In an optional embodiment, when the target humidity value is sent to at least one humidity adjusting device in the humidity adjusting device group, the target humidity value is sent to a part or all of the humidity adjusting devices in the humidity adjusting device group that are working in the present period.
The humidity adjusting device working in the period is determined according to the control rule, and if the control rule is a master-slave rule, the humidifier working in the period is taken as a master humidifier, and when the master humidifier is failed or the master humidifier is only adopted and cannot reach the expected humidity according to the preset requirement (for example, within the preset time), part or all of the backup humidifier can be started.
Assuming that the control rule is a polling rule, the polling period is one week, and 2 polling devices are provided, it indicates that two humidifiers work in each period, for example, 10 humidifiers are in a group of the total humidifiers, and the humidifier working in the first period is 1 and 10 humidifiers; the humidifiers working in the second period are a humidifier 2 and a humidifier 9; the humidifiers working in the third period are the humidifier 3 and the humidifier 8, the humidifiers working in the fourth period are the humidifier 4 and the humidifier 7, the humidifiers working in the fifth period are the humidifier 5 and the humidifier 6, the five periods are a cycle, and after the fifth period is finished, the humidifier continuously returns to be the first period in which the humidifier 1 and the humidifier 10 work.
When the humidifiers operating in the present cycle are the humidifier 4 and the humidifier 7, the target humidity value may be sent to some or all of the humidifiers 4 and 7.
It should be noted that, the humidifier required to operate in each period under the polling rule may be determined according to the position of each humidifier in the machine room, so as to ensure that the humidity of the machine room is balanced.
The polling rule and the main-standby rule listed in the embodiment of the invention are both control schemes capable of improving the room humidity measurement precision to a certain extent, and are beneficial to maintaining the stability and uniformity of a humidity field in a machine room. The polling rule can increase the service life and operation stability of IT (Internet Technology ) equipment, and is beneficial to improving the overall working life and saving energy.
In consideration of the fact that humidity distribution in a machine room is uneven in a mode that each humidifier works independently in the related art, humidity sensors are inconsistent, and therefore the humidifiers work independently, the humidifier has different sizes, cannot exert collective force, and cannot work at the optimal working point due to excessive loss of the humidifier.
An alternative embodiment is: the control rule is set to that all the humidifiers work together, and then the target humidity value can be sent to all the humidifiers in the humidity adjusting equipment group.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a complete method for calculating weights corresponding to humidifiers according to an exemplary embodiment, which specifically includes the following steps:
s51: setting a plurality of standard humidity values;
s52: acquiring the actual humidity value of each humidifier under each standard humidity value;
s53: calculating a weight matrix Q according to an actual humidity matrix consisting of the actual humidity values of the humidifiers under each standard humidity value and a standard humidity matrix consisting of a plurality of standard humidity values;
s54: judging whether the Q has a solution, if so, executing S55, otherwise, returning to S51;
s55: and calculating the weight corresponding to each humidifier according to the solution of Q.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a complete method for humidity control, according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps:
s61: acquiring humidity values acquired by humidity sensors corresponding to the humidifiers through a bus;
s62: for each humidifier, determining the humidity value of the humidifier according to the humidity value of the humidity sensor corresponding to the humidifier;
s63: calculating a target humidity value corresponding to the group of humidifiers according to the humidity value of each humidifier;
s64: sending the target humidity value to each humidifier;
s65: calculating the humidification requirement through a novel PID control algorithm;
s66: and controlling the humidifier by combining control rules of polling, main and standby and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the target humidity value is determined, the host can calculate the humidification requirement based on a PID control algorithm, and when the humidification requirement is calculated, the humidification requirement is mainly calculated according to the obtained target humidity value and the final humidity value required by the adjusted environment.
For example, the target humidity value is 60%, and the humidity value of the room environment is adjusted to 70%, that is, the final humidity value is 70%, the humidifier may be controlled to continuously adjust the ambient humidity based on the calculation of the PID control algorithm to reach the desired final humidity value, that is, the ambient humidity is adjusted from 60% to 70%.
In general, a PID control algorithm is mostly used for accurately controlling temperature and humidity in a temperature and humidity controller, and the PID controller is an automatic controller for controlling according to a deviation proportion (P), an integral (I) and a derivative (D). The proportion, integral and differential coefficients of the PID all have default set parameters, generally, the temperature and the humidity can be well controlled by using the default parameters, but in specific special engineering, relatively ideal parameter values can be found by debugging, and the adjustment method can be carried out according to the action principle of the parameters in the whole PID process.
In the embodiment of the present invention, some optional adjustment methods include:
when humidification reaches the target humidity value very quickly, but the humidity overshoot is large: the proportion coefficient is too large, so that the proportion is too high before the set humidity is reached, and the P value can be adjusted to be small; alternatively, the differential coefficient is shown to be too large, rendering the object response insensitive and allowing for large D values.
When humidification often fails to reach the target humidity value, the time less than the target value is more: the result shows that the proportion coefficient is too small, the humidification proportion is not enough, and the P value is increased; or, the integral coefficient is too small, the constant deviation is not sufficiently compensated, and the value I is increased.
When the target humidity value can be basically controlled, but the upper deviation and the lower deviation are large and fluctuate frequently: the differential coefficient is too small, the response to the instant change is not fast enough, the reflecting measure is not strong, and the D value is increased; or the integral coefficient is too large, so that the differential reaction is submerged and passivated, and the value I is reduced.
When the influence of working environment is large and fluctuation is caused by slight change, the differential coefficient of the meter is too small, the response to instant change is not fast enough, the response cannot be timely carried out, the D value is increased, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the PID control algorithm has the advantages of simple principle, easy realization, wide application range, mutual independence of control parameters, simpler selection of parameters and the like.
In addition, it should be noted that the humidity control method recited in the embodiment of the present invention is also applicable to temperature control, for example, temperature control in a machine room, and common temperature adjusting devices include an air conditioner, a fan, a heating pipe, and the like.
The temperature control device group control method is also the same reason when being applicable to a temperature control scene, carries out group control aiming at the temperature control device in the temperature control device group, according to the non-professor that the temperature sensor that the temperature control device corresponds gathered, confirms the target temperature value that the temperature control device group corresponds, can issue at least one temperature control device in the temperature control device group afterwards to the temperature balance etc. under the environment such as assurance computer lab.
FIG. 7 is a block diagram 700 of a humidity control device according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 7, the apparatus includes a first determining unit 701, a second determining unit 702, and a transmitting unit 703.

Claims (12)

1. A humidity control method, comprising:
determining humidity values of humidity adjusting devices in a humidity adjusting device group according to a plurality of humidity values acquired by a plurality of humidity sensors corresponding to the humidity adjusting device group, wherein the humidity adjusting device group comprises a plurality of humidity adjusting devices, and one humidity adjusting device corresponds to at least one humidity sensor;
determining a target humidity value corresponding to the humidity adjusting equipment group according to the humidity value of the humidity adjusting equipment;
and sending the target humidity value to at least one humidity adjusting device in the humidity adjusting device group, so that the at least one humidity adjusting device controls the environmental humidity according to the target humidity value.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the target humidity value corresponding to the humidity adjusting equipment group according to the humidity value of the humidity adjusting equipment comprises:
and determining a target humidity value corresponding to the humidity adjusting equipment group according to the humidity value of each humidity adjusting equipment in the humidity adjusting equipment group and the weight corresponding to each humidity adjusting equipment.

The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the determining the target humidity value corresponding to the humidity adjusting equipment group according to the humidity value of each humidity adjusting equipment in the humidity adjusting equipment group and the weight corresponding to each humidity adjusting equipment comprises:

determining weights corresponding to the humidity adjusting devices according to values of elements in a weight matrix, wherein the weight matrix is obtained by dividing a standard humidity matrix by an actual humidity matrix, the elements in the standard humidity matrix are a plurality of preset standard humidity values, and elements in the actual humidity matrix on the same row represent actual humidity values corresponding to the humidity adjusting devices under the same standard humidity value or actual humidity values corresponding to the same humidity adjusting device under different standard humidity values; or
Taking the ratio of the first preset value to the number of the humidity adjusting devices in the humidity adjusting device group as the weight corresponding to each humidity adjusting device; or
Setting the weight corresponding to the target humidity adjusting device in the humidity adjusting device group as a second preset value, and setting the weights corresponding to other humidity adjusting devices as a third preset value, wherein the target humidity adjusting device is part or all of the currently working humidity adjusting devices, and the second preset value is greater than the third preset value.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein there are a plurality of weight matrices obtained by dividing the standard humidity matrix by the actual humidity matrix;
the determining the weight corresponding to each humidity adjusting device according to the value of each element in the weight matrix includes:
and taking the value of each element in a target weight matrix as the weight corresponding to the corresponding humidity adjusting equipment, wherein the target weight matrix is the weight matrix with the minimum variance with the standard humidity matrix after the actual humidity matrix is multiplied by the multiple weight matrices.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said sending said target humidity value to at least one humidity regulating device of said group of humidity regulating devices comprises:
and sending the target humidity value to part or all of the humidity adjusting devices which work in the period in the humidity adjusting device group.
7. A humidity control apparatus, comprising:
the humidity control device comprises a first determining unit, a second determining unit and a control unit, wherein the first determining unit is used for determining the humidity value of the humidity control device in a humidity control device group according to a plurality of humidity values acquired by a plurality of humidity sensors corresponding to the humidity control device group, and one humidity control device corresponds to at least one humidity sensor;
the second determining unit is used for determining a target humidity value corresponding to the humidity adjusting equipment group according to the humidity value of the humidity adjusting equipment;
and the sending unit is used for sending the target humidity value to at least one humidity adjusting device in the humidity adjusting device group so that the at least one humidity adjusting device controls the environmental humidity according to the target humidity value.
8. A humidity control device according to claim 7, wherein said second determining unit is specifically configured to:
and determining a target humidity value corresponding to the humidity adjusting equipment group according to the humidity value of each humidity adjusting equipment in the humidity adjusting equipment group and the weight corresponding to each humidity adjusting equipment.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the second determining unit is specifically configured to:
and taking the sum of the products of the humidity value of each humidity adjusting device and the weight corresponding to the corresponding humidity adjusting device as the target humidity value corresponding to the humidity adjusting device group.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the second determining unit is further configured to determine the weight of each humidity adjustment device by:
determining weights corresponding to the humidity adjusting devices according to values of elements in a weight matrix, wherein the weight matrix is obtained by dividing a standard humidity matrix by an actual humidity matrix, the elements in the standard humidity matrix are a plurality of preset standard humidity values, and elements in the actual humidity matrix on the same row represent actual humidity values corresponding to the humidity adjusting devices under the same standard humidity value or actual humidity values corresponding to the same humidity adjusting device under different standard humidity values; or
Taking the ratio of the first preset value to the number of the humidity adjusting devices in the humidity adjusting device group as the weight corresponding to each humidity adjusting device; or
Setting the weight corresponding to the target humidity adjusting device in the humidity adjusting device group as a second preset value, and setting the weights corresponding to other humidity adjusting devices as a third preset value, wherein the target humidity adjusting device is part or all of the currently working humidity adjusting devices, and the second preset value is greater than the third preset value.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein there are a plurality of weight matrices obtained by dividing the standard humidity matrix by the actual humidity matrix;
the second determining unit is specifically configured to:
and taking the value of each element in a target weight matrix as the weight corresponding to the corresponding humidity adjusting equipment, wherein the target weight matrix is the weight matrix with the minimum variance with the standard humidity matrix after the actual humidity matrix is multiplied by the multiple weight matrices.
