Description

Automatic dust removal method for air conditioner outdoor unit and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an automatic dust removal method for an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner.
Background
As the service time of the air conditioner increases, a lot of dust and impurities can be attached to the surface of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and even the fins of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit can be blocked in serious cases. Not only can influence the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger and reduce the refrigeration/heating effect of the air conditioner, but also can increase the energy consumption of the air conditioner during operation. Therefore, the air conditioner is provided with a dust removal mode.
However, the conventional air conditioner can only manually start the dust removal mode on a remote controller or app by a user, and cannot automatically enter the dust removal mode. In addition, in the automatic dust removal mode of the existing air conditioner, the running time of the air conditioner is independently detected to judge whether the air conditioner enters the dust removal mode, and the air conditioner can not reach the target heat exchange temperature or enter the dust removal mode just after being started, so that the normal heat exchange running of the air conditioner is influenced, and the heating and/or refrigerating efficiency of the air conditioner is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an automatic dust removing method for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, for example, including: detecting the accumulated running time of the outdoor fan and the state of the compressor; judging whether the accumulated running time of the outdoor fan and the state of the compressor meet the dust removal condition or not; and if so, entering a dust removal mode.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: whether the outdoor unit of the air conditioner enters the dust removal mode or not is determined by judging whether the accumulated running time of the outdoor fan and the state of the compressor meet the dust removal condition or not, so that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can automatically enter the dust removal mode according to the accumulated running time of the outdoor fan and the state of the compressor, a dust removal function does not need to be manually started by a user, the problems of blockage of a heat exchanger of the air conditioner and poor air conditioning cooling and/or heating effects caused by untimely dust removal are avoided, and the running efficiency of the air conditioner and the cooling and/or heating effects of the air conditioner. On the other hand, the state of the compressor is detected, so that the problem that the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner is reduced because the air conditioner enters a dust removal mode without reaching the target refrigeration temperature can be solved.
In this embodiment, the dust removal conditions include: the accumulated running time meets a first preset time length and the compressor is in a shutdown state; and the outdoor unit controller sends a dust removal instruction and judges whether the compressor stops running or not when the accumulated running time meets a first preset time length.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: whether the outdoor unit of the air conditioner meets the dust removal condition or not is judged by combining the two conditions of whether the accumulated running time meets the first preset time length or not and whether the compressor is in the stop state or not, the situation that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner meets the dust removal condition immediately after the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is started and automatically enters the dust removal mode to affect the normal operation of the air conditioner can be avoided, and the refrigerating and/or heating efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
In this embodiment, the automatic dust removing method for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner further includes: adjusting the operation mode of the air conditioner to ensure that the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit frosts firstly and then defrosts; when the outdoor heat exchanger defrosts water, the outdoor fan reversely runs; and after the dust removal is finished, the compressor is recovered to a stop state.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: the air conditioner is controlled to firstly heat and then refrigerate by adjusting the running mode of the air conditioner, and then the outdoor fan reversely runs; the water in the air around the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is firstly frosted and then is changed into water, and then the dust on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is removed by utilizing the washing and scouring action of the water and the sweeping action of the airflow formed by the reverse operation of the outdoor fan, so that the automatic dust removal of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is realized.
In this embodiment, the adjusting the operation mode of the air conditioner to defrost the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit first and then defrosting includes: starting heating operation of the air conditioner until the accumulated operation time meets a second preset time, and enabling the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit to reach a frosting state; when the temperature of the outer coil pipe reaches the preset temperature, the air conditioner switches the refrigeration mode, and the frost on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit begins to be dissolved.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: through setting up the second and predetermine long and outer coil pipe temperature threshold value to judge whether the thickness of frosting of air condensing units heat exchanger satisfies the demand of predetermineeing, thereby can avoid the problem that the heat exchange efficiency of air conditioner is influenced to the thickness of frosting of air condensing units heat exchanger is too thick, and then has guaranteed the normal heat transfer operation of air conditioner.
In this embodiment, when the outdoor heat exchanger is defrosted to water, the reverse operation of the outdoor fan includes: when the accumulated running time meets a third preset time length, the frosting on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is changed into water, the air conditioner stops refrigerating running at the moment, and the outdoor fan runs reversely.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: by setting the third preset time, whether frosting on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is completely changed into water can be better judged, so that dust and other blockages on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be better washed, and the automatic dust removal effect of the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is further improved.
In this embodiment, when the dust removal is finished, the returning of the compressor to the stop operation state includes: when the accumulated running time meets the fourth preset time length, the dust removal is finished; and the compressor is recovered to a stop running state, and the accumulated running time is cleared.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: judging whether the blockage such as dust on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is completely removed or not by setting a fourth preset time length; the air conditioner is set to automatically recover to the running stop state after the dust removal is finished, so that the problem that the energy consumption of the air conditioner is increased due to the fact that the air conditioner continues to run after the dust removal mode is finished can be avoided, and the effects of saving electricity and reducing the energy consumption of the air conditioner are achieved. On the other hand, when the dust removal mode is finished, the accumulated time is automatically cleared, and the automatic dust removal of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit is realized by the cyclic reciprocating.
In this embodiment, the dust removal mode is not started when the accumulated operation time does not satisfy the first preset time period and/or the operation of the compressor is not stopped. Adjusting the air conditioner operation mode to make outer quick-witted heat exchanger frost defrosting still includes: and when the accumulated running time does not meet the second preset time and/or the temperature of the external coil does not reach the preset temperature, the air conditioner continues heating and running.
The technical effect achieved after the technical scheme is adopted is as follows: if the accumulated running time does not meet the second preset time and/or any condition that the temperature of the external coil pipe does not meet the preset temperature is not met, the next stage cannot be entered, and the situation that the clogging such as dust on the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit cannot be washed and cleaned due to the fact that the frosting thickness of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit is too thin can be avoided, so that the automatic dust removal effect of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit is improved.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner, including: the detection module is used for detecting the accumulated running time of the outer fan and the running state of the compressor; the judging module is used for judging the size relation between the accumulated running time and the preset time, whether the compressor meets the shutdown condition and whether the temperature of the external coil meets the preset temperature; and the control module is used for controlling the air conditioner outdoor unit to automatically remove dust according to the accumulated running time.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner, including: a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program and a package IC, wherein when the computer program is read by the package IC and executed, the air conditioner implements the automatic dust removing method of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to any one of the above embodiments.
In summary, the above embodiments of the present application may have one or more of the following advantages or benefits:
(1) the air conditioner outdoor unit can automatically enter a dust removal mode according to the accumulated running time of the external fan and the state of the compressor, and a user does not need to manually start a dust removal function; on the other hand, the state of the compressor is detected, the air conditioner can be prevented from entering a dust removal mode without reaching the target refrigerating temperature, so that the problems of blockage of an air conditioner heat exchanger and poor air conditioning refrigerating and/or heating effects caused by untimely dust removal are solved, and the operating efficiency of the air conditioner and the refrigerating and/or heating effects of the air conditioner are improved.
(2) The air conditioner is heated and operated for a period of time by adjusting the operation mode of the air conditioner until frost with a certain thickness is condensed on a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit of the air conditioner; switching the refrigeration mode for a period of time until all the frost is formed into water; and finally, the air conditioner external fan rotates reversely, and the formed blowing action of the air flow and the washing action of water are utilized to remove the blockage such as dust on the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit, so that the automatic dust removal effect of the air conditioner outdoor unit is realized.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
[ first embodiment ] A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of an automatic dust removing method for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The automatic dust removing method for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises the following steps of: starting the outdoor fan to operate; detecting the accumulated running time of the outdoor fan and the state of the compressor; judging whether the accumulated running time of the outdoor fan and the state of the compressor meet the dust removal condition or not; if the requirement is met, the air conditioner outdoor unit automatically enters a dust removal mode without manual opening by a user. Wherein the dust removal conditions include: the accumulated running time meets a first preset time and the compressor is in a stop state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, after the outdoor fan is started to operate, detecting the accumulated operation time of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner and judging whether the accumulated operation time of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner meets a first preset time period; and if the accumulated running time of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner meets a first preset time, the outdoor unit controller sends a dust removal instruction and judges the state of the compressor, and if the compressor is in a stop state, the outdoor unit controller enters a dust removal mode. When the air conditioner is shut down or the air conditioner is shut down when reaching a preset temperature, the compressor is in a shut-down state.
And when the accumulated running time meets the first preset time and the air conditioner is in a shutdown or shutdown state, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner automatically enters a dust removal mode. If the accumulated running time meets the first preset time length but the air conditioner is not in a shutdown or shutdown state, and if the air conditioner is in the shutdown or shutdown state but the accumulated running time does not meet the first preset time length, the air conditioner outdoor unit does not enter a dust removal mode, so that the situation that the normal refrigerating and/or heating process of the air conditioner is influenced by the fact that the air conditioner outdoor unit enters the dust removal mode just after being started is avoided, and further the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
Further, the automatic dust removing method for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner further comprises the following steps: adjusting an air conditioner operation mode to frost and defrost a heat exchanger of the outdoor unit; when the outdoor heat exchanger defrosts water, the outdoor fan reversely runs; and after the dust removal is finished, the compressor is recovered to a stop state. Wherein, adjusting the air conditioner operation mode to make the outdoor unit heat exchanger frost earlier and then defrost includes: starting heating operation of the air conditioner until the accumulated operation time meets a second preset time, and enabling the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit to reach a frosting state; when the temperature of the outer coil pipe reaches the preset temperature, the air conditioner switches the refrigeration mode, and the frost on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit begins to be dissolved. And the second preset time length is greater than the first preset time length.
Specifically, after the air conditioner enters a dust removal mode, the air conditioner firstly enters a heating mode, at the moment, an indoor unit of the air conditioner releases heat to the indoor for a condenser, an outdoor unit of the air conditioner absorbs heat outdoors for an evaporator, and the temperature of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is rapidly reduced, so that moisture in the air around the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is condensed into frost on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner; when the accumulated running time of the air conditioner meets the second preset time and the temperature of the external coil pipe meets the preset temperature, the frost on the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit meets the preset thickness; then the air conditioner is switched to a refrigeration mode, at the moment, the air conditioner indoor unit is an evaporator, the air conditioner outdoor unit is a condenser, and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is rapidly increased, so that the frost on the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit begins to be dissolved. And if the accumulated running time does not meet the second preset time and/or the temperature of the external coil pipe does not reach the preset temperature, the frost on the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit does not reach the preset thickness, and the air conditioner continues to perform heating operation.
Further, when the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner external fan meets a third preset time length, all frost on the outdoor unit heat exchanger is changed into water, at the moment, the air conditioner stops refrigerating operation, and the outdoor fan reversely operates to blow air towards the outside. Through the scouring and washing action of the water formed by frost condensation and the scouring and sweeping action of the airflow formed by the reverse operation of the external fan, the blockage such as dust on the heat exchanger of the air conditioner outdoor unit is removed, and therefore the automatic dust removal effect of the air conditioner outdoor unit is achieved. And the third preset time length is greater than the second preset time length.
Further, when the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner external fan meets a fourth preset time length, the automatic dust removal mode is ended; and the compressor is recovered to a stop running state, and the accumulated running time is cleared. Specifically, when the accumulated running time meets the fourth preset time, the air conditioner recovers to a shutdown or shutdown state after the blockage such as dust on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is removed, and the accumulated running time is cleared to zero, and the calculation of the accumulated running time of the external fan of the air conditioner is restarted. And the fourth preset time length is greater than the third preset time length.
[ second embodiment ]
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner 200, for example, including: a detection module 210, a determination module 220, and a control module 230. The detection module 210 is configured to detect an accumulated running time of the external fan; the judging module 220 is configured to judge a size relationship between the accumulated running time and a preset time, whether the compressor meets a shutdown condition, and whether the temperature of the external coil meets a preset temperature; the control module 230 is configured to control the air conditioner outdoor unit to automatically remove dust according to the accumulated running time.
In a specific embodiment, the detecting module 210, the determining module 220, and the controlling module 230 cooperate to implement the method for controlling the start of the compressor of the air conditioner according to the first embodiment. For example, after the air conditioner external fan starts to operate, the detection module 210 first detects the accumulated operation time of the external fan and the state of the compressor; then, the judging module 220 judges whether the accumulated operation time meets a first preset time and whether the compressor is in a stop operation state, if so, the control module 230 controls the air conditioner to enter a dust removal mode, and the air conditioner starts heating operation until the accumulated operation time meets a second preset time and the temperature of the external coil reaches a preset temperature; the control module 230 controls the air conditioner to switch to the cooling mode, the cooling operation is stopped when the accumulated operation time meets a third preset time length, and meanwhile the control module 230 controls an external fan of the air conditioner to reversely operate; and when the accumulated running time meets a fourth preset time, finishing the dust removal, restoring the compressor to a running stop state, resetting the accumulated running time, and recalculating the accumulated running time.
[ third embodiment ]
A fifth embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner, for example, including: a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program and a package IC, the computer program being read by the package IC and being executed by the package IC, the air conditioner implementing the automatic dust removing method for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the first embodiment.
In one embodiment, the packaged IC is, for example, a processor chip electrically connected to the computer-readable storage medium to read and execute the computer program. The packaged IC may also be a packaged circuit board, which is packaged with a processor chip that can read and execute the computer program; of course, the circuit board may also encapsulate the computer-readable storage medium.
The processor chip may further be provided with an air conditioner 200 as described in the fourth embodiment, and the processor chip may implement the automatic dust removing method for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as described in the first embodiment through the air conditioner 200.
[ fourth example ] A
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a readable storage medium according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown. The readable storage medium 300 is, for example, a non-volatile memory, which is, for example: magnetic media (e.g., hard disks, floppy disks, and magnetic tape), optical media (e.g., CDROM disks and DVDs), magneto-optical media (e.g., optical disks), and hardware devices specially constructed for storing and executing computer-executable instructions (e.g., Read Only Memories (ROMs), Random Access Memories (RAMs), flash memories, etc.). The readable storage medium 300 has stored thereon computer-executable instructions 310. The readable storage medium 300 may be executed by one or more processors or processing devices to execute the computer-executable instructions 310, so that the air conditioner where the readable storage medium 300 is located implements the automatic dust removing method for the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to the first embodiment.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
