the flowmeter (1) is embedded in the inner side right in front of the meter frame (2), the bottom of the meter frame (2) is attached to the outer surface of the top of the support body (7), the protection device (3) is located on the left side of the support body (7), the protection device (3) is nested on the inner side of the top of the first connecting pipe (4), the right side of the fixed pipe ring (5) is buckled with the left side of the first connecting pipe (4), the left side of the monitoring body (6) is nested on the right side of the first connecting pipe (4), and the bottom of the support body (7) is closely attached to the outer surface of the top of the monitoring body (6);
the protection device (3) consists of a water pressing device (301) and a water sprayer (302), and the upper end of the right side of the water pressing device (301) is attached to the left side of the water sprayer (302);
the water pressurizer (301) comprises a compression bar (301a), a balance plate (301b), an air bag (301c), a piston (301d), a piston rod (301e), a movable piston (301f), a sealing ring (301g), an extrusion ring (301h), a second connecting pipe (301i), a water inlet pipe (301j), a sealing ring (301k) and a water outlet (301l), wherein the compression bar (301a) is fixedly installed on the left side of the top of the balance plate (301b), the right side of the bottom of the balance plate (301b) is provided with a connecting rod and is tightly attached to the top of the air bag (301c), the air bag (301c) is located right above the piston (301d), the bottom of the piston (301d) is attached to the top of the piston rod (301e), the bottom of the piston rod (301e) is provided with the movable piston (301f), the movable piston (301f) is attached to the sealing ring (301g), and the sealing ring (301g) is located right above the extrusion ring (301h), the extrusion ring (301h) is fixedly arranged above a second connecting pipe (301i), the second connecting pipe (301i) is nested at the top of a water inlet pipe (301j), the water inlet pipe (301j) is embedded in a sealing ring (301k), and a water outlet (301l) is positioned on the right side of the air bag (301 c);
the sprinkler (302) consists of an atomizing spray head (302a), a pressure piston (302b), an extrusion piston rod (302c), a sliding rail (302d), a moving plate (302e), a second moving rod (302f), a gas collection cavity (302g), a small piston (302h), a reset air bag (302i), a pressed rod (302j), a first moving rod (302k), a sliding rail (302l) and a baffle (302m), wherein the atomizing spray head (302a) is positioned right above the pressure piston (302b), the bottom of the pressure piston (302b) is attached to the top of the extrusion piston rod (302c), the moving plate (302e) is arranged at the bottom of the extrusion piston rod (302c), the outer surface of the sliding rail (302d) is attached to the right side of the moving plate (302e), the lower side of the moving plate (302e) is connected with the top of the second moving rod (302f), and the second moving rod (302f) is embedded in the gas collection cavity (302g), a small piston (302h) is arranged on the inner side of the gas collection cavity (302g), the top of the small piston (302h) is attached to the bottom of a second movable rod (302f), the bottom of the reset airbag (302i) is attached to the top of a pressed rod (302j), a first movable rod (302k) is arranged at the bottom of the pressed rod (302j), two slideways (302l) are arranged and are mounted on the left side of the gas collection cavity (302g), and the bottom of the baffle (302m) is attached to the left side of the top of a movable plate (302 e);

the flow meter (1) is installed in a pipe network in a drought area through a first connecting pipe (4) and a fixed pipe ring (5), soil is covered above, so that a pressure rod (301a) is stressed and keeps balance force with a balance plate (301b), when the soil on the flow meter (1) slowly flows out, the pressure rod (301a) is stressed unevenly, the balance plate (301b) loses balance and moves downwards to extrude an air bag (301c) of the balance plate, air in the air bag (301c) is extruded and flows out, so that the internal pressure of a piston (301d) is increased, the piston (301d) pushes a piston rod (301e) to move downwards, the movable piston (301f) is driven to move in the same direction, the extrusion ring (301h) of the movable piston is stressed, and air of a second connecting pipe (301i) is extruded;
therefore, air pressure difference is formed, the pressure is unbalanced due to the influence of the strong pressure, water in the first connecting pipe (4) is pumped out through the water inlet pipe (301j) and is injected into the water sprayer (302) through the water outlet (301l), and when the water level reaches a certain position, the floating ball (302l-6) moves upwards along the slide way (302l) through the clamping plate (302 l-7);
the first moving rod (302k) is driven to move upwards through the connecting block (302l-4), the pressed rod (302j) is enabled to upwards extrude the reset air bag (302i), gas in the reset air bag (302i) is enabled to enter the gas collection cavity (302g) through the conveying pipe (302g-3), the internal pressure of the gas collection cavity (302g) is increased, the small piston (302h) is pushed to be matched with the second moving rod (302f) to move upwards, the baffle (302m) is driven to move upwards through the moving plate (302e), and the traction plate (302m-3) protruding from the baffle (302m) is attached to the water outlet (301 l);
then, the moving plate (302e) pushes the pressing piston rod (302c) to press the pressure piston (302b) to increase the internal pressure, so that water is sprayed from the spray head (302a) to humidify the soil and cool the flowmeter body.
