit forward on a sand-based pavement, the bricks are automatically stacked together due to gravity.
Currently, in order to improve the paving efficiency, a conventional manual paving mode is not adopted, but a large-scale paving machine is adopted, and after various paving materials are prepared on site, the paving of roads is automatically completed through a paving vehicle.
In order to overcome the defects, the invention builds a pavement material dosage allocation platform and a pavement material dosage allocation method, and can effectively solve the corresponding technical problems. a volume analyzing device provided in a control room of the road paver to receive the on-site road width and to calculate a paving material volume required for paving the preset paving length based on the on-site road width, the preset paving length, and the preset paving thickness;
a material preparing device connected with the volume analyzing device and used for calculating various dosages of various paving materials required for paving a preset paving length based on the occupied proportion of various paving materials and the volume of the paving materials;
the SD storage chip is connected with the volume analysis equipment and is used for storing a preset paving length and a preset paving thickness;
the road identification equipment is connected with the data sensing equipment and used for extracting road sub-images from the front sensing image based on road imaging characteristics;
the data identification equipment is connected with the road identification equipment and used for calculating the reference depth of field value of each horizontal pixel line based on each depth of field value of each pixel point on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image;
the width measuring equipment is respectively connected with the volume analyzing equipment and the data identification equipment and is used for calculating the reference length of each horizontal pixel line based on the number of pixel points on each horizontal pixel line and a reference depth value and outputting the arithmetic average value of the reference lengths of the horizontal pixel lines of the road sub-images as the width of a field road;
in the data identification device, calculating the reference depth value of each horizontal pixel line based on each depth value of each pixel point on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image includes: and taking the depth of field value with the highest frequency in the depth of field values of all pixel points on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image as the reference depth of field value of the horizontal pixel line.

the data sensing equipment is arranged at the front end of the paving machine and used for executing image sensing action on the scene right in front of the paving machine so as to obtain a corresponding front sensing image;
a volume analyzing device provided in a control room of the road paver to receive the on-site road width and to calculate a paving material volume required for paving the preset paving length based on the on-site road width, the preset paving length, and the preset paving thickness;
a material preparing device connected with the volume analyzing device and used for calculating various dosages of various paving materials required for paving a preset paving length based on the occupied proportion of various paving materials and the volume of the paving materials;
the SD storage chip is connected with the volume analysis equipment and is used for storing a preset paving length and a preset paving thickness;
the road identification equipment is connected with the data sensing equipment and used for extracting road sub-images from the front sensing image based on road imaging characteristics;
the data identification equipment is connected with the road identification equipment and used for calculating the reference depth of field value of each horizontal pixel line based on each depth of field value of each pixel point on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image;
the width measuring equipment is respectively connected with the volume analyzing equipment and the data identification equipment and is used for calculating the reference length of each horizontal pixel line based on the number of pixel points on each horizontal pixel line and a reference depth value and outputting the arithmetic average value of the reference lengths of the horizontal pixel lines of the road sub-images as the width of a field road;
in the data identification device, calculating the reference depth value of each horizontal pixel line based on each depth value of each pixel point on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image includes: and taking the depth of field value with the highest frequency in the depth of field values of all pixel points on each horizontal pixel line in the road sub-image as the reference depth of field value of the horizontal pixel line.
