The rotating plate 60 has a track groove 67 thereon, and the sliding portion 66 is disposed in the track groove 67. The rail groove 67 has a stopper groove 68 protruding inward, and the stopper groove 68 communicates with the rail groove 67. The stopper groove 68 has a recess 69 therein with a depth lower than that of the rail groove 67. The slide rod 65 is sleeved with a third spring 70, one end of the third spring 70 is contacted with the slide part 66, and the other end is contacted with the upper push rod 63.
When the motor 59 rotates to drive the sliding portion 66 into the recess 69 of the limiting groove 68, the third spring 70 is in a natural state and is in a compressed state in the track groove 67. Since the spring in the natural state is compressed and needs to be applied with an external force, the third spring 70 restricts the rotary member 62 and the rotary plate 60 from being rotated by a slight external vibration.
The inner bottom surface of the housing 58 has a slide 71, and the slide 71 has a pull rod 72 in the middle. The pull rod 72 has a connecting member 73 at one end and a pulling member 74 at the other end, and the connecting member 73 is hingedly connected to the lower push rod 64 by a third hinge rod 75. The sliding seat 71 is provided with a fixed part 76, the fixed part 76 is connected with the sliding seat 71 through a sleeve 77, the sleeve 77 is sleeved outside the pull rod 72, and the pull rod 72 penetrates through the fixed part 76 to be contacted with the pull part 74. The fixed member 76 has a mounting groove 78 therein, the mounting groove 78 has a power receiving member 79 therein, and the pull member 74 has a power transmitting member 80 thereon.
The power receiving member 79 includes: first power transmission column 81, power receiving portion 82, and mounting portion 83. The mounting portion 83 has a vertical groove 84, the vertical groove 84 has a stopper bolt 85 therein, and the first power transmission post 81 is mounted on an outer wall of the mounting portion 83. The power transmission unit 80 includes: a second power transmission pole 86, a power transmission part 87, and a fixing part 88, the fixing part 88 being mounted on the puller 74 by screws. The second power transmission pole 86 is mounted on the inner wall of the power transmission section 87, and the length of the power transmission section 87 is longer than that of the power receiving section 82.
The first power transmission pole 81 is connected to the current conversion unit 11, and the second power transmission pole 86 is connected to the large battery module 6.
The height of the end of power receiving unit 82 is greater than the height of the tail of power receiving unit 82 (the portion where power receiving unit 82 and mounting unit 83 are connected), and the height of the end of power transmitting unit 87 is greater than the height of the tail of power transmitting unit 87 (the portion where power transmitting unit 87 and fixing unit 88 are connected). The end of the power transmitting portion 87 is larger than the height of the tail of the power receiving portion 82.
When the sliding portion 66 enters the limiting groove 68, the rotating member 62 rotates, the upper push rod 63 moves toward the connecting member 73, and the lower push rod 64 moves away from the connecting member 73, so that the pull rod 72 is pulled, the pull member 74 approaches the fixing member 76, and the power transmission member 80 contacts the power receiving member 79. The power transmission section 87 will be inserted into the power receiving section 82, and since the length of the power transmission section 87 is greater than the length of the power receiving section 82, the power transmission section 87 is able to transfer current into the power receiving section 82. Since the end of the power transmission portion 87 is greater than the height of the tail of the power receiving portion 82, when the power transmission portion 87 is inserted into the power receiving portion 82, the end of the power transmission portion 87 will prop open the tail of the power receiving portion 82, so that the vertical groove 84 of the mounting portion 83 moves at the stopper bolt 85.
When the control module 7 receives the signal transmitted by the current monitoring unit 13, the control module 7 starts the motor 59 to rotate, so that the sliding part 66 is placed in the recess 69 in the limiting groove 68, the power transmission part 87 on the pulling part 74 is inserted into the power receiving part 82 on the fixing part 76, and the large battery module 6 is connected with the current conversion unit 11.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. An open government service platform, comprising:
the service platform comprises a service platform main body, a service platform main body and a service platform, wherein the service platform main body is provided with a display screen, a workbench, an operation screen and a case;
the large battery module is used as a standby power supply when power is off;
the control module is used for controlling the disconnection and connection of the large battery module;
the small battery module is used as a standby power supply when power is off;
the mounting module is used for mounting the small battery and connecting an external power supply with the small battery;
the power supply module is used for supplying power to the whole service platform main body;
the current conversion unit is used for connecting the large battery module and the small battery module with the power supply module;
the controller is used for controlling the whole service platform main body;
a current monitoring unit is arranged between the external power supply and the small battery module and used for monitoring whether the external power supply has current or not, the large battery module is connected with the current conversion unit through a control module, the small battery module is connected with the current conversion unit, the current conversion unit is connected with a power supply module, the power supply module is connected with a controller, and a display screen unit, a processor unit, a network module and an automatic storage module are arranged between the power supply module and the controller;
the installation module comprises a small battery, an installation box and a locking mechanism, wherein a first binding post is arranged on the small battery, a rotating shaft and a support plate are arranged in the installation box, the locking mechanism is arranged on the rotating shaft and the support plate, heat dissipation holes are formed in the support plate, the locking mechanism is arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft and inside the installation box, a first internal gear, a second internal gear, a first ratchet wheel, a second ratchet wheel and a pressing plate are arranged in the locking mechanism, the first internal gear, the second internal gear, the first ratchet wheel and the second ratchet wheel are arranged on the rotating shaft, the first ratchet wheel is arranged in the middle of the first internal gear, the second ratchet wheel is arranged in the middle of the second internal gear, teeth are arranged in the middle of the first internal gear and the second internal gear, notches are formed in the first ratchet wheel and the second ratchet wheel, and a rotating rod is arranged in, the rotary rod is provided with a pawl, the notch is also provided with a positioning hole, the positioning hole is internally provided with a first spring, one end of the first spring is arranged in the positioning hole, the other end of the first spring is connected with the pawl, the pawl is positioned in the middle of the first spring, the pawl is meshed with teeth and is connected with the teeth, the first inner gear and the second inner gear are both provided with first hinged rods, the first hinged rod on the first inner gear and the first hinged rod on the second inner gear are rotationally and symmetrically arranged, the first hinged rod is provided with a second hinged rod, the second hinged rod is provided with a pressure rod, the pressure rod is arranged at the lower end of a pressure plate, the pressure plate is positioned at the upper end of a support plate, the lower end of the support plate is provided with a limit sleeve, the pressure rod is sleeved in the middle of the limit sleeve, a second spring is arranged between the pressure plate and the support plate, and the second, the lower end of the pressing plate is provided with a locking rod, the lower end of the supporting plate is provided with a locking plate, the supporting plate is provided with a through groove, the lower end of the locking rod is provided with a locking head, the locking plate is provided with an annular groove, the upper end of the locking rod is hinged to the lower end face of the pressing plate, and the locking head penetrates through the through groove and is arranged in the annular groove;
the control module comprises an outer cover, a motor is arranged outside the outer cover, a rotating disc is arranged on the motor, the rotating disc is installed inside the outer cover, a fixing rod is arranged on the inner wall of the outer cover, a rotating part is arranged on the fixing rod, an upper push rod and a lower push rod are arranged on the rotating part, a slide rod is arranged on the upper push rod, a slide part is arranged on the slide rod, a track groove is formed in the rotating disc, the slide part is arranged in the track groove, a slide seat is arranged on the bottom surface of the inside of the outer cover, a pull rod is arranged in the middle of the slide seat, a connecting piece is arranged at one end of the pull rod, a pulling part is arranged at the other end of the pull rod, the connecting piece is hinged and connected with the lower push rod through a third hinge rod, a fixing piece is arranged on the slide seat and connected with the slide, the fixed piece is provided with a mounting groove, a power receiving component is arranged in the mounting groove, and the pulling piece is provided with a power transmission component.

The open government service platform according to claim 1, wherein the lowest part of the ring groove has a locking notch depressed toward the middle of the ring groove, the locking notch is communicated with the ring groove, the highest part of the ring groove has a first transition groove, and the locking notch has a second transition groove therein.

The open government affairs service platform of claim 1, wherein both ends of the rotating shaft penetrate through the installation box and are arranged outside, both ends of the rotating shaft are provided with first electric connectors, the first electric connectors are provided with extension parts thereon, the outside of the installation box is provided with fixing sleeves, the fixing sleeves are sleeved on the rotating shaft, the inner diameter of the fixing sleeves is larger than the outer diameter of the rotating shaft, the fixing sleeves are provided with second electric connectors, an insulation part is arranged between the second electric connectors and the fixing sleeves, and the lower ends of the second electric connectors are provided with second binding posts.
4. The open government service platform according to claim 3, wherein the first electric connector has a ball thereon, the ball has a buffer spring at a lower end thereof, and the second electric connector has a rolling groove thereon for engaging with the ball.
5. The open government affair service platform according to claim 1, wherein the rail groove has a limiting groove protruding inward, and the limiting groove is in communication with the rail groove.
6. The open government service platform according to claim 5, wherein the restraint groove has a recess therein that is lower than the depth of the track groove.
7. The open government affair service platform according to claim 1, wherein a third spring is sleeved on the sliding rod, and one end of the third spring is in contact with the sliding portion, and the other end of the third spring is in contact with the upper push rod.
8. The open government service platform according to claim 1, wherein the powered component comprises:
a first power transmission column;
a power receiving unit; and
an installation part;
the installation department is last to have a perpendicular groove, perpendicular inslot has spacing bolt, first transmission of electricity post is installed on the outer wall of installation department.
9. The open government service platform according to claim 8, wherein said power transmission means comprises:
a second power transmission column;
a power transmission unit; and
a fixed part;
the second power transmission column is arranged on the inner wall of the power transmission part;
the length of the power transmission part is greater than that of the power receiving part.
